Issued 2 new pair uniform pants back in May. Took this cleaners all of 1 month to have 3 or 4 sets of double creases in each pantleg. I look like an accordion when I walk.This is the ONLY cleaners Ive patronized since 2001. Think its time for a change! Quality of the press work is terrible.Ill give them 5 stars for cleaning my comforters and pressing dress shirts...but thats as far as Ill go.Better start shaping up or Im out.

Lady in charge was so helpful and kind made me sorry I hadnt gone there before but thats going to change I will come there often thanks to her Im handicapped and it was so kind of her to help me as much as she did

Prices are decent but the building and appliances definitely need work. There are many machines that are out of order the ones that are working look like they are on their last leg. The inside needs a really good cleaning top to bottom (my son and I were afraid to sit because of how dirty everything was).

Dont waste your time here!!! Youll find it extremely frustrating and aggravating!! We thought we had found a nice clean place the first visit but found out the truth two weeks later. The machines are either broken or out of order. (SIXTEEN of the 31 smaller ($2.25) machines dont work at all.) The dryers are not calibrated correctly. The employee flippantly/laughingly remarks, Things break. Save yourself the time...There are other laundromats Downriver.

Brought in a massive duvet comforter. Peter was amazing, walked me through the entire process. Helped me with washing instructions, lifting the weight of my soping wet comforter to the spin dryer helping me save dry time and helped me with tips and tricks on laundering. It was much appreciated and I would recommend and go back any day. Thanks for your great service Peter!

One of the best laundromats in the area. Its big and has many washers and dryers. Also lots of folding tables which is great. Most laundromats only have a couple. The place is fairly clean and they always have a worker cleaning every evening.

I went to do laundry yesterday, and so many things went wrong. I normally have no problems there, but what I experienced yesterday I will not go again. I looked for an attendant to buy additional soap when I first got there. I had one tide pod, but because no one was there to sell me soap, my clothes were not getting as cleaned as I am paying for. But i didnt have time to go elsewhere as I was on time crunch for work. I ran an errand while my clothes washed, and when I came back I noticed there was now an attendant. She was the same one playing the token game and watching me wander around looking for someone. I did address her on it, then put my clothes in the dryer. The dryer I choose did not dry my clothes at all after 20 mins, money wasted, so I put them in another dryer, and that one did not accept my card. The lady told me she couldnt do anything about it. So I turned in my laundry card to them for good. So, I just bagged up the wet laundry and went home to dry it. I was almost late to work, and got a write up for not being in correct uniform, which is still soaking wet. I am actually taking same load to another mat today, to spend more money and properly wash. So this was a disappointing trip, and I will not chance this place again. There are other places open, its worth the farther drive right now so I can guarantee assistance and clean dry clothes.

The people there should be nicer to the people who work there. Thats just my opinion.

A big variety of machines, always very clean and nice staff

I like this place. Theyre prices are the lowest in town for dry cleaning (as far as I know), and their service is awesome. The only complaint I have is that the interior looks like its from the 90s and its a little worn down.

I love their money system. Value Transfer Machine. Add money to chip card and use card for everything. Its cheap there too! Big ones are 4.50, small 2.50. The best part is the kids play place. Just like McDonalds. Keeps kids busy. Games available. Dry cleaning available. They just need an ATM now so we may get cash to load card cuz I still bring quarters and forget they have card system. Which is ok they take quarters but I need my quarters man! Nice spot 👌

I will never return here. If I could give no star, I would. My husband and I just spent 200 dollars washing clothes. We were short 2 bags. I asked the guy for 2 bags and he told me that it would be 2 dollars. When I asked him could I just have them he told me he wasnt a charity. After spending 200 dollars. Never will I ever use this laundromat again. The level of customer service was poor. This is not the first time the Asian guy was really nasty, rude, and racist.

Just went there last week, probably one of the nicest laundromats I have been too. The woman behind the counter was so nice and helpful. Very clean and nice selection in the vending machines too!

Nicest along with most Superb customer service!!! One winter evening my car had broke down, down the street from the laundry mat, as I already had clothes washing, and I made a call to the mat to let them know that I would be late getting to my clothes to dry them, the gentleman behind the counter offered to put my clothes in the dryer. I thanked him and said its OK I will be there soon, as it turns out. When I arrived he carried my big basket of clothes to my familys car. Thank you for being so kind!!

Been going to this cleaners for years. They do a good job!

Been coming here for about two years. The main area is always clean and the machines typically work well. Recently, a lot of machines are down which is inconvenient, but overall I always have a good experience and get in and out in the amount of time I want. 😊

They are always, always busy so they make their money so Im not sure why they have these issues, but their restrooms are always out of order, and if their not out of order they are out of order to me at least. Always dirty and bad aroma. I wont even go in there.They have a play area for kids there and right above one of the tunnels on the ceiling that children, mind you, crawl through, there is a huge hole in the roof. You can see the sky right through it! If you have young children that enjoy those play areas, I dont recommend letting them inside that room. And that is very unfortunate for parents who bring their kids with them and trying to keep kids entertained at a laundromat is hard enough and then you have to tell the poor kid its not safe to go in the play scape that they have.Every-other washer or dryer has a out of order sign on them so you can never use a few machines in a row. And their prices are ridiculously high for the very out of date machines they use.They need to fix some major health violations, modernize their machines and do a deep, deep cleaning and they could probably be a much better place. Until then, Im turned off and will not return and wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

It was a slow day for them and were closing early until a customer arrived. My dryer belt broke and I needed to dry stuff badly. The manager allowed me to before closing. Great looking out. FYI: You must pay $2.00 for a loadable card to use in all washer and dryer. Pretty cool I must say.

RACIST? Unprofessional. Rude. I brought a younger Hispanic woman here to do DRY her laundry right at the cut-off time - got her there 3 minutes early. She had one small bag and she ran it in while I popped my hood and worked on a bad battery wire. Anyway ...The older, visibly miserable woman working (a manager?) Watched her load her wet clothes, pay for fabric softener, put a few coins in the machine, and then approached her and told her that it was too late to start the load.My friend came outside almost in tears because shed thrown the bag away that the laundry had been in and couldnt carry it. On top of that, she ONLY needed those few things dried for a job interview. I helped her get the wet clothes and put it in my truck, just trying to keep her calm and figure something out; my schedule didnt permit her doing it at my house.I finished up with my battery cable and she was quietly texting in my passenger seat. An older white woman showed up to wash AND dry and this piece of work came out and told her it was okay: there will be just enough time for you to finish, sweetie. I pretended not to hear and just now told my friend.The reason I say Racist? Is because just as we were about to pull out, an elderly Hispanic woman came out and told my passenger that shed been treated terribly on several occasions and watched the same thing happen but I have no other place in walking distance ... She said the woman had been coming to her all THAT night saying 20 minutes ... 10 minutes ... And shed be DONE (and told the woman such the first time - she had been lucky enough to get a ride back that evening) ...I cant believe what she walked into at this place. She ended up having a friend help her out but this is no way to run a business.Perhaps with different personnel, the place wouldnt be bad. Maybe their machines are okay?

Best laundromat in the area. Washers use a good amount of water. Many machines need repaired or replaced.

This place is false advertising and it is a scam, beware, they are out to steal your money. It says coin laundry but they do not accept coins. You have to buy one of their laundry cards for $5 and pay a surcharge every time you load it, on top of the actual cost to use the machines. The laundry card cannot be loaded with coins and they do not accept cards either, it is cash only. The reason they do this is twofold, one you are more likely to leave a remainder on the card if you pay with bills because the machines have irregular payment amounts. Two, by accepting cash only you cannot get your money back if they accidentally wipe the balance of your card, which is what happened to us. Needless to say the laundry card company does not have a website or a phone number and the owner of the laundrymat swears that he is not associated with them. This place is sketch city and Im quite certain is a scam to try and steal change from people who dont have washers and dryers. Despicable.

I needed to get my grandfathers flag cleaned its the one that they draped over the coffin. lady at the front desk wouldnt do it she said that the colors would bleed and she didnt know how much to charge she was Philippine or Asian not quite sure, my buddy is like will take it someplace else Martinizing excellent job with it and the United States flag is free to be cleaned they do it a specific way that they are allowed to do a United States flag

Laundry at Pro Tech was a good experience have not done laundry at a laundry mat in a while. The employees were very helpful an took care of the ? That I had. !!

Great dry clean service! Little older of equipment for the self service washing it seems, but overall always had a good experience with their dry cleaning services. My family will continue using services!

I am reporting this place to the health department and the better business bureau. They have a rippoff scam where you have to get a card for 2 bucks to use wahers and dryers. The place stunk. I ended up paying 1.75 for 8 minutes because it took all the funds on the card for one cycle.

Clean and not overly packed

My clothes were stolen within an hour or less n I go the next morning n the owner refused to look at his security cameras to identify that he has a regular thief coming there said its happened 4 times other then mine n I know they arent responsible but cause he refused he wont get my bisness n I hope he doesnt get urs.

Not a bad place plenty of machines even though some are broke down..couldnt tell if they were beeping fixed yet or not..not as good of a place as to when it first opened..its not being kept up well..

Stood there for 10 minutes with a pick up ticket in my hand, 5 feet from the guy. Never said a word to me. When i asked if they were helping customers today, still never said a word. Basicslly walked out feeling like i was refused service. So how am i supposed to get my things?
