Excellent service, from staff and machines are kept in good shape for any amount of clothes you want to wash. The staff was very helpful to anybody that needed them. It was one of the ladies first day and she worked with the other lady like they been doing it together for years.

Always find the machine I want to wash and dry and the attendant is always helpful.

Clean place to do Laundry have a lot of Option for machine sizes and affordable they have a Laundry card instead of using cash very convenience.

Me & my husband go here every time we need laundry done. Its clean and has nice variety of different type of washers to pick from. Also they stay open till 9pm

If i could give this place zero stars, I would. The workers are extremely rude and will get an attitude if you are simply waiting by your machine. The night time worker specifically is the worse. They also allowed their child to run around the mat without a mask on IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. I have not seen one person wipe down any of the used machines because they’re too worried about mopping the floors. Not only that, the machines are over priced, especially considering you have to run dryers for 30-40 mins without clothes even being dry. I will take my business elsewhere and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking it to Dad’s Laundry which is right down the street.Don’t waste your money here, it’s not worth it.

Dryers take forever to dry comforters. The other laundromat I go to is 25 cents for 8 minutes. This place charges 40 cents for 5 minutes.

For the price of the washers, the clothes should come out more cleaner. They still come out of the washer, dingy and dirty. The dryers are kind of pricey, compared to other laundry mats, and don’t dry the clothes. .35/.40 per 5 minutes, they should be dry AT LEAST by the 2/3 time around! This will definitely be my last time visiting.

This place is a disgrace to laundry mat all around 😑 I cant believe I walked into this place horrible place SMH Im scared bed bug, Roaches, fleas you name it, if you dont have it you will when you leave please people be wise dont go to millennium anywhere but here.

At first I gave it 5 stars. Thought the idea of coinless machines was nifty. Been coming here twice a month since July and sadly my opinion has changed. At least 90% of the staff is amazing. They are constantly on the go making sure machines are wiped down, trash is picked up and will even remind patrons to properly wear a mask. That being said, there is 1 employee I dread seeing. She is constantly talking on her phone or face timing. If you cant find her behind the counter at the desk on her phone, she is probably some where in the building half hazardly cleaning while on her phone. If you still cant find her, check outside for her every 20 minutes cigarette break, on the phone. She is infamous for refusing to change a dollar for quarters despite the note on the change machine asking to request quarters from the employees. If youve been here, you know which employee I am talking about.All in all, if she isnt working, its a great place to do your laundry. If she is working? Put a timer on your phone and hide in your car.

Would give it 5 stars but the washers doesnt add enough water to clean clothes and you have to add detergent in with clothes( never saw this before), you arent allowed to use the step ladder to add detergent in correct spaces and the dryers are higher and dont dry requiring more money. For $8.95 I expected cleaner clothing and more water as the washer still had plenty of space the cable was turned off around 6pm by attendant. The bathroom is locked so thats an inconvenience.

The one lady who posted about the laundry mat where she said the lady was raciest she was wrong she told her friend she was with that if she came out behind the counter she would slap her she was so rude to the attendant all the attendant said it would be a wait on dryers that she can go ahead and wash but it could be a wait because every Monday they have the rug guy come in they keep it blocked off cause when he pulls his rugs out the floor is soak and wet they dont want anyone to slip and fall thinking of safty i been coming here for over a year and. I never have any problems with any workers up there always friendly to me keep up the good work Millennium

I had a good experience today. I arrived around 930 a.m. & it wasnt a busy time. I spent about 2 hours here. I used 5 washers & 2 of the extra large dryers to fit all my clothes. The employee, didnt catch her name, was polite, helpful, & seemed to keep occupied making rounds & tidying. I will definitely recommend this place & will return if I end up with a lot of laundry again! :)

My favorite laundromat. Tons of W/D, tables, soda machines. 7/11 and Little Caesars are right across the street for snack runs. You load money onto a card and use that instead of cash. Very handy.

Plenty of clean, well-maintained equipment. Comfortable seating that allows for hours of uninterrupted reading (depending on talkativeness of spouse). Helpful and mindful staff that monitors the discourteous. A coffee bar would make a nice addition.

The place is clean and tidy.. But some of the dryers dont work properly and take longer to dry, plus you always feel as if your being rushed to finish the clothes starting at 6pm. They close at 9pm but if you show up at 8 to do some laundry your denied because theyve already closed up mostly. Other than that a pleasant place to do laundry.

Drove up there on a monday evening, son tried to take basket in he couldnt get in door, i called inside she said they take the last load at 8 and close at 9. It was 8:15 .We missed it. Ok so the next evening we get there at 7:30 this time he went inside and she proceded to tell him they are closed...he came back out...i again called inside she says we are closed i said you told me last night last load in by 8 and closed at 9 oh um well i was told to close early theres only 1 person here drying his close and im already punched out...now who punches out while someone is still in there doing laundry and online it still says open...boss man...having your business turned away...not good

Old racist lady blonde short hair was rude, said my money wasn’t valued over another customer cause they spend more every Monday. I explained I was a paying customer as well still & spent $10 on a lyft to this disappointment to have to pay for another to another establishment which I recommend you go to right up the street & they are cheaper ! ‘LAUNDRY FAIR” ... millennium laundry lady Told me to shut up. Threaten to call the police on me cause she was in the wrong after I asked her did I disrespect her .. did I tell her to shut up ? Did I threaten her or lay my hands on her ? I was speaking to her in an appropriate manner even after she disrespected me. I asked for the owner and her reply was well I’m the manager. I asked for her to call him & she said “that’s what he hires me for” he’s ok with it cause he’s spending 500$ I replied I shouldn’t have to wait on another customer to do dry anything if all I need is one washer and see multiple ones not in use. She was persistent and continued to be rude ! Then threatening to call the police on me. I said I will google for the owner she said good luck he’s not on google. I will find him along with leaving posts on both Facebook and google reviews. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

Ive been visiting the laundromat for about six months now, the machines that were broken then are still broken.The attending manager Sandy runs a tight ship and keeps the place clean!Side Note: too bad she doesnt have mechanical abilities because the broken machines would be fixed!!!

Ive only been here twice to do laundry. It is what it is. My only complaint is that they wouldnt refund my charge card I have through them. I dont see why its a big deal or how difficult it could be to do so. Unprofessional I believe. If I have no need to come back and use whats rest on my card then why shouldnt I be entitled to getting my money back and its not like its posted anywhere saying they dont do refunds.

The only thing I like is the $1.00 wash. The lady that works is mean & acts like she doesnt acknowledge someone. A person thats never been there nor used the card that they offered was getting attituded for asking a simple question. Never going back. I rather pay full price than to see her face. And she never has change untill 2pm.

I was told that the flash card to use the machines was refundable. But I couldnt get a refund till the owner was there. It was a lie. Dont go there its a rip off.

Except patrons have to buy a loadable cards ($1) and use these funds for the washer and dryer. Accepts debit, credit, and cash for loading funds. Lastly, theres a restroom here but its always locked, you must ask the attendant for access.
