This company was able to come to my house the next day to service my dryer and also had the part on hand. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I was without a refrigerator for 3 days because other companies were canceling on me and telling me it would be a week for them to see me. Fridge was going down fast, no cooling, freezer was at 30 degrees. Called a few places locally, but nobody could come out quickly. I had a lot of frozen meat that was going to spoil soon. Called ASI and Steve came by 20 minutes after I called. I was probably just lucky that he wasnt busy at that moment. He replaced a couple of defective parts for the defrosting cycle, and thawed out coils behind the inside back wall of the freezer. He did this all within one hour, and saved me from having to throw out a lot of food. The man knows his stuff, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great service. My fridge was a hot mess, a person before him cut stuff out bypassed things it was a nightmare. Steve came out a practically rebuilt the entire fridge. Without Steve we would have to buy a whole new fridge.

I was promised an appointment on one day. I was forced to call to confirm my appointment on the day of. I called confirmed and then less than 10 minutes later my appointment was canceled and requested to be rescheduled for 2 days later. I agreed to the alternate date. I waited on this new date and no one called or showed. I called and received no answer. Poor business. Never choose a company that doesnt value your time or honor commitments made.

I had a dishwasher not working due to clogged pipe. The guy spent less then 20 min on it and never gave the estimate price, saying depends on how bad it is. Ended up saying it is $130 after it was done. Will never hire again.Replying to the Appliance repair:We were never given an estimate price even though asked prior to repair twice, so never agreed to pay that.How do you even call yourself affordable if you charge $130 for a minor repair like that?

Attempted to get this guy twice to come out, explained to him where which we are in the airport and what the process was because we are a business and first time had to call him to ask where he is and he was like “I got lost and my metro phone doesn’t work” and second day after we rescheduled he was like “I have to cancel because my friend said it takes to long for a simple repair” ... waste my time then says all this for a free service call, I was shocked did you see our messages on us agreeing for the charge to come out?It seems he takes the jobs he feels like it when he feels like it or if they are close to home! Do not go with this guy!
