Our church participated in a gumbo cook-off in Mexico Beach, FL. Sausage Worlds Hickory Smoked Andouille Sausage is the perfect sausage any Cajun recipes. It is firm (not like a hot dog) and has a nice balance of spice, and a great smokiness. We had many compliments! Lee and Sergio were very professional and helpful. I have not tried the sausage but I did have an encounter with the CEO, Sergio Pace. Was at a local Mexican restaurant and apparently his take-out order was not correct. He came into the bar and used the worst profanity on the young waitress I have ever heard. He disrupted the entire bar with his awful and unprofessional language. I would never buy anything from a business owner who treated other people in the service industry in this manner. It was appalling and completely out of line.
