Had two gift cards from Christmas 🎄 that would have expired in 6 months. They were kind enough to waive the expiration date since I wasnt able to use them for a brief period. They do great spa pedis and have a nice selection of polish. Their establishment is clean and nice.

I have been going here for over 10 years now. Christina is great. The salon is always clean and everyone is very nice and accommodating.

Their quality of services by far is the best Ive had in the area. Ive been in the Midlands for 13 years and have tried many salons and continue coming back here. They are very meticulous and care about the finished look. Went in Saturday afternoon around 330 and only had to wait 2 minutes to get a seat.

$55 for pedicure, they didn’t let you soak, didn’t scrub the dead skin off or anything. They were not friendly at all. Go to one of the many other salons don’t go here

John & Tiffany have done my manicure and pedicure for 6 years now and always do a perfect job! Very beautiful and clean salon inside. New owners are great! They have great prices and memberships for clients.

Gwen did an amazing job and was so sweet. She took her time and never passed me off which is a big deal to me. Their shop is 40 minutes from my town but I will do it bc of her. Salon staff super nice too. Lots of colors to choose from.

I absolutely used to love this place ! Everyone was always so nice and accommodating. I felt like this was one of the few places in Lexington that didn’t look at me like I had 2 heads when I walked in, being that I am an African American. Today I went in for a service I had received many times before . Johnny was the nail tech and he was absolutely rude! He told me that he could not give me the service I wanted because it want going to look good and that it simply would not work. I told him I had it done several times. He said he try but that it want going to look good. I could tell he was clearly irritated and don’t want to . He started and I immediately knew that he was sabotaging the whole thing because he didn’t want to bother trying. I finally gave in and did it his way. When he was done it was beyond horrible. When I complained he blamed it on me and said he did as I requested and that there was nothing else he could except let me come back later and start over. By this time I was done. He charges me the full price which I paid and left promptly. I would not recommend him. He is impatient and doesn’t care about customer service. Everyone else is great.

Did not recommend. Had my face and eyebrows waxed. Results are bad. Second time this has happened. Will not go back. I told the girl it happened before. I have whelps and itchy burning red spots. I wish I could show my photos. The people were nice.

When I ask for something particular in reference to my nails John always does just that and very well. John is the only one I trust to do full set, gel manicure, or dip powder!

I used to love this place, but I recently went to get a pedicure before going back to school. The lady doing the pedicure was so harsh and when cutting my nails and cuticles she began digging in the corners of my toes. Long story short, I left with my pinky toe bleeding and my big toe infected the next day. No matter what I said about the pain she would not stop. I highly don’t recommend unless you feel like dealing with lots of pain and infections. On top of that, we were charged much more than our usual cost for a pedicure. Will not be back again that’s for sure.

I did not have a terrible experience, nor a fabulous one. For the second time I got gel nails done, the first time had been a different place, and it was great, they took their time, they talked with me and it was great, so when I walked into here I was kind of expecting the same thing. So I came in and sat down. An employee came up to me and with a very rude tone asked what I wanted and told me where to go. I did not feel welcome at all. When thy actually started doing my nails, the person doing mine what very quite and did not talk to me, or try to start a conversation at all. I felt like he rushed through the whole process leaving no room for me to enjoy it all. The end product looked great and all, but no. I was trying to figure out how much everything cost, because they do not have a price menu anywhere, they don’t have a website so I could look.

I love this place for a quick pedicure and brow wax. They are reasonably priced and always professional.

My sister and I go here for a sister time pedicures. The staff is friendly and efficient. As in any place, some technicians are better than others. I also have my eyebrows waxed here. The lady is typically on point.

First off the lady doing my nails used the electric buffer on my natural nails, without pushing my cuticle back or soaking them, then went over my cuticle multiple times.The worst part is that she placed gel on TOP of the dip powder. My nails were peeling off the next night. Super lazy and not great service. gel polish doesn’t go on top of a dip.

Very disappointing! I had been coming to them for quite a while and the last couple of times I went I have been extremely disappointed. I got a pedicure with 2 different people and both times the polish looked horrible! I told the last lady it didnt look right she just smiled and nodded and looked at them and make a quick swipe on the end of one of my nails with the polish. The last time I had gel nails put on before a trip and the girl spent more time taking care of her personal things than paying attention to me, the customer! The gel was so thick and horrible looking. I told her it looked a little thick and she just said oh thats the way it is supposed to be. No it isnt! My daughter even commented on how thick they were. I didnt have time to go back and have them fixed and I shouldnt HAVE to go back to have something fixed. It should have been right to begin with! Needless to say, I will NOT be back.

Quen did a mani/pedi for me and it is perfect!!!Shop is spotless! Will definitely return!

Have been here multiple times to get my nails done for special events. I LOVED them at first but after they remodeled their service became awful. Employees dont communicate the prices with the customer. They over charged me for French tip gel nails because I said they were for prom. I have also had my eyebrows done here a few times but never had any problems until my last & final visit. Not only were my brows completely different shapes & uneven but the woman got wax in my hair. That was by far my worst experience. I will NEVER go back & discourage anyone from going!! It isnt worth the money.

I dont understand these bad reviews. Theyre efficient, quick, and I always leave with gorgeous nails. If youre concerned about the prices, which I find resonable, you shouldnt be getting your nails done in the first place. It is a luxury, people. You get what you pay for.

This is the worst nail salon ive ever been too! they were in such a hurry they left out so many important things in the pedicure. the polish was done sloppy and is terrible. the gel polish is all over my fingers and my nail bed. not to mention the person doing my nails was on the phone the entire time! do not go here!

If you go here use Lee. I have been going to her now for 7 or 8 years and I will not use anyone else. She does my pedi, mani and eye brow waxing. If she is not there on a day when I go, I come back just to use her. I have tried the other people and they are all super nice, but if you want it done right, ask for Lee. She has never burned my eye brows from the wax and has always done a good job. I dont even check them in the mirror anymore, I know they are done right when I go. Anywho, just cannot say enough about Lee.

This place sucks. I never right reviews but this time I felt a need to warn everyone. The ladys name was Lynn and you can tell from the start that she didnt want to do her job. I aske for the Felix pedicure with massage and she barley did a proper pedicure. She started of with cold water upon request she ignored me and started the pedicure. NO massage No scrubbing I mean really. Then at the end within 10 mins she started with top coat. I mean really lady. After that she lost the colors I had chosen. And she just picked up colors and applied I mean seriously no customer service. This is the worst pedicure of my life all done within 15 mins.

Absolutely terrible service! Nails different lengths, nail polish way to thick, lumpy and bumpy. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed! It will take couple of visits to get my nails to look the way I want.

Yeeeea so i got my nails done literally yesterday and they look like ive had them for two weeks. Management was nice enough but he did a rush job on my manicure. Im really not pleased. And for 31 dollars at that....really dissatisfied...dont think Ill be returning.

I went and got gel powder nails and a pedicure, also got my 3 year old daughters nails and feet done. Ended up spending 80.00 and that was ok. my nails lifted in a 2 week period which is expected, but when I went to get a fill in that was a disaster. I knew as soon as the tech stated that they werent going to look as good 2 weeks pervious. Needless to say, I went back the next day to get them fixed and he wanted to charge me another 30.00 to fix his mistake.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE, or will I be referring anyone I know there.

Horrible place! dont ever go spend your money there. i wanted a mani and pedi and eyebrows and they say no to mani and eyebrows bc they were closing and i had told them when i walked in werent even listening to me she was just talking to the person beside her and they both were ignoring my friend and i!

Very unsatisfied. I get my nails done often and was in the area so I thought I give this place a try. This was my first time and I will not be back. The nail technician got polish all over my cuticles and was peeling as soon as I stepped out. I did an accent nail with horizontal stripes that are very uneven and not straight. Very disappointed in this facility.

Terrible. Very nice salon with expensive decor and ambience but very poor customer service and unqualified nail specicialists. Cuticles are not cut enough and not enough attention to detail wlis given during services.
