I would not recommend this nail salon. My nail tech was on the phone while putting on the tips of my nails. She was very rude when I told her the nails were too short and uneven. The nails are in terrible quality. My nails are very thick and after a couple days got bubbles in them. In addition the hot water was not working.

I would suggest you not to come here me and my mom came and we got teal, it was so chunky and old I have never had nails look this bad before never again !

Me and my best friend, went to get a full set of acrylic and the polish was gel. In the first five days, seven of my nails had the polish chipped off. While as my best friends two nails had the nail polish chipped as well. But what really mad me mad was I went back to the store after 5 days (I waited so long bc I never had a ride there) they told me that they would change my polish to a different color. Normally a nail color change (intended for those who don’t like the color not for those whose polish chipped) is $8 which is a good enough price but I was not going to pay for this visit or nail change. I am not typically an angry person or would ever be mad at this however I paid $60 for the full set which is typical but they have never ever chipped like this before. Before you consider going to this salon DONT. They are not professional and are very quick to do everything after they make you wait 5 hours to even get to go to a chair. They rush on everything and they are not professional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

The people were very friendly and the price was great, but my dipped nails turned out with barely any color at all. Ill give them another try with other colors/services.

Service wasnt what i aspected and i definitely shouldnt been charged that much for the service i received and on the count of that the employee shorted me on my cash didnt realize till i got into my vehicle but i decided not to go back in there and ask for my change because it she wanted it that bad i just letted her keep it and they definitely will not and i mean will not ever get my services again impatient and probably been shorting people out their money.

I tried this place out with my daughter and it turned out to be a great experience for me and my little girl. They were so patient and kind when she wanted ten different colors on her hand and toes. Service was excellent and my acrylic set turned out great. Ill definitely be coming back!

Super clean, you will wear a face mask, the person working on your nails wears a mask, there is a glass divider between you & staff - slide your hands through opening at the bottom. Gorgeous nails, relaxed, soft feet afterwards.

I went to almost every nail salon in Lexington before finding Beautiful Nails and I wish I had found then first! I have been going to Jennifer for years now and she has saved my nails! The atmosphere is so light hearted and happy and the salon is 110% clean!!! Everytime I walk out the door I feel like a my nails are worth a million dollars! This place is a gem and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!!!!!

The lady that did my nails was in a huge hurry, she literally took 5 minutes to do my nails. I paid $27 for a gel manicure. She got the polish on my skin and some parts of the nails were missing color all together. When I returned to have them fixed because I couldn’t justify spending the money for the service I had received, I was told I could sit and wait and ended up waiting an hour until I was called while the same lady took her time with a pedicure and spent a while cleaning it up afterwards. I guess you get what you pay for, I would gladly spend $10 extra to have it done the right way the first time. Wish I could add the photos of my nails to this post!

Sometimes you have to get someone who knows what they are doing to care for your toes. No pretense, just expertise. I spend most of my work day on my feet, no time for nail issues to sideline me.

I went here today and it was a fantastic experience. The workers are talented,fast and friendly. I got a French gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. The hot rocks and massage during the pedicure made my day. I recommend Jennifer, shes great. Definitely comming back here again.

Love Beautiful Nails! They do such a wonderful job and the prices are the best in town. Call ahead for an appointment because sometimes they get busy and you might have to wait, but I highly recommend them. Best place in town!

I came into Beautiful Nails today with 4 of my coworkers, and we had the BEST experience! The staff was funny and friendly. Everything was extremely clean. We all plan to return again!

I went in 12/31/19 for a mani/ pedi. Sora had awesome customer service, but the gel has faded on my toes within a few hours of having them and the gel on my nails started coming off the next day. $62 down the drain! I usually stick with a regular polish but she convinced me to get a gel. I called to the store and explained to them what happened. They advise me to come back in and I mentioned I lived in Charleston. I asked if I could send pictures to their email and I was told that they didn’t have an email, and I wasn’t able to get a refund. Nail salons in my opinion is a waste of time and if you could do them yourself, please go ahead. Hats off to the people who can afford it all the time bc I can’t. Very disappointed. I wish I was able to post the pictures.

I WOULDNT DARE PAY ANY BODY TO GO TO BEAUTIFUL NAILS!! I went to get my toes and nails done for prom. the only person available to do my toes was a male. (normally don’t allow males to provide any services for me because of the lack of sympathy they have). so i went out on a limb and let the gentlemen do my toes. WORST MISTAKE EVER! he had the side of my toe bleeding, after saying “Ouch” maybe 4 times... i was ready to just say stop and get up and leave. he cut my toe nail down wayyy too short. then i went to the chair to get my nails done.. and when i told the lady i wanted a certain length (longer than my actual). she kept asking me “are you sure” “are you sure you want that length” and laughed. personally, i dont think they should ask me if im sure when im paying for them to do what I WANT so it shouldnt matter what length i would like MY NAILS. Also, she kept recommending me to get gel after i politely declined once. i absolutely HATE Beautiful Nails!!

My Daughter, Granddaughter and I needed an earlier Appointment time than their normal hours (for Daughters wedding that afternoon) and Jennifer happily scheduled us before hours, had personnel there for each one of us and were WONDERFUL ! The guy that did my nail didnt know how to charge me to repair one nail or didnt care if a set 10 fingers are 20 to 25 dollars per set,why charge me $5.00 for one.My idea is treat a customer fair they will return.I think $3.00 would have been fair,pennies make dollars. Jennifer is very fair and helpful always.

I took my mom there and they only had 3 ppl working and they told her it was going to be a hour wait and it wasnt that packed! I also think they were prejudice because after they did the ppl they said that it was more ppl in front of her..... then they began talking to each other and texting!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Lady cut every cuticle until they bled! Then massaged gritty scub on my fingers. Its was horrific. Then she tried cutting more! Uhm, no. Worst nail experience ever. I hope they dont get infected.

Another nail salon I will not be returning to.. was overcharged, given a delux pedicure when I never requested it and was never asked, and much more. When I came in I told them I wanted a pedi & acrylic fill. After my pedi I reminded them about my fill and they acted annoyed. The next time I had my nails done somewhere else they told me they had dug badly into my nail beds. Just an overall bad experience.

I have been going to Beautiful Nails for years, mainly because I had good nail techs, and because the location is convenient for me. But I am finally fed up. All of the good techs seem to leave. The last 3-4 times I have been there have been progressively worse. The first couple of times I thought it was because the tech was having an off day, but it just keeps getting worse. Im not going back.- Some of the nail techs seem more interested in texting and chatting amongst themselves than in doing your nails, which is unprofessional.- The ambiance is not at all relaxing and definitely not spa-like.- They can be extremely pushy about upselling you to a gel manicure, even after I have politely explained that I dont want one because it damages my nails.- Nail techs request that you sign your credit card receipt--including your tip--before theyre halfway through the service. So if they do a terrible job, youre stuck and have already tipped. They also stand over you, staring at the receipt as youre entering the tip about, which I find to be extremely rude.- On one occasion, I had a pedicure and then a manicure. The tech messed up some of the polish on my toes with his shoes, then rolled his eyes and sighed when I asked him to fix it.- Last time I was there, the tech spent more time staring out the window than at my hands. I kept having to ask him to go back with the cuticle nipper to remove bits of skin he had missed. Several nails were filed crooked. I also had to ask him to go back over and paint the sides, which he had also missed entirely. The polish application was so poor that I just repainted them myself the next day. This was the final straw.I am not one to give up on a business because of one bad experience, but they dont seem to be interested in making things better so I wont be returning.Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There are several great options in Lexington, with clean facilities, comparable prices, a much more relaxing feel, and techs who are actually eager to please. I found a good place on South Lake Drive (Aqua Nails, near where the road goes over I-20 and a few hundred feet past the Piggly Wiggly.) Other places in and around Lexington have been recommended by friends and it shouldnt be hard to find something better.

I went to Beauiful nails on Saturday 2nd 2016, to get four 11yr old girls there nails done n toe nails painted, the lady took them right in but there nails n toes were sloppy painted n she didnt even use a top coat the paint chipped off within an hr and the price for each girl was $15, I dont recommend this nail salon the price was way to high for a terrible job!!
