Absolutely Amazing! They were busy, but I didnt have to wait longer than 10 minutes. I am very picky about my nails, and they were one of the best Nail Salons I have every been too. I use a Gel Mood nail Color called Crimson Nightshade. When you are warm your nails turn a blood red, until you are cold and the nail color turns Black. Ive used this color for 3 Years. I love it and will never change it!!

All of the ladies are so nice and funny. I got exactly what I asked for and the prices are reasonable

Was my first time going there. I made an appointment, I show up and its completely empty one other person getting their nails taken care of. The girl I got was super nice super sweet love the vibe but she completely rushed my nails they look rushed. Im really unhappy with them, paid 55 😒.

Got a Mani/Pedi today at this salon for the first time and there were only 2 people working and 6 people waiting. I waited for over an hour, finally they got my finger nails done, but not a full manicure. She only filed and painted. Then, asked if she could only put polish on my toenails and not do a full pedicure, but still charge me the amount. I wouldnt recommend, especially not on a Monday. I understand being short staffed at the moment, and I really wouldve been fine waiting if they werent rushing through my manicure and pedicure. I am paying good money for quality work and I did not receive that quality work today.

Yall dont try Sophias Nail Salon & Spa in Lexington. Trust me. 😒 Idk how the hell they got that many stars. Ive never went to beauty school and could do a better job at home like I should have, and I waited an hour and a half for a horrible pedicure. 🤬

I had a 1:00 appointment. Signed in and sat down. Not one employee spoke to me. A gentleman walked in behind me. They spoke to him. At 1:15 I told someone I had an appointment at 1:00. She said it would be a few minutes. They allowed a male customer not wearing a mask properly to answer phone. 2 other clients did not have any masks on. At 1:30 I left without so much as a hello or a good bye. I won’t be back. This is beyond ridiculous and poor management. Disappointed.

My Wife and Mother went to Sophias Nail Salon and Spa for first time today and this was their experience in my wifes words:My Mother in law and I went to Sophias today for the first time to get Pedicures. The service we received was outstanding!!! Everyone was so nice and were all smiles. This was by far the best nail salon I have ever been to, as well as the best Pedicure I have ever had!!! All I had to do was show them the picture of the design and color of polish I wanted and they executed it perfectly!!!My Mother in law and I enjoyed it so much that we are returning next Saturday for Manicures!!!Cant wait for next Saturday!Thank you so much Sophia and Staff!!!

Love, love, love Sophias! My Mom and I go there for full sets, pedicures, manicures and I wouldnt let anybody but Mae touch my eyebrows. We always have such a good time and the service is phenomenal.

This has become my favorite nail salon ever. I do suggest making an appointment though as they get very busy. I recommend Sophia or May for your nails and Mary for your pedicures. These ladies are truly wonderful and know what they are doing!

Great place to go to. We used Mae or Sophia. Miss Harry but they are great to. I loved it when Sophias husband was in there helping one afternoon and started talking like he was sitting her language. Great atmosphere.

I have been to this salon multiple times with no problems. I mostly get my eyebrows waxed and they do a great job, except this time...a lady that I haven’t seen there before called me back to wax. I laid there 30 minutes wondering what was taking her so long but brushed it off to “well maybe she’s really cleaning them up, I bet they’ll look great!”When she’s finished she handed me the mirror and ALMOST ALL OF MY EYEBROWS ARE GONE!!!!!! I have been trying to grow them out and make them thicker for over 3 years. Trying to get away from the thin, outdated eyebrows. Which is really hard to do!I held back my tears, paid and went and cried in my car for 30 minutes. It’s taken me a week to even leave this review bc I don’t even want to think about that experience.So now, I draw on my eyebrows and will start my 3 year growth process all back over.What confuses me, is why would she think I wanted them all ripped off?? I was inquiring about their new micro blading and she handed me a brochure while I was being waxed.......I will never go back.

My nails are awful, Chandy did my nails and they’re are spots where polish should be, my nails have jagged spots on them, and the shape is all wrong. I paid, went in the car and cried.

Visited Sophias this afternoon with my Mom and we had pedicures with May. She was great and it was very relaxing.

Me and my mom made an appointment 3 times this week and each time she told me I had to wait 2-3 hours til she get to me .... I understand that they are busy but what’s the point of making an appointment if I couldn’t be seen around that time ... and for this to happen on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday of the same week is disturbing and I will take my business elsewhere!

This is what I was quoted and was charged a different price I will Never Be back ever they are so high and I showed them the color I wanted but it’s not pink it looks orange ann nails are the best if you are quoted a price they should stand behind that a fix everything that was wrong
