This place had such potential and the nail tech was lovely in that he actually conversed with me while he did my manicure and he did a wonderful job on the manicure; however the dip was another story. The final product was very thick and within five days of receiving the manicure two nails popped off on their own and the other eight nails were ALL lifted. Not good considering I paid a lot of money to have this service along with a generous tip and was told it would last upwards of four - five weeks. I was told that the owner would redo it, but no one contacted me to schedule. The least they could have done was refund me my money or a portion of it since no one wanted to make good on their word.

The best! They really take their time and you don’t feel rushed. The gel manicures last three weeks with no chipping! Very nice people too!

I had an absolute fabulous time at this beautiful salon. I walked in and was greeted by a young lady who offered me a beverage and introduced me to John who proceeded to start on my nails. John was very nice and super patient. I explained to him what I wanted done including the shape of my natural nail. He was gentle and took extra care with a broken nail that I had previously. I received a gel overlay that was clear and color tips. The overlay is super light and natural looking. I didnt smell any chemicals and he did not dip my nails in the jar instead he scooped the powder out onto my nails. The attention to detail with the decorations is immaculate. I was also given the happy hour discount offered on MON TUE and WED from 10-2. I will be back to try the newly innovative steam pedicure next. I would definitely recommend this wonderful establishment to friends and family. Come in to see John youll be very happy. Attention to detail and patience is the key to amazing customer service.

I usually love going here but am irritated at their hours. I got there at 9 when they were supposed to open and I waited 15 minutes and nobody came so I had to go somewhere else.

Couldnt actual go b/c no one opened on Sunday during their posted open hours. We waited about 15 minutes just in case someone was late but no one showed. Lost 2 new customers.

Lexington finally has a true nail spa. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and was not assaulted by fumes and dust. The pleasantly scented steam pedicure was so relaxing and more hygienic than water. My manicure and pedicure look great! This truly is a spa experience, I felt pampered and appreciated. Thank you!

Not only is the atmosphere of the salon very inviting and beautiful but the attention to detail with the decorations is outstanding! today was my and my moms first time visiting and it was not anything short of amazing! very friendly and precise with their manicures! will definitely be returning! the cherry on top of our lovely visit is the fact that the salon works to focus on natural ingredients within their nail products!

Amazing experience! I enjoyed a steam pedicure while sipping on white wine. Kaitlyn made my visit extremely enjoyable and the owner is awesome. This establishment is the cleanest Ive been to in SC. Will only recommend All Natural Nails!

All the staff was friendly and willing to describe the benefits of the all natural process they use. The steam pedicure was a nice difference. The salon is tastefully furnished, very clean. I am quite happy with both the pedicure and manicure. Prices are comparable to other salons.

This was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time. I am amazed with the dipping process for nails. My nails look so natural and feel natural also. I recommend All Natural Nails highly. Great staff, soothing and relaxing.
