Great price and speedy service. The guys showed up on time, were done within in 90 minutes( approx. 2000sf of carpet)! At first I was a little concerned about how the carpet would come out. Be prepared for it to be wet for overnight...however, that was because they got some old pet stains out... Now we did do a good prep before they came, moved all furniture and vacuumed all carpets. They did move a desk chair and crib on wheels. But when booking appt. they told me just what to expect..no moving of furniture... One thing to realize they do not have a tool to get close to baseboards, we also had a grey build up near air vents near floor that blow on carpet that did not come out. But when showing them this from the beginning they said they doubted they could get it out but would try. The traffic areas came out very good, and for the price, I felt this was a 5 star job, especially since they were able to get rid of the pet stains. And once dry became fluffy again....One other thing there is no smell. I almost expected a cleaner smell but was not there...I will use again and recommend....

We just moved to SC from MI and bought a new home. We weren’t sure what company to use to clean our sectional and an area rug. I called a few places and decided to go with Floor Pro and I’m so glad I did! From the phone call to set up the appointment to the job getting done was a smooth positive experience. Shamond was prompt, courteous and did an awesome job. After our sectional dried there were a few spots that were previously highly soiled and didn’tcome out completely. No fault of Shamond’s as it’s hard to tell until it dries. I called to discuss the situation and immediately was rescheduled the next day and Shamond came back out and gave special attention to those areas and it came out great! I will definitely recommend Floor Pro and will always use them for my cleaning needs!

I absolutely LOVE how our carpets turned out and our tile floor! Our carpets were old and we were debating whether to get new carpet but thought wed give this a try. They look AMAZING and the guys who did it were very nice and fast. We had them come back to do our tile in our kitchen which had dark brown dirty grout and now looks new. They couldnt get it all under the cabinets as their wand was too big but I will do that by hand. The reason for my 3 stars is the lack of flexibility in scheduling and the dispatchers demeanor. I called out of courtesy the day of to say my husband got called out and I could not get home until 3:45 (3:00-5:00 window given). She said they were running ahead of schedule and could not wait until 3:45. She advised me to play it by ear but if they came and went I would be charged a service fee! No thank you! So we recheduled for Saturday 9-11 window. I got a confirmation of 9-11 but then they changed to 8:00. When I told them we agreed on 9-11 she insisted it was a communication error and they had someone else at that time. I showed her a picture of the confirmation and she still insisted it was 8:00. Just own up when you have double booked! It happens. We had to get a kid to practice so luckily they didnt show til later. I was very close to taking my business elsewhere and not sure if I will use them again just from this interaction.

Josh and Antwan came out to clean our mattress and did a phenomenal job. They were friendly and courteous but most importantly, they got the stains out!! They even scrubbed certain spots and they kept going over it until the stains were gone.

I would most highly recommend Floor Pro. We bought our house about a year ago, and wanted to clean up the carpets and hardwood floors after all the moving traffic and the previous dogs. We’ve had Floor Pro here twice in the last month, once for the area rugs, and once for the hardwood floors. In both cases, they were the absolute best to work with. Estimates were complete and reasonable, the crews showed up on time, and did an outstanding job, even to carefully moving the furniture back and forth to do the hardwood. I used Floor Pro because of a coupon I received in the mail and after spending the last few months potty training a new puppy my carpets needed some serious cleaning. The receptionist who took my call was super friendly and making an appointment using the coupon was easy. They emailed and texted me with updates and they were actually right on time! Handled promptly and arrived as scheduled. Price was much higher than previous cleaning (2017). Generally thorough job but did leave several spots which technician said would not come up with his spot remover. My wife removed with commercial spot remover. I dont think treatments for stain and odor are worthwhile. Would I use them again - probably.

Nelson showed me one stain they were not able to remove and I realized it was from a sharpie pen. If he hadnt of shown it to me I probably would have never noticed because even though they couldnt remove it, it wasnt nearly as noticeable as it had been. Cant say enough nice things about them. Excellent service. Nelson and Justin were very professional, thorough, and efficient. Three rooms and a balcony cleaned in about an hour, including a few pet stains. And the pet stains... completely gone. They kept me informed and asked for my opinion of the service as they were cleaning. Nelson had some great advice on the best way to allow the carpet to dry as fast as possible. The whole process of setting up the appointment through Thumbtack until the service was completed was as streamlined and convenient as it gets.
