Ive used this company twice. Once a couple years ago and once about a month ago. The lady who takes the appointments and co-owns the company is extremely friendly and attentive on the phone. She gets all the details so she knows what to expect and listens to what the customer wants. They arrived both times punctually and did great work on the carpets. Both the lady and her business partner who performed the work were very friendly and efficient while they worked. I enjoyed having them at my home and wouldnt use anybody else as long as theyre open for business.

Accuclean did our entire upstairs - all the bedrooms and hall. There was a spot from over-watering a plant and a couple accidents by the dog - all gone now.Annette knows about chemicals often used to clean upholstery that can harm children. They dont use them - obviously - and thats important to me as I have grandchildren.Accuclean does excellent work, in a short time, and at very reasonable rates.

Nothing but good things to say here! I needed a cleaning ASAP (dog accident) and they were there first thing the next morning. The cleaned the whole living room in under 30 mins with their truly industrial equipment. The staff was courteous, polite, and loves dogs!
