Was hoping to get my carpets deep cleaned, was not to be the case with this company. The system they use is a pump sprayer with some chemical; then they rub the with a carpet buffer, thats it. Some stains did come out, but for the most part all the process did was push the dirt into the carpet deeper. Worse job I have ever had done on my carpets. I have tried to email the company to tell them of my frustration, but there has been zero reply from them thus far. In addition, the advertised special they run, $88 for three rooms turned out so far off its not even funny. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they obviously do not care about customer service. One last thing, in order for me to get the deal that I got, I had to be willing to write a good google review, which the tech stood there as I wrote my original review. Very uncomfortable. I have since deleted that review and edited it to this current version. So in conclusion, do yourself a favor and move on past this company, you will be happy you did.

Rugs where picked up for cleaning and was supposed to take a week. They took over 2 weeks and they did not get cleaned in fact they came back dirty like they where never touched. Edges where very dirty, and a greasy film on one of the rugs. I Called several times but NO one will call back. I finally got through and was supposed to get a refund for one of the carpets but its been 3 months and still no refund. Would NOT recommend this carpet cleaner if you want clean rugs..

They picked up rugs from our home and the return time was great but two of the rugs were not clean. One looked like it was never touched and the other was clean it the middle but the border was still very dirty. I called to ask about my options because they do offer a 14 day guarantee. I was given an email address to send photos to and was told I would be contacted by a manager. That was on December 17, 2020 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I emailed again on January 6, 2021 letting them know I still had not heard anything and asked who I would be hearing from. Nothing. I will be reporting the to the BBB next. Save your time, energy and money.

Chris was great and professional. Unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with the carpet cleaning itself as it looked like my carpet had only been vacuumed. They offered to clean again but my schedule doesn’t allow that and a refund was mentioned but I have yet to hear back and have not received one yet.

Service was reasonably priced and done quickly and professionally. We are quite happy with the results! I was very pleased with the service and experience overall. The gentleman who came to do our work (Chris) was friendly, polite, and professional - all good qualities in any worker that you let into your home! Scheduling the appointment was also super easy and they were able to come quickly which was also important to me.

This place was awesome. Chris F. showed up on time and was super friendly. He got everything done within 15 minutes and it looks sooo much better. Overall great experience and I will definitely be using this company again!

Chris F. Was a really nice and knowledgeable technician who tried his best. However they were NOT able to get the stains out of my carpets. I would recommend Chris, but not the service if you have any real stains, as it only looks like they had “fancy” vacuums

Chris F. came to our house and was absolutely professional and helpful! He even helped us move furniture to clean the areas. The carpet looks and smells great (we got the pet treatment) and we are very satisfied with his work!

I initially had my carpet cleaned last Wednesday and was overall less than impressed by the work that was done. Due to the holiday, I called on Saturday to voice my concerns. I spoke with Michelle who was very patient and attentive to my concerns and took notes and assured me that the work I received was not up to their standards. She apologized and scheduled me a reclean service (at no charge to me). She escalated it up to mgmt who quickly returned my call and answered all my questions. Today, Chris F and Jack came out and re-cleaned my 3 rooms and area rug. They explained each step of the process and did a better and more thorough job than the previous technician. They were both polite and professional. I am very happy with my carpets now, and glad I gave them a 2nd chance!

Since February, we have been trying to get a refund from Safe-Dry.First, we were quoted 1-2$ per square foot for the cleaning of our rug, which then changed to 4$ per square foot. I spoke to Reece, who assured us we would be 100% satisfied and if not would receive our money back.On Wed, Mar 4, I received a text stating the rug would be delivered between 830-9 AM and arranged my work schedule to be present. The rug never showed, I was never contacted until 530 that night by text to say the rug would be there the next day between 530-6pm. My husband rearranged his work schedule to be present. It never showed. We contacted Safe Dry and they rescheduled delivery for March 10th, for which we rearranged our work schedule again to be home. The technician Noah Jarman arrived with the rug, claiming it had been cleaned. He unrolled it - and their was still dirt on the rug; it hadn’t been touched! My husband asked Noah if he would accept the rug in its state and he agreed it looked like it hadn’t been touched. We refused the rug and he took it back to Safe Dry to clean it.We were told our rug would be returned March 26 and rearranged schedules yet again to be home. The rug never showed. Despite continuous and multiple attempts to contact Safe Dry, we never received our rug again until March 30. And still in its unclean state.Safe Dry assured us they would issue us a full refund, which we are still waiting on. We have spoken to corporate (Anthony) 4 different times, and each time we have been assured - “the check is in the mail” or “we had your previous address” (we don’t have a previous address) or “the check has been approved by the owners and checks go out on Monday.”This company’s customer service is atrocious, not to mention they are absolutely dishonest, and unethical.If I can keep one person from having to go through the absolute headache and nightmare we’ve had to, it is worth it. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I got multiple quotes for cleaning 3 bedrooms of the home Im selling. This company had a coupon online for 3 rooms for 88 dollars, which was great. I called to make my appointment and confirmed with the person on the phone that the deal was good and it would be 88 dollars unless I was over a certain square footage, at which point wed negotiate a new price and go from there.On the day of, I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment letting me know the driver would be an hour late, as he was scheduled across town just before my appointment.I met with the carpet cleaner at the house, and he was very personable. He was a stickler for the protective booties and was very communicative. He took his measurements, confirmed to me that my rooms were under the square foot minimum, and told me itd be $350. I figured there would be an upsell for premium services, so I told him I just wanted the clean from the coupon. He then told me thatd be 150.I told him I wasnt a fan of the bait and switch and told him I wasnt paying that, tipped him 10 dollars because its not his fault the company is scummy, and he left. He came back a minute later after speaking to his boss and offered to do it for 120. I sent him away again. Minutes later he came back with the boss on speaker phone, who needed to understand why I wouldnt pay 120 dollars for something that was clearly stated to be 88. To his credit, the manager was super nice and personable. He ultimately agreed to do it for the 88 plus a credit card fee of 3 dollars or something.The carpets looked good afterwards. They seem clean. The cleaner did damage the baseboards in multiple areas, however. There are gashes in the baseboards which we had to sand and repaint.Overall, I appreciate them honoring the original coupon. I appreciate their effort to gain my business by slowly lowering the price to what was discussed, and I appreciate how nice both the manager and the cleaner were. Just wasnt a good experience and I wouldnt use them again, or recommend them.

I don’t recommend this business’ customer service..... I had an appointment set for9am. By 9.30 I had not heard a word so I called office.. dizzy woman was oh my goshing ... they had another job earlier ( really before 9) . Anyways she was going to call me back! So at 10.30 I called again “ well I just don’t understand....” and still no apology!!I can’t tell you about their cleaning capabilities but good luck!
