I got to the establishment at 5 minutes to 8 there opening time. It took 55 mins to wash and armor all thecar. I explained to manager how long it took. He tried blaming on not having help. But all the workers including himself are cleaning and detailing at a snail pace. Not in a hurry at all. I was second car in line. When I explained I spent 1600 a year at his establishment and wouldnt be back and if another 100 customers felt the same way it would be 160 thousand a year in lost buisness. It didnt seem to phase him at all. This place used to be so good. Its sad. Matter of time before they close.

Visited for the first time, in town visiting family. Two young men out front spent more time talking than detailing. Inside of car, right side windshield not touched, rear window inside not cleaned either.

I love my car wash membership, however make sure you check your bank statements. I have been double charged for the same month two times.

Had to ask for a vacuum job,because they hit and missed the entire car,after they called me to my finished car.And still left halfway vacuumed. I dont see the concerned company, that they have been in the past. disappointed !

Was so pleased with all the work that was done to clean my car. It sure needed it. Everyone working there was kind and helpful.

First and last time visiting. They didnt clean windows good. Streaks and dirt still on them. Dirt spots and bug mess still on front of car. The young gentleman that was cleaning the car walked off before I could inspect it. Waste of $30.

Big sign at Frank’s car wash – FREE VACUUM!I was asked today to leave the free vacuum because it’s a weekend. I was a patron, but you will never get my business again. Don’t advertise it’s free when t’s not free all the time.

They honored some really old coupons (20 years or so) that I had miss placed!Did a FANTASTIC job!

I was pretty impressed. The carwash itself does a great job. The employees did a fine job drying and detailing after the wash. The only thing I didnt like was they would take out your floor mats and wash them but put them back in a vehicle while still wet. I asked them not to do mine.

My first time at Frank’s Car Wash. Scheduled a carpet/seat cleaning appointment. They were booked a month out, which I was totally ok with. My appointment comes up today, July 28th. The attendant that checked me in was very polite! I was told to pull over to the side and she would send the detailer over to me to grab my car. I waited and waited.. ONE HOUR passes and no one had even been over to my car to take it to get shampooed. I ended up just canceling and leaving without the service. Horrible first experience here. Told them I would reschedule, but after waiting a hour without acknowledgment I will not be returning.

Always a great clean, dont expect detailing but a great way to spruce up the car. They even found my missing earring! Clean and curious staff.

We come here regularly to have both our car and truck washed. We always get the Fire and Ice package, which is on sale on Sundays. Can be busy so sometimes there is a bit of a wait but the line moves pretty quickly. They do a decent job in getting the car cleaned and vacuuming the inside / wiping the windows etc. Sometimes if they are rushing they will leave marks on the dash or not clean the windows all the way ... nothing too major but noticeable none the less. However majority of the time they do a pretty good job!

Didnt clean my truck good enough. Left dirt spots on truck. The tire shine lasted ten minutes.

First and last time I tipped the kid 5 bucks told him I was not satisfied. Missed two wheels and the door jambs. For that price to go through an automatic carwash is too much. Also I wanted a detail and had to be by appointment. Not waiting a month. Staff is the image of management. Wish I could say they did a great job.

The location was closed on the day that I first went to it and I called the next day before going. The biggest problem was the washer did not get the front of my car clean and I didnt see it till the next day. I will try again, but I will be going to a full service location instead.

Paid $40 for the Ultimate wash with the Turtle Wax Ceramic wash. The guy that vacuumed my car didnt take off the parking brake so it stopped before going in and the ceramic wash at the beginning just came out before my car entered the wash. By the time the parking brake was off and my car started going through, no more ceramic wash. So I told someone that my car needed to be put back through, so they did but the wrong was mustve been picked because they ceramic wash didnt even go off when my car went in. So I went to someone else to tell them about it so my car went through a 3rd time and finally got it right. So thats one thing. Another is that even though my car went though 3 times there were still a lot of bugs on the front of my car (didnt notice this until I got home to clean my windows-more on that further down). Youd think that they wouldve scrubbed the front of my car car better to get the bugs off, and the fact that those bugs were still on car after 3 times going through doesnt say that much about their car wash. Another issue is that they really dont vacuum well, still a bit of sand UNDER my floor mats, between the seats and the side of the car, some trash under my seats-very poor job in vacuuming... And then regarding the windows, SO MANY STREAKS! Noticed that when I got in my car, but after being at the car wash for about 2 hours I decided that Ill just clean the windows when I got home, I was tired of spending so much time at the car wash. I usually dont go to Franks, but I just got back from a trip and wanted the car cleaned and Sunset (where I normally go) is closed on Sundays. Definitely will not be going back to Franks. They are more expensive and definitely dont get what you pay for. Ive been going to Sunset for years and never had this kind of experience there, Sunset usually does a good job. If you want a good, cheaper wash then Franks go to Sunset. I cannot recommend Franks due to the poor service I experienced.

Back window of truck not real clean on truck. I have a cover on the bed and the person cleaning needed to find a step stool or something needs to be provided for workers to get this done better.

It was great a few spots were missed inside but not much.

Said the hose wasnt long enough to get to the other running board clean so I had one clean running board and one not sucks

Always go there for a good cleaning

Today was the second time in a matter of months that I have received the worst quality car was from this location. This time I bought the Platinum was, when the vehicle was supposedly completed I noticed that it has not been vacuumed, also note only one other vehicle was being washed at the time. It was my fault I should have paid attention. When I went to the free vacuum in the back it barely worked. While I was trying to vacuum the vehicle I started noticing soap still on it also dirt still all over the vehicle. I have used this location since I was young and never had this poor of quality. I will not be returning to pay for someone to run my vehicle through a wash. It is cheaper and better quality going to a drive through gas station wash. I hope that someone in management takes notice of this review and does a little house cleaning or restructuring to better the quality of services provided.

Cant beat it 16 dollars for wash, wax and tire shine

Most of them are really good car washes. The Augusta Rd location only has 2 vacuums and its a little tight when they get backed up. They could solve this by removing the extra parking spaces and putting in more vacuum locations.

They are professional fast and perfect prices! WOW 😮 super fantastic job!! I was to lazy to do the work and they did it in half the time!!! I love Franks!

Went with son and daughter in law to have the car washed. The place was busy. The inside area was very clean. Outside was also very clean. Rest rooms were clean.

Yeah, not good at all, definitely not $35 worthy. Still some specks on my car after the wash, quickly wiped windows (didn’t get the sides well), vacuuming isn’t that good either. I could do much better myself with some time and sweat. Yeah, not going there again.

The service manager was very helpful and thorough. The attendant who cleaned my car did quite an excellent job indeed. Please keep up the good work.

Save your money do it yourself. Just visted location and they didnt even wipe down inside or vacuum vehicle will not use again.

Definitely pricey and if you have a pickup truck, youll find plenty of areas of missed spots. The only real plus here is the vacuums are at good strength. I suggest the nearby fo it yourself car wash thats $10 to do everything, only drawback there is the vacuums arent at great strength.

Did get there around 5:45, but carpet was not vacuumed well at all, car not wiped down well at all (inside). Paid $26 for cleaning.

Franks Carwash is always a good place to get a very nice carwash. I have used them for years. I had moved away and had not gotten the car washed on the inside for a couple of years. However was a lite disappointed seemed like it was not as thorough a job this time. Maybe next time!

Ran my card 2 times said it didnt work and ran another card and it worked. Checked my bank and all 3 charges were taken out. Talked with business manager and they were rude and clueless. Called corporate and the female there is just as rude. I can tell who trained the staff on what is acceptable behavior while conducting business.

Appreciate pricing for services and very quick even on what I would call a busy day. Highly recommend

Really good service. At first, the younger guys werent so great, but the guy that rang me up noticed that they hadnt done any of the stuff I paid for, he had them take my car back through. Looks really good inside and out.

Went there today and the young man who cleaned my car out (not sure of name but he was a blonde young man) did a fantastic job! I only wish I had even more cash on hand to give him a larger tip. He took his time and was extremely professional. I love that they hire individuals that seem as though they have a good head on their shoulders and take pride in what they do! In addition, today is 5 dollars off of their 35 wash! So I saved money too! Thank you so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They missed vacuuming up French Fries on the passenger floor board, didnt dry the car to my expectations and they dont wipe the wheel rims unless you purchase the tire shine. I wasnt 100% pleased.

Great car wash. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. The exterior wash only always leaves my vehicle spotless. When I get the full wash they pay close attention to every detail. This is the place to go. I highly recommend this car wash! Thumbs up!

So I called up to the car wash and told them that I was desperate for my car to be cleaned and they closed at 5:30 ...this was 415. I said I’d be there in 30 minutes I got there and they decided to close early the guy says sorry owner told us to shut down. Very unprofessional.

I dont know where to start with the frustration. I was told Friday that I needed to get out of line and go wash off your truck and come back and I can wash it. I understand that they cannot have the huge mud trucks in the wash for a reason but I had a small amount of mud on my step side. This was a poor judgement call on the employee. Whats the point of a car wash if you have to wash the vehicle before you take it to the car wash. This was the second issue that I have had with this same location. The first issue is when my front license tag broke due to the attendant placing cars too close in line. I entered the wash and felt heavy jarring. I couldnt tell what was happening until the suds were washed off. Then I noticed I was hitting the back end of a navigator and someone was behind me hitting my truck. We all got out at the end to check our vehicles. The other two vehicles had scratches as well. We notified the attendant, he said he was sorry but they train them to put the vehicles close in line. Did not offer for us to talk to a manager or any assistance. I understand a lot of the employees are young but the training seems to be an issue. There at least needs to be a manager on site supervising. I will be cancelling my memebership and I will make sure I spread the word NOT to use this location.

Hit or miss depending on who cleans the interior. Sometimes its exceptional, sometimes they dont even wipe down the main areas.

Broke my windshield wiper. Didnt clean my floormats and told me after the wash that the pressure washer was broken so they couldnt. The inside didnt appear to be touched. So disappointed...$28 later...

Had a good experience overall, bought the daily Car Wash deal for $20 a month. Would have given 5 stars if they actually clean your rims, which it never does.

Great job! On the 3rd of July they were slammed and got my Yukon cleaned in a flash and the kids enjoyed watching!... Just recently took my sister from out of town and I think the new guy didnt study his notes on all to be done on different washes and skipped a couple of things, but the staff took an extra 10 minutes to straighten it out and all worked together! Very nice and respectful staff that day!

Inside cleaning depends on the individual that does it. I usually have to go behind them and vacuum and wipe down inside.

Didn’t vacuum the cup holders and didn’t wipe down my car very well. Overall I’m disappointed and I paid $35 and I expected a better service. I’m probably going to have to go back over the car and clean it myself.

When i moved to town i heard great things about Franks. But after having used them twice, do not waste your money. You watch the staff and all they are concerned about are their tips.I got a hand wax and was hoping for the best. All I got was the front bumper having bugs still on it, but a nice coat of wax over them. My running boards were still dirty and the windshield had bug marks still on it.This was a most disappointing service i have seen in awhile.

Paid $32 plus to clean car. It started raining they dropped the mats on the wet ground and sprayed them. Then put the wet mats back in the car. They spent 5 minutes wiping it down.Smudges still on windows, didnt even wipe rims down.Dust still everywhere and they didnt swap out the rags for clean rags.When we said something we got an attitude and as were leaving all the employees even the manager were in the cash booth laughing.Very unprofessional.Would not recommend.Your better off saving the money and doing it yourself.Never going back.

Awful experience. I used to come here as a teenager in the 90s, to get my camaro washed. This was first time I have been back in decades, and it is over priced and the service sucks horribly.I paid 32 bucks for the rainbow wash, and they did not armor all the tires. They also wiped the inside of the windows with a dirty greasy rag, leaving it barely able to be seen throughThey did not touch the interior at all, did not wipe the exterior anywhere that required bending over, did not clean the trim in the fender wells, did not wipe the wheels, and left a new chip on the paint of the bumper of a 2 month old car.This place does not care for your car, the staff could could care less about doing a good job. It used to be teenagers with a grown man supervising them and making sure they did not miss a spot. Now it is grown men with no supervision, who sit and wipe one spot over and over with a dirty towel and then say its done.I suggest saving your money and washing your car yourself. If you like pissing away dollars for shoddy service and getting new dings in your car, this is the place for you.

Poor service and will not go there again. They charged $110 for full detailing service, but they didn’t even clean mats, and also didn’t do proper conditioning for my leather seats, still have dust all over the car. Total waste of $110. I would not recommend this for especially detailing service.

Way too busy today. Probably there for a hour or more. Really, I went around lunch time on a Friday and should have just came back later. That is probably just a very busy time.

If you want to wait AN HOUR for your car, which WILL NOT be clean, this is your place!!!! Started off great with the cashier as he was very knowledgeable and curtious. In my personal opinion, for $26 my car should at least be clean, I mean this is why I went there in the first place. And my floor mats should at least be put back the same way they were taken out. AND DEFINITELY NOT VACUUMED, guess that to much to ask for at Franks Car Wash. Oh and your running boards wont be even wiped down, or your cup holder because the guys (blue shirt with a beard and red shirt with dreads) will be to busy on their phones or cutting up with one another. I felt bad for the people in front of me, as they had been their even longer, when my car was ready first. Hey Franks, maybe you should find some people that actually want to work and take pride in their work. Because clearly the crew that is there today, 6/16/2019, 2pm, COULD CARE LESS!

Great service every time. I go to this Franks and the one in Harbison. I really appreciate how much time these guys take to get the job done right! Everything I have ever asked has been accomplished. Would highly recommend!!

My experience has varied in each visit to the establishment. During weekends especially on Saturdays it seems to be busy which means more of a chance of your vehicle air drying which leads to water spots, not that this is the employees fault as cars are done in order of exiting the wash and some cars take longer than others so air drying happens when the car wash is very busy, by coming on days that they arent busy you can avoid this, you can also avoid this by calling in advance to see how busy they are on any given day. Ive also noticed that if I tip the employees that the cleaning is a little better, if Im kind and courteous then so are they, every time. It should be noted that there is no tip jar so tips are evenly distributed among those who participated in cleaning your vehicle but, if you dont tip the men in the back directly then they will never see a penny of your tip and the men in the back are the ones who really clean the car the men in front only dry and wipe down the vehicle heavy work is done in the back. Ive always been satisfied with my experience. Just remember to tip your car care provider.

2 Days ago I stopped by the Lexington facility to find out if I could have the exterior detailed, that the truck needed a really good wax job as I was getting ready to sell the vehicle. I was told anytime but it would be first come first serve and to drop it off and it would take about 4 hours. Fast forward to Saturday morning..I arrive 10 minutes before they open..first in line. Dragged my exhausted spouse out of bed to pick me up. When the gate finally came down to open I explained what I needed. I was told by the punk kid that they couldnt do it today (Saturday) because its their busy day. He explained that I was welcome to try one of their other facilities (REALLY?) OR come back tomorrow (Sunday-New Years Day) and MAYBE THEY could get it done. I told him that was the wrong answer..its a simple yes or no. I was furious! So me and my sweetie left. My sweetie did happen to approach one of them after I left and the punk said OH SHE COULDVE LEFT IT. Well Franks car wash management I have to say this..it sucks as a woman to have a punk 1/2 my age send me away and then have a man approach him and he backs down. That jerk was just being the a-typical lazy punk not willing to do his job leaving me with no options. He needs to go!!!!! Im getting ready to have surgery in a couple of weeks and this was the perfect time for me to have this done. This is the 2nd time Ive gotten the run around from this company and I am fuming mad!! I am a busy person and I dont have time for this crap.

Arrived at 8 for my appointment they started to work on it at 835, left it with them called at 1they said they finished it a hour ago they meant to call. I went to look at my truck they was supposed to hand wash and wax it had dirty water spots on the hood and roof, called one of the workers over and showed him he said it was just the paint my truck has 7000 miles on it.Very poor Job.Wasted 80 dollars would not recommend them to anybody.

I went to to Hwy 1 location next to Timberlake and the young man there was the rudest individual that Ive dealt with in a very long time. He almost acted like he wanted to fight me. A

Paid over $100 for a full detail and the guy didnt even clean the trunk. It appears the place is run by kids. If Lexington ever gets a good detailer, they will put these guys out of business.
