My favorite car wash by far in town. Getting a wash is easy and you’re greeted as soon as you enter. Service is provided in case you need help deciding which wash is best for you. My first time going Antonio was helpful and very kind! The car fresheners given are the best smelling and on top of that use of vacuums and cleaning equipment are included free with a purchase of a wash. Love ModWash and will definitely continue washing my car here.

I have been at this location in Lexington NC a few times and have been impressed each time.First of all they have a professional, helpful and friendly staff, which is hard to find in today’s workforce. A shout out to Tammy for greeting me when I drove up where you pay.She was very pleasant and helpful.I would suggest getting a membership because if you like keeping your car clean, you can go as many times as you like and they have free vacuuming and all the supplies needed to clean your car after going through the wash.To me for the quality of the wash you get and having access to everything afterwards, the price is very reasonable. No other place around this area even compares.

An employee by the name of Marcus helped me out for my first visit to ModWash. His customer service was amazing and he treated me with kindness and respect. I went to get my Ford detailed and vacuumed and my car looked brand new when my services were finished. I will definitely be coming back for another visit! Thank you!!!!

I came with my fiance Marquis, and from the moment we pulled in they assisted us with our selection. Their machines left no streaks anywhere on our vehicle. Their vacuum cleaners are amazing as well.

Love the process here. They have free vacuuming and offer window cleaner, sanitizer and rags to finish off your cleaning. Great job ModWash!

Decided to try out the new Modwash in Lexington after hearing people say all kinds of good things about it. NEVER AGAIN! It royally scratched up my wheels on my Honda CRV. The dirt that is left on the wheels was nothing more than 2 weeks old brake dusk since the last time I hand washed these wheels 2 weeks ago. It scratched the painted parts of the wheels as well as the polished aluminum parts of the wheel. I normally hand wash my cars for fear of car washes scratching them. For what it’s worth it didn’t scratch any of the paint. But I’ll be sticking to hand washing, just thought I would give it a go since the CRV needed a washing.And to top it off it only applied tire shine to one side of the vehicle.You’ve been warned.

I have visited ModWash in Lexington, NC twice and both times have been assisted by an employee named Marcus. Marcus is kind, courteous, helpful and goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. My first visit, he helped me with the kiosk and explained the different washes available. On my most recent visit, he approached me and offered me assistance, vacuumed one of my mats (which looks significantly better than the one I had done myself...) and gave me a couple air fresheners. I am pleased with the car wash itself as it is clean, affordable and convenient, but Marcus and the other friendly staff is the reason I will return.

ModWash Lexington is fun for the whole family. The kids LOVE cleaning the interior after the shiny bright wash. Totally recommend ModWash Lexington!!

I love this place. I go every weekend to wash my car and the staff is always friendly. Its usually not overly busy when I go so I have a chance to really deep clean the interior after the exterior is washed. They do offer towels, window cleaner and disinfectant for the interior but I would suggest taking your own leather, cloth or other interior cleaner as well as tire shine because those are not available to my knowledge.

My Brother n Law told me how awesomr and simple this place is, but i saw a bad review and it was out of my way, but i decided to go with it anyway. I an so glad it did. I noticed the prices are quite responable and right when i was about to pay i realized i left my wallet at home. Tammy, the attendant was mind a patient she immediately hooked me up and allowed me to pay next time i come. Talk about Customer Service. Great job on the wash and the free vacuums. No offense to anyone. I have 5 kids and i do a better job vacuuming out my van so i am grateful its accessible and free cause heaven knows it takes me a while. Thank you Mod for the hook up. Ill be back for sure :)

Have been a member of this car wash going on 3 months. I can not say enough about how awesome they are. I go through 4-5 times a week. The employees could not be any nicer. The wash does a superb job and I love the cleaning supplies they have for you to use. Thumbs up from me.

Does a great job cleaning my SUV without any damage. The vacuums are very strong and do an excellent job. I love this place!

The machines wash the car good. Vacuum will suck the carpet out your car as long as it isnt clogged and when it did management came by and cleared it out for me. They asked about my experience and were very friendly. I have yet to try the top wash.

First time ever going and the payment system was down, so they were giving away free carwashes. Got the car clean. Very well worth the money. If you go more than once for a car wash, get the unlimited, its cheaper than paying twice and you can do it 100 times a day if you choose.

Not a bad wash for the price and they have free microfiber towels and glass cleaner spray available. If they would have had an interior spray/shine available I would have gave 5 stars (That’s the only part of my car I was unable to clean). Very kind and helpful staff, we were helped and all questions answered!

Scratches on my paint some cant be buffed out. Didnt clean spots I wanted gone I dont recommend.

Modwash is an outstanding car wash with fast, friendly, over and beyond type service, plus the quality of the wash is PHENOMENAL! They have industrial strength vacuums, microfiber towels with glass cleaner. All equipment is state of the art and they use the newest express wash technology. Would highly recommend joining the club as it can save you tons of $ and keep your car shining!

We decided to try the free $24 wash to check service. Our Lincoln was run through the automatic wash/rinse/or whatever. After the wash we were directed to vacuum area where we hand dried remaining rinse from car. While doing wipe down with clean cloth there was residue left on cloth from either build-up from non-cleaning, or residue left from wash. I generally wash my vehicle every 2-4 weeks, and vacuum weekly. The free wash did nothing, and was as if car had never been washed.I came home, hand washed my car, applied quick wax (as usual), cleaned wheels because the free wash hadnt removed minor brake dust deposited over past couple weeks. Ill not pay $24 for a quickly automatic wash that I can get anywhere else for $7-$12.*Poor wash job*Poor value*Poor service*No hand service offerOnly reason I give 1star is vacuum accessibleIll go to Sams before returning here, at least Sams will Follow-up to correct problems, offer auto-wash for $7, and full service including hand drying, wheels, vacuum, and inside wipe down for $19-$30.

Very nice staff. My car looked so much better. Love the vacuums and the fact they had window cleaner and cloths and mat cleaner available.

Super friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Price is reasonable. Everything you could possibly need, left to your disposal when you run your car through the wash (drying towels, air hose, window cleaner and vacuums). Will most certainly return in the future.

Ive been a regular at a competitors full, self service carwash since they opened in a neighboring city. I do see room for improvement. Such improvements would be...Adjustment of final rinse nozzles(give a wider pattern to rinse up under vent visors), adjustment of tire shine machine(tire shine pattern only covered half of my tires and didnt make a complete revolution of my tires), adjustment of final dryer blower nozzles(the drying left a bit to be desired). Wash quality overall was good. With these small adjustments, this would be a 5 star review. I did opt for the monthly unlimited washes, as it saves me time being in my own city.

Best car wash in town since I started going there

Took my little kia white kia soul up there to get a 24 dollar was and it hardly got any of the dirt off. I can go to sams and have my car completely wiped over and vacuumed for the same price.
