We recently completed a kitchen renovation with Samantha and her dad Donnie that turned out great. I am a contractor so I am very qualified to be critical of another contractor and let me say they met and exceeded my expectations. They met the schedule, communicated well, worked with changes, and did quality work. Most of all they did not have excuses when we had to make changes or when working with other subs. Overall a very good project!

Donnie did work for us several years ago. Every time I have to hire anyone for anything I think of what a great experience it was to work with Donnie. They did both our bathrooms. There were problems here and therebut they always found solutions. So many companies just cant do that. It was the best experience I weve had with a company. I wish they did electrical work and could fix my car. I would hire him for everything because of his can do attitide

Contacted Palmetto Home Style for an estimate on a bath renovation, Donnie came out and measured and said he would get back to me within two days, after two days I emailed them and then was told it would take atleast a week for an estimate. Ok whatever, it is now going on two weeks and still no estimate. How do these contractors make money is beyond me not getting back to people in a timely fashion. If it takes this long to get an estimate, it must be a nightmare getting the project done. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere because these people obviously do not need it.
