They are awesome. If you want to have the attention on you while youre trying to get a remodeling done this is a good place to go.
I first came to ED’s for Benjamin Moore paint, but they offer so many cool furnishings and things like wallpaper and cabinet hardware! The staff is very helpful.
Wonderful little shop.... Its amazing much is in there. The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. So so much better than going to somewhere like Lowes.
The customer service here is awesome. The staff is friendly. I am a painting contractor and I feel that Benjamin Moore paint is the best.
Wade has been extremely helpful to me and my wife in suggesting paint colors to go with the house we are building. He really has an eye for design and color combinations, which helped us tremendously in choosing the right paint to coordinate with our kitchen granite and tile and our exterior rock and hardie plank and shakes. Thanks Wade!!
Superbly knowledgeable staff, great collection
Great service, prices and advice.
I love Ben Moore paints and would buy them from any Ben Moore authorized dealer. However, when ordering Hunter Douglas products, keep in mind that your service/warranty is upheld by the store/entity that sold the HD products. In this case, you would want to avoid Eds and go with a someone who offers responsive, competent, customer-focused after-purchase care. In my experience, I purchased over $10K of HD motorized blinds only to have the motors go out repeatedly (every 6 mos or so - in under 2yrs of installation). This is a problem with HD motors as they have a 65% fail rate or better. You can verify this by checking the internet to read many HD customers sharing the same experience. In my case, a half dozen motors on just one treatment failed - each taking a minimum of 3mos to get resolved. Over the 2 yrs, they were inoperable nearly half the time since install. This puts customers like me in the position to repeatedly call to follow up with the HD dealer: in my case Wade/shop owner of E.D. Interiors. Of course, dealing with this shop for the same issue, they started feeling my frustration but took it out on me. In my situation, I had a wall of south-facing windows and in 100+deg summer light/heat hitting the length of the home, it was extremely difficult to withstand blinds that couldnt even tilt to keep the brunt of light flooding the room. Again, I could have avoided paying over $10K for blinds that didnt work and get custom drapes that dont have motor failure issues preventing me from managing light/thermal issues. I was looking for a text or check-in to advise of any challenges with scheduling repairs on their end when one repair went 4mos without any followup and despite my calling or texting once every 3wks to check in on what was being done. Ultimately, the store stopped supporting the repairs and I am stuck with the faulty, malfunctioning blinds with the motor - the main part - failing just 4 days after replacing the prior bad motor and had a chip fail behind the reset button, according to HD-HQ. Im done with HD and Eds. Although its not likely that I will make this kind of high dollar purchase even infrequently, I would encourage anyone seeking Hunter Douglas products to research the reliability of motorized products, consider that E.D.s is rude and non-responsive over mitigating warranty issues for the products they sell, and cannot be relied on after-sale support for the full period under warranty. Also, there are zero properly trained HD-dedicated installers in the area who fair any better. Calling the CS # in Colorado, you will be informed that for our area, the nearest one with the proper training/troubleshooting experience is located out of Virginia and it is a logistical challenge to have these broken blinds properly fixed. These blinds are an incredible hassle and the buyers remorse i feel after spending over $10K for blinds is something I cannot overcome - so my hope is to make sure no one else goes through what I have. Paying more simply doesnt guarantee good quality or responsive warranty support post sale. They are not the Mercedes of blinds as some would have you believe - In hindsight, I wish I went with Budget Blinds or had custom drapery as either would have saved me thousands of dollars and months of aggravation - and a properly fitted window covering. I love Ben Moore paints but I would drive 100mi to buy anything Ben Moore from someone who has integrity and provides decent customer service than use Wade/E.D.s.
Ive used EDs twice and will recommend anyone who is in the flooring or window treatment market to give them a visit! Ask for Kelly, she is awesome!
