I am in the process of having a front brake job performed on my vehicle. In 2019 I had the same identical rear brake job done on my vehicle by b&t. The front brake job I am having performed is $750 less than the rear brake job performed by b&t. I knew they were ripping me off when b&t performed the brake job, but I never realized they were ripping me off by $750. Needless to say, I was a loyal customer until that point. Now all I can say is, shame on you, b&t!

I have had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past but I had high hopes that this would be different. Unfortunately, it was not. I have a BMW that had electrical issues. After a $95 diagnostic I was told the battery needed to be replaced. After $445 to replace the battery, we picked up the car just to have the exact same electrical malfunction alert. Now, they decide its the alternator so we leave it overnight. Then they call to pick it up the next day and tell us its $280! My husband is upset that they never called with an estimate. I have a warranty on the car and that type of repair should be covered at 100% so having an our of pocket cost should be something they called for approval. This guy had the nerve to tell my husband that if we have a problem with $280 repair then a BMW isnt the car for me!! He further explained that his normal BMW customers would have no problem with $280! So apparently he judges people based on what they drive and charge them accordingly. I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism dealt with at this establishment. I should have known better when I realized their business looked like a junk yard. Obviously there have been other cars that he overcharged and the customers couldnt pick them up. What a scam!!!

This is, without a doubt, the top foreign car mechanic in the Midlands. Let me tell you why....My BMW was experiencing a minor rough idle issue with no CEL.I took my vehicle to a locally renowned foreign car mechanic in columbia on two separate occasions to try and diagnose the problem. Each time, they were unable to figure out what was causing the issue and asked me to reschedule so they could set aside some time for deeper diagnostics. Discouraged, I went to the BMW dealership off of Killian. The dealership diagnosed the problem quickly, but were going to charge literally 2x what B&T automotive was going to charge.It was a no-brainer. B&T likewise diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it the next day before lunch, for half the price of the dealership. Danny is personable, and has a passion for foreign cars. He keeps up with the industry and has knowledge on the newer models and the older models.By far the best auto shop in a 150 mile radius.

We “lucked” into B&T for all our Audi care when we moved here 2 years ago. They have been our go to- great service, friendly, explain the options approach, honest, and always fix it right.

I left the car there because it broke down on the road, it was the closest repair shop and it had good reviews. The car was diagnosed next day with a bad battery and alternator. The shop foreman called me to relay the diagnosis, and provide an quote exuding $1100. He explained that the battery cost approx. $300, the alternator approx. $500, and the rest is 4 hours of labor at 85/hr.With part prices that high, I assumed it they would use oryginal factory parts which after a quick research on my end matched the price he provided, however, when I came to pay the bill and pick up the car, I was told that aftermarket parts were used. When I tried to reason that his aftermarket parts cost nearly three times as much as the actual price on the market, the reply was that they do not use inexpensive parts from local part stores that brake down quickly, but order from a trusted vendor. I paid the bill because I made the mistake and told him to go ahead with the repair without going over the details when he first called me, however, I decided to post this review to warn whoever reads it to pay attention to the cost of parts the shop offers, and do some research of your own to ensure fair price.On a fair note, I did receive a 10% veterans discount, which is why i leave 2 stars instead of 1

I have been using these guys for a few years now. They are knowledgable and fair. Specializing in anything German and capable of fixing anything else, these guys will be the least expensive and best quality work you will find. They are personal and will work with your schedule to make sure you get what you need done. I cannot stress it enough, get your quotes on any German make then bring it to these guys, it will get done cheaper and be a better over all job. Side note: they can also get tires cheaper then your favorite tire store.

Ive been to many shots before and have been forced to deal with a lot of clowns who dont know what theyre doing and just like to over charge for their work. Danny is an old-school guy like me. He gives an honest detailed diagnosis and will work on a long-term plan for the vehicle if there are many problems.
