Hey were amazing .would rent from them again and again. Nice rentals and deffentlly worth the price .staff were very kind and helpful.

Don’t ever come to this place. You honestly get what you pay for and everyone that is on the staff does NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER and it shows. Just go to enterprise or somewhere else that’s better than here.

This place is a complete rip off I returned a friends car and they kept her deposit after her having a family crisis youre better off driving your ole beater to the function then dealing with them.

They were very helpful and patient while we were trying to get ourselves together and rent the car for a few days (it were having one of those days). When I called in to extend my rental they were very polite but unable to use a different card to pay but they had no problem letting me keep it longer. My major complaint is when i returned the car the guys just took the key and left me standing there for a while before returning and giving me a receipt. If I ever need a car again I will def. see if they have a location where I am at.

I needed to rent a car for the day in order to attend a thesis defense in another state. I arrived early in the morning, and it took only a few minutes to get the car. They gave me a really nice economy car, with accoutrements such as an iPod headphone jack and USB jack, and cruise control. The ride was very comfortable, and I had the car back in the evening. It was easy enough to drop the key in the slot and return home. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

I WILL NEVER rent from them again. First, the BWI staff was extremely rude and disrespectful but what could you expect from Baltimore. The pincher, however, was being charged double the drop off fee because I didnt get prior permission.
