I had no issues with the car I rented. Although when it came time for me to have a customer service experience I was completely left hanging. Only one employee ( Anita) was kind, efficient and help me with my issue. By the time I was able to get in contact with her it was too late. I will love to be able to talk or get in contact with the owner of this branch. Since I feel the issue could have been treated fast therefore ending in a good outcome.

They charged my card an extra day and I didnt have the car. Taking him to court

The staff is always friendly always helpful everything is always what I expect willing to go above and beyond for me never have any problems in and out I would recommend to anybody and anyone I cant stress how exception of the staff is though I really do appreciate them we need more people like that in the world

After a few bad kinks were worked out frpm the first few times I rented Its all GREAT NOW. my rewards are showing up and rates are better. Besides the parking lot being a mess and the car being dirty on the outside only before u leave parking lot, THERE A GREAT BUNCH THAT WORK HER . THANKS FOR ALL YOUR KINDNESS

For rental this month 2 stars ( just being nice). Rental in July was 5 stars

I rented from this location twice in the last two weeks and I have been completely satisfied. The cost is always low and the cars I rented are clean and in excellent working order. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is to pave the parking lot, rainy days are a mess. Thank you for the great service.

Customer service was quick and very friendly, both when picking up and dropping off. Received a free upgrade which was a nice bonus. Only complaint is that the vehicle I got had some minor damage on it that was not pre-noted on the diagram when I picked up the car. I had to get somebody to note on the rental agreement all the previous damage to make sure it wouldnt be attributable to me. Thats the only reason Im knocking a star, otherwise everything couldnt have gone better. Price was excellent as well.

This business has professional, caring, hard working ~ honest staff. Owner went above and beyond to let me know things that I didnt know. Such as leave car at airport at no cost which saves my daughter who is 5 month pregnant with a 8 month old baby a trip and time away from work. I recommend this service!!

Booked a car weeks in advance but when collecting the car was told they had none to rent. I was told that overbooking is standard practice and I’d have to wait until a car was returned, but none were expected any time soon. I’d booked the car to drive to the airport to make a flight so their decision to rent out a vehicle I had booked weeks in advance had a massive impact on my ability to make my flight. Very unimpressed.Update - called the number provided in response to my review but the customer service member wasn’t aware of my complaint or able to do anything about it. I’m happy to discuss the issue with someone who’s informed and able to respond to it, but need a more direct number to call.

Always have great customer service, and Nice comfy cars to take on my trips, I have a Stock Truck its for show or in town, so this makes it convenient to travel Im on fast track, IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 10 MIN AWESOME THANK YOU

I rented last minute on a holiday weekend and they still had plenty of vehicles to choose from. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the car had more comforts and features than expected. I would definitely rent from them again!

The truck was filthy inside the cab, the truck seat was torn, and the truck itself wasbeat up on the outside. The staff was friendly, but the process took forever. Everything is done on paper instead of electronically and it was a very long process. Then returning it, none of the staff knew the username to get into the computer. Very bad efficiency, but like I said, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to wait to turn my car in because where I picked up the car put the wrong car in the system...

Good service that is fast and painless.
