Words cannot express my satisfaction with Rebuild Texas Roofs. If there was an option for 6 stars Id more than happily rate them that. Aside from the work being solid, timely, and efficient,- the intangibles demonstrated by this company are stellar. They are honest and genuine in their estimate and have a true concern for providing a reliable service for a reasonable cost. I speak so highly because the situation I was in was somewhat unique. My home insurance was going to be temporarily suspended until I had spotty areas on my roof fixed. (There were sporadic shingles missing around my roof) After doing my research, I was well aware of companies attempting to charge anywhere from $350-$1000 just for mere shingle repairs. I spoke with JENNIFER., suffice it to say I was able to find the lowest estimate that would compete with any other rival roofing company. She came out personally the next day and completed work in 2.5 hours. The process was seamless and exceptional. Our family will return to them with all our roofing needs, and will be the first and only name mentioned as it relates to referrals. The way it is today with many companies, attempting to exploit consumer ignorance, - it is a relief to feel in good hands knowing you arent dealing with a company whose only intention is to financially extrapolate the most out of the consumer. I have know Josh for years. As a peer in the business I have great respect for him and the values that Rebuild Texas displays. They have a great reputation in our industry and they are always the right choice for any roofing and restoration needs.

Our home warranty company hired Rebuild Texas to assess a roof claim. Gage McQuade was a no show at our July 9 appointment. He came the next day and did an inspection. We didnt receive the report on this inspection until July 21. McQuade said he would submit his report to the warranty company on July 24. We kept calling and emailing asking when it was going to be submitted to our warranty company. On August 4, McQuade said it was taking so long because he was out of the office due to a positive COVID-19 test - which we would have never found out about if we hadnt have kept calling. On August 4th, McQuade said that our warranty company had denied the claim and that we could hire him directly. On August 17, our warranty company stated Rebuild Texas never submitted a claim and they never denied it. When our warranty company reached out to Rebuild Texas, a representative said they were unable to submit the report/claim due to issues with the website. This company lied to us.UPDATE: Belmont Roofing came out today, submitted the claim today, and the claim was approved by Home Choice Warranty today. Rebuild Texas misrepresented the eligibility of our claim.

Rebuild Texas did a phenomenal job! The contractor, Jennifer, that was assigned to me was awesome. She was super nice and very knowledgeable. She handled everything for me and made the process extremely easy. She even contacted my insurance company for me when they tried to not pay for the hail damage. I was trying to sell my house and had to do it quickly. She was able to get me scheduled and done before my closing date. The crew who did the roof was also amazing. they did the whole thing in one day. they stayed after and did a very thorough job of cleaning up so there was no debris or nails left in my lawn. And the finished roof looks amazing! To add one more positive note, my insurance company was dragging their feet on paying for the project. For whatever reason, they reimbursed the cost of the new roof in three separate checks, and it took almost 3 months to get all three checks. Rebuild Texas was very patient with me and never once made me feel rushed to get the checks knowing that it wasnt my fault. Jennifer made the time to come to me and collect the checks so i didnt have to drive to her or miss work to drop the checks off. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Rebuild Texas!

The folks at Rebuild Texas are all very professional and happy to explain what theyre doing and why. I was given fair inspections and estimates and they worked with State Farm to make the claim process easier, including an amendment to cover code-related upgrades that State Farm then paid for. Communications were frequent so I always knew when things would happen such as work crew arrival, payments, etc. Andrew Blacklock was the Project Manager on my recent roof replacement this summer and he was excellent from start to finish. Jennifer and Rebuild Texas did an outstanding job of replacing my roof. My biggest concern in dealing with a roofer was to find one with honesty and integrity. They not only did everything they promised in a timely matter, but also videotaped the installation, so I could verify that everything was done properly. Too many neighbors went with the lowest bid they could find and really got burned by their contractors.

The representatives responded quickly and made an appointment to review the work that needed to be completed. They reviewed the work to be completed and made recommendations. We recently hired ReBuild Texas to replace our roof and rain gutters. They also renovated the exterior of the house. This included replacing old and damaged fascia, soffits, trim, siding, rebuilding a chimney housing, and re-painting the exterior.ALL of the work done was executed to perfection. All work was completed on schedule. All of the workers were friendly and respected our property. The cleanup was very thorough. PM Brian was very helpful and easy to work with. We have been living in an RV 400 miles away for 6 months waiting for our house in The Colony to sell, so of course, the offer we finally get coincided with the recent hail storms, and we had to replace the roof before we could close. Everyone was booked for weeks, but Josh at Rebuild Texas made us a top priority, and we had a new roof within 4 days of calling him. His crew worked from dawn to dusk (12 1/2 hours) to get the job done before the next storm blew through, and they also did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. Nick and the professional crew at Rebuild Texas Roofing did a excellent job replacing my roof. I was impressed that, Nick stayed with his crew through out the insulation. He said he stayed to make sure my roof was done to his and my satisfaction. The crew did a good job cleaning-up, I doubt they missed a single nail. Nick also worked with my insurance adjuster so that I was reimbursed for my loss fairly. I can honestly say without Nicks help my insurance settlement would have been considerably less. In my opinion Rebuild Texas deserves a 5-STAR RATING!

When we decided to replace the roof, Rebuild Texas was one of many companies referred by our insurance agent. I decided to go with Rebuild Texas when Andrew Blacklock (Project manager) met me to discuss about the process. He is very professional and clearly explained the situation that I may/may not run into. He checked the attic and explain about a chance that my A/C pipe might get punctured since the gap is less than 6 inches. He was 90% sure that it will not happen, but he still let me know, so I decided to block it with a hard-plastic pad. After the work has been completed, he double checked the work detail. Rebuild Texas Roofing replaced our roof about 3 years ago after a significant hail storm did its damage. They worked with our insurance company to help us get the most from insurance. Their crew did an excellent job, and the cleanup afterwards was immaculate.A few years later, a leak developed around our chimney, I called Josh from Rebuilt Texas, who came out to inspect almost immediately, and resealed the flashing at no charge. Josh suspected the chimney and recommended to have a chimney company inspect. As it turned out, the leak was not from the roof but indeed was from our chimney, and was subsequently repaired.I like the fact that Rebuild Texas stood by their work even a few years later, that they put the customer first, and that they are a local company who doesnt disappear after the initial roof job, as so many fly-by-night companies do.

Cody took care of our roof replacement before we moved out of our home to fulfill requirements of our inspection for the buyer. Great guy who was willing to explain every detail to us so that we understood the process with him as well as the insurance company.While searching for a new home, we came into an emergency situation where we needed a roofer to inspect a questionable roof the last day of the option period so we could make a final decision. Cody picked up our call on a Friday evening while on vacation with his family (if that doesnt scream commitment to his customers, I dont know what does) and scheduled a fellow roofer, Josh, to inspect the property first thing the next morning. Josh was absolutely invaluable-- he had knowledge on this specialty roof that other roofers before him knew nothing about and was very honest with us from the beginning. His advice alone saved us from making a huge mistake. I cant say enough kind words about Rebuild Texas roofing-- Ive never been so impressed with a companys honesty and commitment to their customers!

Group of thugs, bad out state experience with roof replacement. I had them replace a roof for a house and when i asked them to do the second one and cancel their work, they kept asking for more money on the first repair.-Darrin Benning, owner of the company committed insurance fraught, i am in California and I went thru their company by my property manager. They said I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket. their invoice was $13171.70 for replacing the roof. I put down $500 deposit and they asked me to pay $10,992.15 for total $11,492.15. I didnt come up with the funky odd number of the check at $10992.15. That was approval number from them. Now they wanted the difference of $1679.55 and threaten me for collection. Heres my approval number is $11,492.15 from text.Darrin, you lie to your teeth with unfortunate late fees added from your below comment. You just sent me with the invoice of $13171.70. There wasnt any late fee nothing. Your scam to get more money is despicable. This is not the way you run a honest business.

I just had a rebuild texas come over and let me tell you I had other company come over and try to scam us and tell me info that not true to make false claims to my insurance company. I met up with josh from rebuild i had had called him early in the morning around 8am and he told me he would see when he can get to me but i didnt think he would come the same day i called him and it was still raining.....and with in the 1st to sec of meeting him he had told me the many house that the company had done in my neighborhood and had said he would like to get up on the roof right away to check things out on like the other companys that try to sell them self to me before wondering what the problem was josh knew he had to get to the bottom of this. In which he got on my roof knowing it was still raining out and found the problems and funny thing was the problem he had told me about the last company was enough close josh even showed me where my promlem laid and pre quote a price that blew my mind in a good way...Over all1. great service2.
