Bath Planet is okay. The gentleman who did our remodel was very kind and was talented, but there are little things that were just missed or off. The main problem was with the sales person, Mark. He measured but didn’t consider small details and seemed in a hurry to help us. When the time came to remodel, I had to call them each time for updates and they were slow to call me back. Just poor everything overall. This cost us 14k and the tub was nice but the little details were missed.

We recently had Center Point Renovations (Bath Planet) install a walk in shower in our spare bathroom, for an elderly parent with special needs. They were fantastic from start to finish. The quote and order process was so easy, and Grant worked with us to keep it in budget but still make it beautiful. Angel and Alondra, our installers, were fantastic. Not only professional, timely and courteous, they are just great people and very easy to work with. They did a fantastic job with the install, taking time to make sure everything was just perfect, even making sure our door trim fits perfectly alongside the new shower wall - to the 1/8th inch! This has been the very best remodel project weve ever had.

FYI - BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. The worst customer experience we have EVER gone through with a company. First experience was talking with company. Would not show up unless the wife was there. Well for health reasons could not be there. They didn’t care and said “ guess we are not a good fit”. Reached out to VP of company, he returned call and said all the right things. Set up appointment and they NEVER showed up. Call home office and was told “not our problem “. We had 3 bathrooms ready to go for them and they don’t care. They are “ not my problem “ company. I rarely have had bad experiences with companies and never wrote something like this before. But mark my words they will burn you without a problem.

AWESOME SERVICE EXPERIENCE....Bath Planet did remodeling of our Master Bedroom Washroom and needless to mention that they did a fantastic job. Their team of technicians were professional and knew their job well. We would certainly recommend them to any future client and would certainly like to remodel our sons washroom as well provided a good repeat customer discount is offered.

I had the master bath converted to a closet and large walk in shower. I love the contrasting materials used. The fixtures were top of the line. I decided to replace the tub in the guest tub. The quality of these acrylic surrounds was excellent. There were a few glitches, but they were quick to respond and fix it. I have a shower that’s totally ADA but doesn’t give that impression. Thank you Bath Planet. We are now set.

We are very happy with our fully updated master bathroom. The finishes are lovely. The installers were very attentive to any detail we asked about.

Just some feedback for the business owners:Found your company on the Good Contractors List. I called to set up an appointment for a 25 window/ 6 door estimate and spoke to Kevin. It sounded like a call center in the back-ground which was a major turn-off. Kevin repeatedly insisted on having my wife at the appointment. I told Kevin that Im getting multiple quotes and that this was not possible. I also told him that I am the decision maker. After politely declining his request 5-6 times and getting frustrated at his persistence, I finally told him that I was no longer interested. Pushy never looks good on anyone Kevin.Are you all forgetting whos interviewing who!?I understand the purpose of this tactic is to force a contract signing during the initial quote/ sales presentation. I am not interested in this high pressure sales tactic so I am probably not the customer you are looking for. I just moved down the list to the next installer who is more than happy to earn my business. Seriously, you guys blew it. That was not a good experience for me.Best quote experiences Ive had so far have been though Window Depot and ProHome (also from the Good Contractors list)

Made an appointment with Calina to have our batbroom looked at for a new tub install. They never showed. I am self employed so I was also out the money I would have made had I not taken off work. Very unprofessional.

This company doesnt want your business.They actively tried to get rid of my partner on the phone and jumped to conclusions about her income, decision making ability, and future plans for the home.Simple facts:-My partner is the sole owner of the home and sole decision maker on the bathroom project that she called for. I have 0 input or desire to have input as it is not my home and not a home I have paid for.-My partner makes plenty of money to pay for remodeling.-There are no immediate plans for the home other than to get a quote on a bathroom remodel and then have the job done.Center Point Renovations refused to schedule an appointment without my being present even after being told many times that I am not making any decisions, will not be paying for the project, and do not have any ownership of the home. They briefly changed topics to what the future plans are and if this is a rental property then they arent the right fit. My partner again said that wasnt the immediate plan and the need right now is simply for an updated bathroom for her primary residence. They changed topics again and said they wouldnt be in my partners budget. That is a ridiculous assumption as budget or expectations of cost hadnt been mentioned at all.Center Point Renovations rotated between those 3 topics for over 20 minutes and refused to listen to my partners answers. The employee on the other end of the phone was named Lexie but she spoke with a manager who continued the insistence that they would not schedule an appointment without a spouse or partner present.In the end, my partner and I are glad that she will not be working with this company as they dont deserve her business or money.Center Point Renovations has such strict requirements for scheduling a quote its a wonder anyone qualifies to be their customer.**************Edit after company response*************This is laughable. They continue to ignore what people say and do not listen, read, or comprehend. As clearly stated, I am NOT a decision maker or owner yet the response continues to defend their actions by insinuating that I am a decision maker.

We had a 42 tub converted into a shower, and we couldnt be more thrilled with the results. When you spend this kind of money on a project, expectations are high, and Ive got to say expectations were exceeded. The job was performed to the exact specifications of the contract, and the quality of the work was borderline magical. There were several deviations between what was discussed during our sales interview, and the actual contract but they proved to be benign. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

Weve used Center Point twice now for complete bathroom remodels. The second time was even better than the first! Mike did a great job making our ancient bathroom new and modern! Guy was super responsive on a couple of issues we found after everything was done. Thank you!

Bath Planets performance is A rated!!!! Its crew did a partial remodeling of my master bathroom which included: 2 new granite counter tops,brass fixtures

Gave a good quote on remodeling of 2 bathrooms and kitchen. We tried them on the smallest bathroom (a floor, vanity-sink, upper cabinet, and tub). It was okay, but there were some problems, including a warped cabinet door, and then they actually failed to follow-up as promised to replace the door. Very strange and disappointing. So they missed out on a lot of business--the other bathroom and entire kitchen--we were planning to give them.

We had Bath Planet to renovate our Master Bath with a new enlarged shower and a walk in tub. They did a fantastic job!!! We did have an issue with the shower ( not good water pressure and issue with getting hot water). They came out three times and last time changed out a part in the water control and finally got it fixed! They had to move plumbing around in the slab foundation, repair a wall where a large window had been leaking and they completed the renovation within the time frame promised. WE would highly recommend Bath Planet to anyone who would like to have their bath remodeled.

We had our shower remodeled about 5 years ago and it is still as beautiful as ever! Recently we had an issue with the shower head leaking. We gave bath planet a call since we have a warranty. They sent Philip over so he could take a look and assess the problem. Philip determined that we needed a new shower valve cartridge. It was ordered and installed 2 days later. The shower head has since stopped leaking. Thank you, Bath Planet!

We recently had a Bath Planet walk-in tub installed. It was my wifes Mothers Day present. She absolutely loves it. The tub appears to be made to the highest standards. The installation was much better than I envisioned. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience with Bath Planet installation of two showers. The professional who came to visit us to share our options didn’t push us or pressure us and then came in with the best estimate after visiting with 3 other companies. Installation was completed on time and the installers they used were fantastic! We had an issue with one of the doors and the company replaced it with a new door at no cost to us (was a bad design decision on our part) and replaced it quickly. The quality of the showers they installed is high quality and professionally done. Will highly recommend to others!!

I found Bath Planet on The Good Contractors List, and they are amazing! I deducted a star because the installation took longer than expected due to the installer not communicating. But my initial meeting for estimate, administration, and the project manager just blew me away with their professionalism and friendliness. I am the Happiest Woman in the WorldI couldt wait for the 48 hours to be up, so that I could shower, find out how it works, playing with the shower controls, sitting on the bench. My grand daughter (10 yrs) and I were so excited about our showers, my grandson (6 yrs) Said he didnt understand what all the fuss was about, taking a shower. Thats a man, but we women knew and understand. I LOVE IT

I called to get a consultation and quote to remodel a shower to move in my handicapped father. I indicated that my family would be helping or splitting costs with me on a variety of things as I took this on and because my family lives across the country, the could not be present for the quote. Because everyone chipping in could not be present, they refused to send someone for a quote. I said, great I can pay for this then, and THEY STILL REFUSED MY BUSINESS because I told them I was receiving help. Not sure what company would refuse business because my family, who would just send me money after I made the sole decision, couldnt be present, but that is a horrible business model.

I have wanted to update the kids/ guest bathroom for awhile but never had time to shop companies until now year 2020! The tub/ shower combo needed a major update. It was so hard too clean and very unattractive. I’m so glad I decided to go with Bath Planet Centerpoint. The tub/ shower is beautiful and clean up is easy breezy. I did experience a problem with the flooring due to improper measurements of the tub I ordered but luckily that was an easy fix. I also had issues with the drain but Angel & Kayci quickly assisted to get the matter resolved. Although Bath Planet is pricey; I would definitely recommend this company.

Center Point installed new windows and doors on our house and did a really good job. We upgraded from old aluminum windows to double pane vinyl windows and doors. They also installed a new front door that was no easy task because the sizes were different. The crews did a remarkable job, it looked like they were never there. I highly recommend Center Point to anybody looking for a quality product and install.

Bath Planet did our master bath last year and it turned out great. So we called them to do the other one. It was done this week and we live it. Shower product is non porous, so it wont mildew. Crews go above and beyond. If I had more bathrooms, Id call them again.

Very nice employees and hard workers. Everything looks nice but I had a rather long (13 feet) of counter installed with many drawers. Checking after everyone left and found that three of the drawers are non functioning because they are not attached to the rails, This is totally unacceptable. I went from being very happy to extremely disappointed. I have called the company for repairs.An update: Bath Planets Service Manager came out and worked on the drawers. In 15 minutes he had them working correctly. These are a different design of attachment of drawers that I had never seen before so I had no idea of how to anchor them in. Now I know that this is relatively easy and probably can do it myself in the future should it be needed.The only things left is the shower glass and the drawer pulls. The latter have been ordered and will probably be installed later this week. The glass has been held up while the glass company waited for a photo of the installation. Despite me sending it to them three times they have yet to receive it. One of Bath Planet employees (Angel, project manager called and I I sent it via a test to her. She will forward it to the glass company. Hopefully now they will come out and measure.One thing I can definitely say about Bath Planet, they want you to be happy and go the extra mile to make sure you are. (Will probably add the last star once everything is complete.)

Professional Installation & Great Service! The installer came out and complete the job in half-a-day. He cleared out all the wood rot from a previous shower leak and was able to replace the wood and build up the base with no problem. Re-pipped the water line to fit the new shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable to answer all of our questions. The installer cleaned up all the mess once the job was done nicely. Once the shower was ready for use after the installation, we noticed a small leak and they came out to address it right away. Great Job Done!

From the first time they came in to see our bath to each consecutive time it was an awesome experience. Even the 2nd guy who came to measure suggested some different options than the 1st because of quality and how are bath is. Even though we got a better material the bill came out a bit cheaper. Installation was amazing they covered everything with plastic including our vents when done it was like we never know construction had occurred in our home. We are thrilled with our new bath and will use this company again if we have future renovations.

I just recently had Bath Planet come in and put in a new tub with new surround and fixtures and I could not be happier. The gentlemen that were at my house were very informative and extremely nice. We had 37 windows in our home replaced over the course of two years. We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and work done by Center Point Renovations. On the most recent install, Jason and Chris were most helpful in finding additional ways to save money to complete our project. The installers were great. They worked diligently while they were completing the installation and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. We would use Center Point again for any remodeling and recommend them to our friends. Center Point also did some siding repair for us two years ago and also did a great job.

We had 16 windows installed by Center Point Renovation in our home which was built in 1970. The entire process was very simple and they kept us inform about everything they were doing. They follow through with every promise they made when they came to give us an estimate. The cost for what they did saved us a lot of money. We had three other companies that gave us an estimate and were way off from this company. Our windows look very nice and the two guys that installed them were so friendly and had great customer service. Thank you Center Point Renovations.

Justin and his partner did a great job of installing the windows....careful, respectful of property, and very focused on getting the work done correctly and efficiently. Justin may look young but he has all the traits you want in a worker that usually take a lot of experience to develop.....very polite, considerate, and reliable.

I just bought a house and knowing how it is to live in the middle of a remodel I am not moving in until all work is complete. Home Advisor recommended this company to me and when they called I said needed the bathroom remodeled before I move in... these people told me they could not do the work until after I was moved in! It makes no sense to me that they would turn down the business.

They told us our problem and how they could fix it. Then explained everything about themselves, what they were going to do, let us pick our style of the bath, color and finish. From the sales pitch to the last floor cover being rolled up and taken out, things couldnt have gone smoother. Center Point sells a great product, and Bryan knows his stuff. He was extremely helpful in explaining all aspects of their work and materials, and helped up plan the remodel. Jason and his crew did a wonderful job with the install. They were always on time, meticulous in their work, and moved like there was no tomorrow. I would not hesitate to recommend Center Point to friends or family, and will be calling on them again when our other bathroom needs to be updated.

Center Point Renovations was professional from the scheduling lady to Jason, our sales associate, to Will and Robert, our installers. We are very pleased with the final product. They even caulked the interior of the windows with paintable caulk to facilitate touch-ups. We got Milgard windows and our house is so quiet! We cannot hear as much outside noise as before. Many thanks to Jason for mentioning a window sale that allowed us to upgrade our window choice for less than $1000 on the whole house. We would definitely use Center Point again in the future.

Overall rating: Outstanding product.Monday, July 30, at 7:30 AM sharp, Jason and Nason arrived at our house. After a brief introduction they began working. These two gentlemen worked non-stop until about 6 PM. They returned the next day at 7 AM, as per their request, and worked non-stop until about noon. There was no idle time.They removed and disposed of the old tub, tiles, commode, vanity and sink. They rebuilt the original walls to handle the new shelf and grab bars for the new shower. They floated the remaining walls (I’ll do the painting) and installed the new shower, with grab bars and chair, commode and pedestal sink.They cleaned up after themselves both days. When they left the only thing that remained to say they were ever there was the newly remodeled bathroom.We looked at other companies before deciding on Bath Planet. Other companies were in the same price range or higher but their timelines were longer. One company said we’d be without the finished bath for three to four weeks. Bath Planet said 2-3 days. The job was started and completed in a day and a half.Brian Kemp, salesperson, was easy to contact, accessible and helpful. Operations scheduling was a bit more difficult. Bath Planet has difficulties communicating with the client. There were three unavoidable delays. I needed to contact them to know about these delays. Once the communication problem was resolved everything went smoothly.Overall we are very satisfied with the product and workmanship. Bath Planet was a good choice.

I recently contacted this company and engaged them for a project. I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism from the initial call to a recent discussion with the owner himself. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable remodeler for your home.

We first learned of Bath Planet (Center Point Renovation)at a city festival event in Stephenville, TX. They had a booth with sample walk-in tubs and showers only also. We signed up for someone to come to our house to show us samples and options available. Mitch arrived on time and and had samples, pictures and options with him to look at. Lots of sample options! He was very knowledgeable and helped us get financing for the project. My husband and I are getting older and it was hard to get into the tub to take a shower. I am in a power chair and have limited movement. We wanted to change our tub/shower to just a shower with hand rails and anti- slip flooring. I use a shower chair.About 2 weeks later the contractors Guy and Jay came to install our new shower. The original itinerary was 1 and 1/2 days. Both contractors arrived on time and ready to work. They laid down heavy tarps from the front door all the way to the bathroom just in case. They were very courteous, did outstanding work, cleaned up completely! The work went smoothly and they finished in one day. We waited an extra day just to make sure everything was totally dry. The finished shower works great we both love taking showers again!We had checked into other options years ago, but the renovation would take a week or more, costs varied from low to high amounts and there was no lifetime warranty. Bath Planet was a little pricey, but the people were great, the shower works even better than we had hoped and there is a lifetime warranty! This covers all the materials and labor. Bath Planet remodeled my bathroom during the 2017 WNFR. Man, these guys were great to work with. My master bathroom looks great, I use my tub daily because of all the abuse my body took over the years on the rodeo trail. If you need a bathroom, call these guys! Roy Cooper 8 X world Champion

CenterPoint maintained a very professional approach and honored their work. They were very polite and did a good job taking out our old tub and putting in a new tub and shower. They also replaced our vanity countertop. The quality is great and the attitude is fantastic.There was an issue with the first install with some hardware, but they came back and fixed the issue without issue.

Overpriced...do your research before deciding to go with BP....while they do do good work..the salesmen will try to convince you that all other companies just want your money and these companies will say anything to get your business...the truth is BP will be the company to do this to you...Just do your research before you go with BP...dont believe everything you hear...for what l paid them to do my shower in only one bathroom, and that was only the shower, l could of had both my bathrooms done for that price..and l mean complete bathroom overhauls...so yeah thats my regret..for trusting the salesman..the truth is they, BP, are absolutely overpriced for what they are selling.....dont be afraid to do your research, first.. they actually think their name is worth the price...$10 gift card for a review...should of been at least a $100 gift card for the prices they charge..keep your $10 gift card.........in response to the owners comment.. your sales person did present to us in what we believe to be in a deceptive way..that they were the cheapest way to go....(which is an easy way to take advantage of elderly people, but my wife and l get it..its all about the money$$$$)..as if a full bathroom remodeling job would be over $20, 000 to have completed..and doing just our shower alone cost almost half of that...we should of at the least..had our whole bathroom done for the price we paid for the shower alone....do research people....and know that we will not be coming back to have any other work done by BP...on anyone of our bathrooms in the future...

I’ll start with the positives regarding my experience with this company. The windows themselves are fantastic, and the installers also did a great job. And Chris my sales associate was awesome. The negative experience I had them was regarding communication and misinformation from the office staff. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive the windows/doors, and in between we had called to check status of the windows. When they had finally received the windows they “called” and “left messages” that the windows were here and that they would install them if we paid for the windows and waited on the other half of our order. No one gave them authorization nor did we agree to this, but they ended up showing up and installing the windows, the issue I had with them is that they said the money to install was for the windows, what made no sense to me was the windows were half the work but they wanted to be paid for 80% of the total price(half deposit was already given). After raising this issue to them, the owner called me and told me they had left messages and calls for us that if they would install the windows if we paid the amount they wanted, and said “we’ll come out and take the windows”. Very unprofessional when it’s YOUR problem to begin with. Your contract stated half depoist and half when work was complete. Going back and forth I paid what I saw fit and we came to agreement. Lady in office called me to get my billing information and apologizes that they split the orders in two, and that only 1 order got processed. This was happening in mid March and after they are already at the 4-5 weeks mark. Get a call that our windows will be at there factory on 3/23/18. Called to follow up the next week on TWO separate occasions of when they would install them and was told we have you on schedule on 3/30/18 between 8-10AM. That day came and went with no installers. After I called them to see when they would come as I had other people waiting to do work around the windows, they informed me that they didn’t have me on the schedule. Came on 4/3/18 to finish out the job. If there was honesty and communication between us the delay wouldn’t have been an issue, but there wasn’t and issues happens.

Complete bathroom remodel; new shower, new tub, new flooring, new vanity, new top/sink. Quality on schedule installation, no delays, no extended timelines. Highly recommend.

The team at Bath Planet are great at what they do they came and showed us their product and we were very impressed and acted fretting the financial part of the contract together were very inpressed with the results of our new shower for our handicapped relative. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a new shower renovation in one day...We love you Bath Planet!!!!

Amazing Experience through and through. A very professional team from setting our initial appointment with Timothy, to Bryan coming out to visit with us about the various products, coordinating with Julie, and lastly Jason with the install crew. We could not be happier!

They are extremely over priced, especially for having non English speaking workers that robbed me. They knocked a hole in my wall and tried to cover it up by moving my furniture in front of the hole. I reported the men who robbed me, I believe they got fired, but they came back and broke in my house and took everything 2 months later. Also they never pulled a permit with my city, which is required if you tie in to the main water line of any home. I inquired beforehand, but of course they lied.DO NOT USE THEM. You are better off getting a blind hobo with a bucket.

Overpriced and poor billing practice. This company bills you weeks before work begin. I asked why billing does not start until work begin, they stated that thats the way they operates.

Representative called and cancelled estimate appointment stating they check county records and saw my spouse on the records, which I had indicated I would be the one making the decisions during the visit and still would not accept my business. Sorry that you lost out on this project.
