Bryan and the Renown team took care of our home last year. The job included roof repairs from age an rot, chimney repair (brick & mortar as well as a chimney cap) due to age and building code updates, and gutter repair/replacement. Bryan handled all the claim work professionally and expediently. Once all the insurance work was approved, the renown crew came out and got all the work done in just under two days. They cleaned up the work area so well it didnt even look like a roofing crew had even been there (except for the BEAUTIFUL new roof). Everyone I dealt with at Renown was courteous and professional. I used Renown Roofing and Construction because I see the owner driving around our neighborhood and he just seemed like a nice guy. So How bad could it be? Jose was the professional who came to inspect my roof. He was easily the most professional service person I encountered in a very long time. He was efficient, thorough, took his time to explain his findings, used detailed photos I was sent to my email, so I could easily download and save for my files, with an estimate that was very competitive, which I could easily sign online. Then, Jose followed up with a quick scheduling, he sent a crew that was just as efficient. He inspected their work, and then scheduled a walk through with me. We confirmed it all looked good, and moved on. As simple as that. I was very impressed by Jose, his team, and how easy they made it all to be. Another nice feature I will absolutely take advantage over is their maintenance program. I had yet another great experience with Renown Roofing. This is my second experience working with them and I would do it all over again. The experience this round was very helpful from the inspection to the selection of roofing material and the management of the gutter installation as well. We had a very difficult time with this company. Their team trampled the plants in my front flower beds, left trash hanging in my trees. They promised to cover my herb garden and did not, leaving nails, both old and new, shingle materials, and decking in my herbs, pots and garden.  We were told that theyd cover our pool to keep debris out.  They did not.  We pulled 15 nails out of the pool and several off of the deck.  There was so much shingle gravel in the pool that it filled our Polaris three times.  Once the job was finally complete, we discovered three leaks in the roof.  Two of these were discovered because they caused stains on our interior ceilings.  They have addressed all the issues and we are finally whole.

If you want a roofing company that will fight for you, this is it! We fought insurance for approval sending supplement pictures with their findings and proof. It took two months, but now we have a beautiful new roof- and a new insurance company 😉 Bryan was there every step of the way- meeting both adjusters when they had to come out. The crew was amazing.

Company did a bad job Renown was called multiple times to fix poor caulking job throughout the roof.Called for leaking 4 years later roof continues to leak. Leaks started a year after installation. Last contact with Renown they refuse to come out claiming warranty had expired. warranty apparently was only good for 3years even though the leaking had been an ongoing issue..

Renown did a remarkable job for me throughout the entire process. In the beginning, they met my adjuster on site and walked through the whole insurance process for me. Jose communicated the intended schedule ahead of time, confirmed the day before the work was scheduled and then actually started on time. We had just recently installed a pretty extensive new landscape and they took extreme care to make sure nothing was damaged - I was very impressed with that. They finished the job beautifully (and on time) and took the extra step of replacing some metal flashing that hadn’t been known to be a problem just because it was the right thing to do. Jose coordinated a final walkthrough that worked with my schedule and made sure I was pleased with the final results. I most certainly was! As a final indication of their dedication to excellence, Jose made a very thorough final pass with a nail magnet in an attempt to pick up any stragglers that weren’t caught on the crew’s final check. I had been dealing with a so called insurance specialist company who was pressuring me into signing a contract for a roof insurance claim but something didnt feel right. I decided to call Renown for a second opinion. Adam from Renown provided an inspection of my roof at no cost and found that it was actually in great shape and did not need to be replaced. It was refreshing to be treated with my interests as the priority instead of talking me into an unnecessary insurance claim the roofer is hoping will be approved. I may not need a roof right now, but when I do, I know who my roofer will be.

This was my first time I needed a roof repair and after vetting several contractors, there was just something about working with Coy that left me feeling like wed be in good hands. Coy walked my wife and I through the process, was very up front about everything from the best case, usual case and worst case scenarios but assured us hed be with us all the way. He gave me his direct number and worked with me and the insurance throughout the entire process. We started our process in April and Coy stayed steady and persistent all the way through, finally convincing the insurance of our needed replacement. He was awesome!In September, when we began our work, Coy introduced me to Jose, the project manager. Jose walked me through what project day would look like and gave me updates throughout the day as to the progress. He even took the time to show me the work as he was completing it. When he ran into unforeseen issues like rotting decking, Jose and Coy were both on-site to explain how they were going to solution the problem. Again, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. All the guys working on the home were incredibly careful and after they had finished, there was not a scrap of roofing anywhere to be found on my lawn. It was like I woke up with a new roof overnight.The following day, Jose did a follow up inspection and caught a few things that the city inspector missed and had someone out that night to correct some minor issues.Even the guys taking my solar panels off and putting them back on were awesome. They installed new, flashless hardware on my roof so they didnt have to pry up any of the new shingles.Im now working with them on replacing my siding. Renowns team went above and beyond on our commercial construction project. Based on the recommendation from our tenant and after visiting with another of Renowns customers, we hired Renown to replace the roof and repair the inside of a building damaged as a result of many water leaks in the roof. The Renown team was professional and detail oriented. Rather than cutting corners, Renown went beyond our expectations to bring an older worn building back to a standard that reflects well upon our organization and those who use the building. Fortunately, in my life I have seldom had to deal with major home renovation. Id been dreading the fact that the roof needed some attention and that would involve insurance claims as well as possible city code requirements, etc. Mike from Renown came out and assessed the situation and reviewed the options and process. I called this company due to other companies did not respond. Rodney arrived same day and did a thorough job when inspecting my home. Rodney was a great help with roof questions. Did the inspection for any possible damage from Sunday’s wind and then walked me through what he found while on the roof. Lindsay did an excellent job for us. She was in touch at every step of our replacement roof process. She was on hand for the roof reinspection with our insurance company, after we had a not too pleasant exchange with the first inspection done by the insurance agent only.. She made sure they saw all the damage that was done and got more than was originally offered. If we need any construction or renovating done in the future you can be sure we will call Lindsay at Renown.

Rodney and his team went above and beyond for my project. They made the rigmarole of dealing with the insurance company and my HOA less stressful (i.e. less *PAINFUL*.). They are transparent, honest, and diligent. They are patient with me every step of the way to the very end. No question was left unanswered.Honestly I can now sleep soundly knowing that my sidings wont leak a drop of water inside when its raining cats and dogs outdoor. This is the best feeling in the world.

I contracted with Renown Roofing to repair my roof twice. I worked with Erika, Sean and Adam, who were awesome. They did an excellent job. Erika was my point of contact, her customer service, and follow-up were outstanding. If I had any questions she was prompt and responsive to my needs. Sean was the project manager and checked in with daily to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Adam called as well to ensure that the project met my satisfaction. I am very please with the work that was done.

We have had our roof repaired twice in two years!!!! The first company we thought was okay..... Until we had it done by Renown...... the quality, and service during and most important after the work was done is stellar...... This is the first roofing company that I would Strongly recommend...... And, they are definitely going to be the first I call for any additions or renovations

Jose Juarez from Renown Roofing and Construction provided outstanding management and quality control of my roof replacement. Two 6 foot pallets of shingles were installed in two days with an exceptional job on the clean-up and scrap removal. Very pleased!!!

After struggling for months with my insurance company and a different roofer, I contacted Renown. Originally my insurance company only paid for 1/2 of the roof. Travis came out, inspected the roof and told me all of my roof needed replacing and sent me the documentation I needed to send to my insurance company. He even drafted emails that I could send to the insurance company from me so that I was certain to have the correct terminology. Because of his help and hard work I was able to collect for the entire roof. Jose then contacted me and let me know when the roof was scheduled for repair and everyone on the team did an outstanding job! I’m so happy and I have a BEAUTIFUL new roof!

Contacted Renown Construction for a roof inspection in May 2017. James Magnum, Senior Account Manager called and came out for and inspection. He found a large hole in the roof from the baseball size hailstorm. He made his assessment and was present for the insurance adjuster inspection. They covered everything that was damaged. James and his team were very professional in keeping us updated throughout the process. They are also licensed to install Class 4 hail resistant shingles.His team replaced all the wood, installed the Class 4 shingles, painted, and replaced the gutters. Each product was the highest quality. The professional care to detail, the quality of products used, and the craftsmanship in each phase of repair was outstanding. We rarely write reviews unless they do outstanding work. James Magnum and the Renown Construction team are of that quality. Well be using them for more our major home improvement projects this summer.

Renown just replaced our roof today and we could not be more pleased with both the quality of the work AND the customer care and service of this team of professionals. Kevin, Jose, Lindsay and Mike were on top of every detail of the process and their communication with us throughout far exceeded our expectations. This team goes above and beyond to please their customers. They treat your property as if it were their own. And they handle all the other related stuff like window and screen replacement, fence repair / replace, guttering, painting, garage door staining, etc. One stop shopping and they handle all the details. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of every one that I had contact with. The coordinator was very knowledgeable, and help me pick the best roofing tile to fit my needs. I was continually updated on the progress of the job. The construction was completed on schedule and the work was done in a excellently manner. I was impressed by the workmanship as was the city inspectors.
