Dr. Browning and her team are AMAZING!!! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Im so glad I found her after having to leave my last dentist for insurance reasons. She did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and addressing my concerns. I asked about a couple of different services (whitening, mouth guard), and they were able to let me know what my out of pocket would be before I left the office. There was NO pressure at all to purchase anything additional - I asked about these services myself. I appreciated that! If you need your toothies cleaned - make an appointment now! Dr.Browning and Staff is the most caring and professional dentist team I have ever been to. I went to a student dentist as a child, so I have an extreme fear of dentist. As a result, I have had a lot of work done. I had my first cleaning a couple months ago, they made me feel comfortable and confident with my smile. They did find one filling that needed to be repaired. I went in this morning today, and found myself enjoying my visit. This was the first visit to a dentist that I did not need to be medicated. They are personal and remembered details with what was going on personally and walked me through my treatment plan. During treatment, there was nothing that came unexpectedly, and I felt nothing during the process. Dr. Browning is conservative with her recommendations so as a single mom, I knew I was in good hands. I had my treatment at 8, was done by 8:30, and had a meeting at 9. I could speak clearly, so my treatment had zero impact on my day. This team is the reason I drive an hour and half one way to see them. Thank you Castle Lake Dental for being a team with me.

Loved my first visit! The ladies were so kind and thorough with the process. Im very pleased of how they handled my cleaning as the explanation was very clear. I visited a dental clinic in Plano (I wont say where) and they seemed to just want my money as I had to leave feeling very uncomfortable and unsatisfied. I will be going back to Castle Lake Dental next time :)

I had the best experience with castle Lake dental.The office was pristine, and so comfortable.Dr Browning was so easy to talk to and helped make the process such a breeze. She did excellent work on me.The staff is so welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable. I was able to watch some nextflix while having a deep clean 😅I was dreading the experience but it was (dare I say) lovely. I’m glad my husband and I found this place! We love it here! The entire staff is so nice and so great with the kids. They do a good job with cleanings, and they don’t tell you to get stuff done when you don’t need it, like a lot of other places.

I recently had my first appointment here, and Dr. Browning was above and beyond! The staff were so nice and friendly, and the facility was amazing. I felt spoiled with the GBBO playing on a TV overhead while they worked on my teeth! My treatment options were well explained and they were so gentle. I cant recommend Castle Lake Dentistry enough!

Had my teeth cleaning and x-rays done. Even before the cleaning, Dr. Browning walked me through my x-rays and what looked good vs watch out areas. Ive never had a dentist be as thorough as her in explaining everything. That level of detail is something we should all get. And want in reality. And the teeth cleaning process was so quick and efficient! Also it didnt hurt to be layed down and see a TV on the ceiling, that was a cool touch.The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Definitely had a great experience and will be going back. I encourage you all in the area (Carrollton/Lewisville/Plano/Frisco/Little Elm) to visit them!

If you are looking for a new dentist look no further! Dr. Browning is super nice, attentive, professional and genuinely cares about her patients. (As well as the rest of her staff) I would give this practice 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Browning is an excellent dentist the best we have come across in our 67 years. My husband and I each had crowns put in by Dr Browning. It was a totally painless procedure. Dr Browning took her time, explained why the the procedure needed to be done and how it would be done. She was kind, honest and thorough. Along with a state of the art facility that is clean and taking COVID precautions her staff gets an A+ for friendliness and professionalism.

I was at this office for teeth cleaning, my first visit, expected a lot of judgements about how bad my teeth are. But they were very courteous and polite, there was no wait when I told them I had to be home at certain time. Explained everything nicely without authority, over all appreciated the very clean atmosphere. I liked the friendly atmosphere.

As someone who is constantly on the move due to work, promptness of time is important to me, and they made sure that I was taken care of, properly and thoroughly, without wasting any time. Dr. Browning answered all of my questions and pointed out exactly what was necessary, what i could hold off on, and what was detrimental to my health. They answered all of my questions, and I look forward to my next visit. I would definitely recommend Castle Lake Dental for anyone’s next dental visit, they will make sure you are taken care of and make sure they charge you only for what’s necessary rather than being a money pit (as is my experience with most other dentists).

My husband and I have moved 7 times over the last 10 years, which has led to a lot of different first visits to the dentist. I can honestly say this was the BEST experience I have had so far. Dr. Browning was so personable and thorough in explaining why and what she was doing.I received a cleaning and x-rays, which she discussed with me in a way that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The flat screen above my chair was definitely a plus! The office was clean and they did a great job making sure it was following Covid procedures.I definitely plan on coming back and am so thankful I chose to switch dentists!

The best dental visit I’ve had in a very long time. Dr. Browning was the most thorough dentist I’ve ever met. At the same time, I felt like she and her staff were not trying to upsell me a million treatments I don’t need. This was a huge relief as it is now the norm for dentist. I’d so satisfied that I’m taking my son their this week for his dental needs.

I found Castle Lake Dental while searching for help with my TMJ disorder.I was also looking for a new dentist since I was new to the area. Dr. Browning and staff were great. There was very little wait time when I arrived for my appt. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate and well equipped. Castle Lake staff were friendly and informative. Dr. Browning spent time with me explaining all her concerns for my dental health and suggesting a plan to follow. It was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to visiting again.

Great experience! Friendly staff. ready to listen and meet my needs. Easy to make an appointment and they use the newest technology. Dentist is up to date with current methods of treatment. I had a veneer fixed. Looks like one of my permanent teeth. A plan was discussed with me on future visits, the transformation I would like to see.

So after 20 years with my former dentist, I went to Castle Lake Dental to give them a try. First, to get a routine checkup/cleaning and then back to fix the multiple cavity issues they found. Dr. Browning and her staff are awesome! Im not a fan of dental work (who is?) but they made me so comfortable and were fast too. Watching Netflix on the ceiling was a cool bonus. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was Dr. Brownings confidence as she performed her work. I was very impressed and am happy to have found my new Dentist.

The staff was amazing and fit me in for an emergency veneer repair. They were very friendly and upbeat and welcoming from the reception to the dentist. They did a great job saving what’s left of a veneer that will soon be replaced.
