I would recommend this dental office to my family & friends and anyone looking for a professional dentist, kind & caring.Last week was my first visit to Dr. Mitchell Rosen D.D.S. he called me the night before got my ans mach. Said he was just giving me a call said he always give his new patient a call before to answer any questions they may have. When I arrived I filled out some paperwork while doing that the Dentist came out to waiting room; introduce himself and staff spoke very highly of his team. Be prepared to be there for awhile. They took several X-rays & pictures. The Dentist came in and explained everything. Gave me brief tutorial on his I-Pad explaining everything. Said he likes to educate his patient. I told him this is the best education I have ever had. I even had questions and he ans them all. I have no dental ins only had a discount account which I was going to try to use. But, this office had a better in-house plan so I went with theirs. I came out about 1000 dollars less. I will be dropping this discount. The Dentist came up with a great plan so I will be starting next week.Looking forward to becoming a long time patient. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

New to Texas and was having some tooth pain so I found the closest in network dentist office. Man did I get lucky! From the call to make my appointment to the end of my service everything was great. Claudia was so helpful with making my appointment and I had the pleasure of meeting her today. She was amazing, explained everything to me that was going to be done. I was not expecting to have an extraction. Dr. Rosen did an amazing job. He too explained every step of the process and continued to make sure I was ok during the extraction. I think Ive found my new dentist.

Dr. Rosen is really knowledgeable and personable. I recently had a tooth extraction that I was very anxious about and he made sure I was fully numb and my pain medications were ready. The technique he uses for extractions was totally pain free

Ive been a patient of this practice since it was Marsh Ridge Family Dental. Although many faces have changed over the years, Ive always had positive experiences and been treated fairly. I dont exactly do well with dental work but Dr. Rosen has a very calming and professional demeanor. He has to be one of the nicest guys Ive ever met.

I had to change dentists due to my new insurance and based off of my meh experience with my old dentist I really wasnt expecting anything special. I was expecting to be treating more along the lines of bland routine curtesy. I was wrong! Dr. Rosen personally introduced himself and warmly welcomed me. He expressed his genuine care for my health and spoke very proudly, confidently! Something that assured me I was in good hands.The assistant had wonderful bedside manners! I was nervous but her sweet and calm words put me at ease. They didnt rush or treat me like just another patient. They got to know me. They also explained things so well. And if I didnt understand, due to their inviting environment, I felt comfortable asking questions and they kindly repeated themselves.I also didnt feel pressured. I absolutely love this location. The location is clean and convenient, the staff is super friendly and Dr. Rosen is AWESOME! I loved him! I was in so much pain when I got there but he was so kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Needless to say, Im no longer in pain nor was I in pain during the process. From experience, I have learned the importance of carefully selecting a good dentist, and Dr. Rosen has been a very good choice. Ive had treatment with him that included fillings, crowns and a night guard. Dr. Rosen is an experienced dentist, he listens to the patients needs,understands concerns and is very thorough with his approach and technique. Every time I had a procedure, he called the same day for a follow up, a very personalized and unique trait. The staff at the office is also top notch; they are courteous, responsive and communicate well about scheduling, insurance and billing. Finally, the dental hygienist, is very focused and thorough with her work. I would recommend Dr. Rosen with Great Expressions to anyone who wants to address dental issues in a successful manner.

It’s difficult to find a good dentist that has fair prices but Dr Rosen has a great practice and makes it happen. I was impressed by the staff and the professional approach . From the time I made my appointment I was pleased with the staff. Oh yes my time to wait was extremely short. When I walked in they were friendly and very attentive. Dr. Rosen has such great bedside manner and is very thorough with explaining what is happening and discussing the options. He followed up with after the visit to make sure I was ok. This dental practice is beyond DISMAL! Dr Rosen is disrespectful; he acts like a used car salesman when pushing services on patients. I have been a patient with this company before; it was Great Expressions. The original name is Floss Dental, and I went to the Uptown Dallas location on Oaklawn. The Colony office dentist flat out told me I had to have a specific procedure done and that he needed to take impressions and then do preliminary testing on the molds from the dental impressions. I went to this location only because it was closer to my home, and I enjoyed the previous Dental Hygienist; she was terrific. I went back to the Uptown location after my Hygienist left The Colony. The original Floss Dental location in Dallas where my first Hygienist that I went to when I moved to Dallas back in 2012. The name and culture of Floss Dental was so High End before being bought out by Great Expressions. Thankfully she still works there and is always excellent. I did go back to the Dallas Uptown location for a second opinion on Dr. Rosens recommended procedure, and the dentist there gave me a different diagnosis. Her treatment was non-invasive and fixed the issue. However, I talked one last time to Dr. Rosen at the Colony office since he gave me the original diagnosis. He dismissed the second opinion diagnosis the dentist at the Uptown location gave me and said she was wrong. It was a very negative experience seeing him acting so combative towards a coworkers diagnosis as they work for the same company. I also brought a very close friend into the Colony location, and Dr Rosen put so much pressure on my good friend to have restorative dental procedures he wouldnt speak to me the rest of the day. He was so upset. Finally, I told Laurie, the office manager, about both of these situations. She did nothing to make Dr Rosen stop being so aggressive with treatment recommendations. He would disrespect his fellow employees in the hallway for anyone in the building to hear it. I genuinely feel for the nice ladies at the Colony practice! I could only imagine how hard it is to work with such a controlling and pushy coworker. Im so happy that I could go back to the Uptown location on Oaklawn. They were so lovely to see me come back and very welcoming. It may be a little further for me to get to them, but they are so worth it!

I have had many a bad dentist and have a ton of problems with my teeth, Dr Rosen was so great, he calmed me down and when he does his injections they hardly hurt at all and that is huge for me, as I usually have to take medication just to go to the dentist. I highly recommend him and his unique techniques and personal approach to each person. He will personally call you to see how you are doing and that is just a thing I love.

I and all of my kids go to this dentist and weve been very happy with the service, from scheduling appointments and reminders to reviewing detailed plans and pricing for recommended services to the doctor himself calling me later that evening to see how Im doing after potentially uncomfortable appointments. This is the fourth dentist in The Colony TX that I have tried. I’m happy that I don’t need to keep looking. Dr. Rosen has over 20 years of experience and a pleasant demeanor that can put even the most nervous patient at ease. His technique was painless, I didn’t even feel the needle.As a health care provider myself,I was very impressed with Dr. Rosen’s ability to manage the busy office with multiple rooms. It takes true expertise to give individual care to multiple patients at the same time. I felt like I had his undivided attention when he was working on me and I was never left sitting alone in a room wondering what was going on.The cost of the procedures were affordable: roughly half of what I paid previously. Came back for zoom teeth whitening and my teeth look extremely nice. A huge difference in the appearance of how white my teeth look now and getting lots of compliments, at least several shades whiter. They also give you whitening trays to take home with you.

I am the wife of Dr. Rosen. I have always been afraid of the dentist and he really does have a light touch esp. with injections. He has a technique using vibration that really is good.I am not writing this just to write a review about my husband.I truly believe he is a caring supportive dentist.He even left our anniversary and valentines day Dinner to follow up with his patients. I was upset at first but had to accept this is what he does.After 23 years of doing this I now understand how much he cares about his patients.He even gives his cell phone out so I had to deal with those calls as well but he does help so many people.Try his office and staff out. You won’t be disappointed.

Went here about a year ago. Professional environment. Seemed nice but when I asked for just a routine clean, they wanted to charge for a $1300 I could not afford. They tried for reason with a payment plan where I payed smaller amounts to total $1300. Guess what? Smaller amounts totaling $1300 is still $1300 which I COULD NOT AFFORD. I tried to tell them again I wanted just a routine cleaning and they said they wouldnt touch my teeth without the $1300 procedure. Bye. I got my teeth cleaned elsewhere that was WAAAAAY more efficient and demonstrated listening skills.

Dr. Rosen always treats me like family, the office staff is very professional and kind. Whitney made me feel so comfortable and she gave me so much knowledge regarding my cleaning and treatment. I felt so much better personally after I left. I’ve been a patient here for a couple years and I’ve never had a bad experience.

This was by far the best Dental Appointment I have ever had with diagnosing my long and short term treatments needed to get my mouth in the best health ever. Best dental provider Ive ever been to. Had a couple years of not taking care of my teeth and needed an extraction, along with routine cleanings. Doc Rosen did an extraction in a few minutes and I was pain free in less than 48 hrs. He played some good music while I was there as well to lighten the mood - extractions can be scary! Extraction area has since healed up nicely.Lyndsey handles my routine dental deep cleaning and Ive been making positive progress on gum health as one of her patients as well.Claudia and the office staff are always quick, detailed, and Ive never had any billing issues either.Great dentist office - on track to be the best in Dallas.

Dr. Rosen is the best! I have a problem with needles and his technique to numb me gave me no pain whatsoever! On top of that Dr. Rosen explained everything to me so I could understand exactly what was going on and why it was needed and how it was going to help me moving forward. Just finished with fillings here and Dr. Rosen is my favorite Dentist Ive been to thus far! I have always had issues with cavities, and out of the many fillings I have gotten this was the least painful experience. I did not feel any pain during the process besides a small sting with the injection, but thats most likely due to my extremely low pain tolerance. This was the first time I have ever gotten fillings and did not feel pain in the tooth at all. What I loved most was that Dr. Rosen was very informational and it was very clear he has passion for what he does. This made me trust him. I enjoyed my experience so much that after my first appointment I referred my boyfriend here for his first Dentist appointment in 7 years. Being one to normally avoid the Dentist, my boyfriend agrees that his positive experience here has changed his perspective!

Apart from the routine xrays, checkups, and cleanings, I was given information to protect my oral health and overall health. I genuinely learned more from this visit than any other dentist office I had previously been to. Aside from the just the professional side, each member of this office from the front door to the dental chair made me feel like I belonged here. I was greeted with nothing but hospitality and understanding- overwhelmingly so. I cannot wait to come back in six months for another visit.

Dr. Rosen and his staff were exceptional in handling my dental care. I had two crowns, several fillings and I was fitted for a mouthguard. This was the first time that I went to the dentist and I felt zero pain when I received the shot that they give to numb you. Dr. Rosen‘s technique to numb my mouth worked flawlessly. He was very informative about everything he was doing during the process to make sure I had no questions and checked on me multiple times to make sure I was ok. All of the procedures took less than two hours!!! After the numbing wore off I realized my bite was a little uneven and they got me in right away and fixed it. I have to say that Dr. Rosen is without a doubt the BEST dentist I have ever been to and I would recommend him first to anyone who is looking for someone they can trust. My husband and son will also start receiving care from Dr. Rosen moving forward. I have already texted all my friends and family to use him moving forward if they are looking for a change.In addition, his office manager and staff made sure I was taken care of completely and answered any questions I had. I like this place. Dr. Rosen is a genuine nerd for the human body and really knows his stuff. He and his staff are what I like to call casual friendly unlike other offices where staff are so bubbly it seems fake. Ive never received a sales pitch here, yet I always leave better informed. If you want to go to someone who actually loves what he does (and is good at it) check out Dr. Rosen.

Might want to get a second opinion if you go here. My company had changed insurance carriers so I had to pick a new dentist. I saw my old dentist 6 months ago and everything was fine. Then I went to a Monarch Dentist and they wouldnt touch my teeth without a $500 cleaning. So I thought I would try Marsh Ridge Dental. They told me I had 4 cavities and needed a deep cleaning. Well, I didnt get a good vibe from this place and thought Id try one last time at another dentist. Turns out, NO cavities and a mild $95 cleaning along with my regular cleaning. So to wrap it up for you.....I visited 4 different dentists in the span of 7 months and Marsh Ridge was THE ONLY ONE that told me I needed to have 4 cavities filled. Seems like this place CREATES business. Good luck kids! Its your health and your teeth.

At first I was very pleased with Great Expressions.Dr. Rosen is great.I was less than impressed th with the doctor they had perform my biopsy. Hes only available one day a week and it took over a month to get my results. This after telling me hed discuss my treatment for oral cancer once the results came in.My real complaint comes from the billing. I paid everything at the time of service only after they confirmed what my insurance covered. So I left with the understanding that my balance due was $0. But I keep getting new bills. It started small, $9 due. Now its $72.00 due. No explanation on the bill. Just states previous balance due.

I admit I’m not great at keeping up with dental appointments because I fear that pinch of a novacaine needle.Claudia greeted me with a smile when I walked in. Dr. Rosen introduced himself to me and the other patient in the waiting room while we were filling out forms. Yesenia and Lori answered all of my questions regarding the procedure and cost. It was very affordable compared to other offices in the area.I was most impressed with Dr. Rosen’s diagnostic abilities regarding my odd situation. It was an emergency appointment because I had sharp radiating pain from the injection site of my lip filler down into my teeth. Who would have thought that Restylane could affect your teeth? Although the Xrays didn’t show anything, he performed a pulp test using electric current to evaluate the nerves in the root of the tooth.That test and their cutting edge software created a heat map revealing an infection that you could not see on a standard X-ray.They suggested we get started right away and I agreed. I did not feel pressured as some of the other reviews stated. I know the cost of a root canal and crown and their quote was half of what I paid at another office.The injection was painless. Dr. Rosen avoided that dreadful “pinch” by numbing the area with a topical gel. He also uses a vibrating needle so you don’t feel the burning sensation of the needle going deeper into your gums. The procedure was painless and he was quick. I’ve spent four hours In a chair getting a crown. I wasn’t watching the clock but I’d estimate it took maybe an hour and a half. He also showed me the nerve that he took out. (I like to see that sort of stuff. )Dr. Rosen also gives his cell number to his patients and a personal follow up call. It is hard to find quality personal service like this. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen.

Great expressions in The Colony is the only place I will ever get my teeth worked on. Dr. Rosen and his staff are very friendly and professional and I could not be happier with the work that they have done for me.If you are looking for a professional office with a great staff look no further this place is awesome!

Dr. Rosen and his staff are amazing! We brought our 6 year old here for a second opinion and couldnt be happier with the results. My sons first dentist wanted to put him under in order to cap his tooth, however Dr. Rosen and his expert team were able to resolve the issue with a filling without any extreme measures. Our son was calm in his chair and had no pain during, or after the procedure. We cannot recommend this office enough to any adult or parent of a child needing dental work. Not only are they great with me and my wife, they are great with our child, too!

I was in absolute pain, get there to the office and I was treated wonderfully by an amazing staff and Dr. Rosen. Come to find out the I still grind my teeth while I sleep, ugh. I am now picking this group for all my dental needs, they will have to endure my corny jokes and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys, will see you soon!

This place is awesome! I had a horrible experience at a different dentist once and Dr. Rosen made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. He made sure I was aware about each step he was taking. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I felt like a truly cared about patient in the hands of this office!

Dr. Rosen and his staff are caring, friendly and thorough. I went in with a badly cracked tooth among other issues. Dr. Rosen and his staff addressed my immediate needs, giving me all the details . Now my dental pain has subsided due to the great care I received and I am on track .My wife was hinting about seeing a dentist. Telling me about Dr. Rosen. I wish I had gone sooner. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rosen and his staff.

Visiting Dr. Rosen is without a doubt, one of the best medical decisions I have made for myself in my life. I had an absolutely horrifying experience at a dentist about 20 years ago that has prevented me from going ever since. Its easy to find a reason not to go when you are terrified of doing so. Suffice it to say, that decision was going to inevitably come back to haunt me. I was in severe pain and had to get an emergency appointment when I couldnt take the pain anymore. After calling 3 offices, his office was the one that could get me in immediately. Everyone else was going to have to call me back a few hours later to see if they could get me in. When I got there, the staff was excellent. I was seen quickly and more importantly, they didnt in any way, shape, or form shame me for the poor decision I had made in the past of not going to see the dentist. I had to get two teeth pulled. Dr. Rosen not only explained everything that I was going to experience every step of the way, but he was extremely patient and truly cared. He expertly administered the anesthetic (the dreaded shots) and I barely felt them. He has a way to do it by maintaining some of the medication at different temperatures so you barely feel any burning or stinging sensation. During the procedure, if at any point I felt any discomfort, he would always stop...ask me if I was doing ok, and get my go ahead before proceeding. He was able to logically explain why, in the rare instances I had discomfort, it was occurring during the procedure which gave me the confidence that he knew what he was talking about. So many other times, my wife would visit other dentists and she would say she was experiencing pain during a procedure. The only answer those dentists would give her was You shouldnt be feeling anything. That never did anything to engender trust for me when it is obvious my wife was experiencing discomfort and that was they best thing the other dentists could say, with no explanation why. He constantly reassured me throughout the procedure. The entire process was as seamless as it could possibly be. Even more amazingly, he called me later in the evening around 7-8PM just to follow up with me and make sure I was doing ok! Most doctors dont do that and I have never heard of a dentist that did! I have a follow-up scheduled in a week, as well as a full exam. Im not even worried or afraid anymore of what might be discovered, because I trust Dr. Rosen to take good care of me. You will not be making a mistake by visiting him and his staff!

My first experience with this facility was wonderful!!!!!! The staff was amazing and well mannered. The wait time was even better I was in and out, just they way I like my appointments to be. I would really recommend this dental office to my friends and family.

I recently had dry socket and Dr. Rosen and his staff went above and beyond to help me. They always treat me with great care. Dr. Rosen is the only dentist I have been to that actually researches information for you to use at home and explains what is happening in your mouth every step of the way. He also answers his phone for his patients anytime. They truly treat their patients like family. I will never go to any other dentist office.

I cannot tell everyone how our family feels so blessed to have found Dr. Rosen. My mother went in for a toothache and she needed major work and though it is a process it was one much needed ! I do feel in the long run Dr. Rosen will also help with her blood pressure since she had a lot of dental issues. Which he is rectifying. She could not speak highly enough about how gentle, kind and that he made sure she did not feel any pain throughout the process . The staff was very accommodating and helped me with the billing portion as well. I am switching over myself to Dr.Rosen! Feeling lucky!

I was so frightened of the dentist and Dr. Mitchell Rosen and his team gave me the best care I have ever had and it was an extraction of all things. I couldnt believe it--no- I mean no pain from an injection. He said something about using no epinephrine in the first injection-- and warming it - I dont understand how that works because I was too nervous to ask but the extraction was completely painless and he called me after to see how I was doing? That blew me away.I cant believe an extraction of all things has been absolutely painless- he told me to take Motrin after I get out before the shot wore off and he was right.I still have a fear of the dentist but Dr. Rosen and his caring team took out a big dent in that fear. I am going back for a full exam and I feel so much better.Maybe I can finally fix my mouth.Thank you Dr Rosen- you will never know what this meant to me- I may not lose my teeth now because that is another fear of mine that I hope we can work on together,Meanwhile I copied and am handing out that paper you gave me that tells about your office with everyone I know.

Dr. Rosen and staff are great!! I was a walk in patient that Needed a couple cavities filled they were able to get me in and out. Found my new Dental office!!

I freakin love Dr. Rosen and the staff. They’re all so nice and have such a positive energy. Even though I constantly need work done, they work with me on payments and are so gentle on my teeth and just plain awesome.Seriously, if you hate the dentist, come here and change your mind!!

I hate going to dentist. And my previous dental office, while being new, trendy looking, and had flat screen tvs everywhere, was poor at actual patient care and comfort. I felt like routinely they would diagnose with me with potentially at risk for something each time I visited.Marsh Ridge didnt do any of that to me. The staff, from clerical, to oral hygienist, to actual dentist was very friendly, always informative, and never recommended every product/service offered to make a buck.They told me what all things to watch for, were quick with their services, and always were courteous.I have been to very few health care providers that are this caring and genuine. I plan on staying a patient of Marsh Ridge dental for a long time.

Everyone was extremely professional and efficient. Dr. Rosen and his staff have excellent bedside manners and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has high dental anxiety in need of extractions.

I have to say I think dr. Rosen is the very best dentist Ive ever found. And Lord knows Ive been to plenty. His office is extremely polite and informative. He is very sensitive to your needs, and helps in ANY way possible, for your comfort.
