I had a root canal done. And the service was phenomenal. They took good care of me. I’ll be making sure all my people know about this place.

My experience at Prairie Creek was great. It could be summed up in 3 words; Welcoming; Professional; Thorough. The staff welcomed me like family, yet very courteous and professional. The doctor and hygienist were quite thorough in their analysis. I do highly recommend this office.

If you are in Lewisville and surrounding areas looking for a dentist this is the place to go! The staff is all nice and welcoming. It’s a nice and clean dentist office. The Dentist is so friendly and nice and took care of my issue and showed that he cared I wasn’t just a number walking into the door but a person with an issue that needed to be addressed. An added bounce is they play great music lol. You can always watching tv while getting your work done on your teeth. 10 for 10 would recommend!

Im very anxious about going to a new dentist but the staff was super friendly. Beth was awesome through the whole process and listened to my concerns. Very clean and maintained practice. Will be definitely going back and recommending my love ones.

I think that overall they are probably a good dental place, but I had a couple bad experiences there in one visit. First, they originally were going to charge me for an oral cancer screening that they didn’t ask if I wanted and wasn’t going to be paid for by my insurance. In the end they didn’t charge me because I brought that up. Second, they wanted to do a teeth leveling treatment, and I was not convinced about how that would solve the problem I had on my left jaw side. The dentist used a dumbed-down analogy to try to explain and it didn’t help (because it was way too general) and he eventually just stopped trying to explain it and left. He was not very patient with the patient.

Dr. Holbrook is fantastic and he has the best staff in town! He has never recommended a procedure that hasnt been necessary. And the work he has done was reasonably priced and the quality was outstanding!

Today Dr Holbrook prepared tooth#18 for a crown to replace the existing crown with 4 cracks. It was his dental hygienist, Julie’s eye for detail, that discovered it in time to avoid a root canal. Procedure was painless. Prairie Creek Dental is my go to for dental work.

Just went today out of the blue and got super lucky picking them are very professional and get right to the point while being very friendly. I would recommend to anyone I drove from Plano and honestly 10/10with there knowledge and experience. There is no bs they show and tell you exactly what’s going on and I could not ask for a better dental office I got super lucky just by googling places around me!Thanks agin prairie creek dental look forward to next week and future more cleanings and etc..

Staff is beyond nice! I always get greeted as I enter, they always remember who I am, what I like, etc. They take time to sit and chat before they get to work for a minute or two. I couldn’t be happier with my dental

I have been coming here for years and I could never see myself going to any other dentist! I love this place so much that I drive almost 45 minutes to come get any dental work done here. Dr. Holbrook and his staff are incredible and very personable people and they have a family friendly atmosphere. They will go out of their way to make any customer of theirs feel comfortable and welcomed. I also love Julie who is my dental hygienist and Connie who works at the front desk. Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. It all started online. After receiving a marketing email from the office, I hopped online to check them out. They had their appointment times listed online for me to choose!! So convenient! Once I hit submit I received a welcome call from Connie thanking me for scheduling and explaining everything I’d need for my first visit. The forms were easy to find on the website.When I showed up for my first visit, the lovely Ms. Connie used my name when I checked in. There was no wait. They brought me back as soon as I sat down. Every staff member I interacted with introduced themself with a handshake! Each one also explained everything including my treatment options. They were upfront about all costs; which I greatly appreciated!I’m SO thankful I actually paid attention to the email. They’ve got a patient for life!

A wonderful practice that has been providing me with outstanding dental care for over a decade and have corrected serious problems with my periodontal disease and bad bite. Dr. Holbrook has a wide variety of skills and special certifications, and can address 95% of your problems, but should a specialist be needed, they will communicate with a specialist to make sure your problem is corrected. The staff is responsive and caring, and have squeezed me in on very short notice when unexpected dental emergencies have popped up. Highly recommended!

It felt like being with family.

My husband, Jay Marcom And I have been looking for a proper dentist that works well with his insurance for some time now. We found that Prairie Creek Dental Texas worked the best. Staff was very helpful with a pre interview analysis So everyone knew what they were getting into before an actual office visit. We had originally planned for him To get a check up knowing that there would be more visits for a lot of work to be done ( because of the cavities and cracking of his brittle teeth) After dentist inspected My husbands teeth We went over the game plan for the future. Basically all teeth would need to be pulled and then some form of implants later on. For today went with for 4 tooth extraction. These were the worst offenders. Over all the bill for this procedure was less than expected (with insurance) Took a little more time and effort then expected Because of his Teeth. Post op going well very little pain third day With only taking mild aspirin now! Swelling has gone down. Infact JAY says is mouth has felt better now than it has in the past Year and a 1/2 - 2 yrs!! THANKS Prairie Creek dental Texas, Dr. Holbrook his wonderful assistant ( Sorry we forget her name) And the rest of the Awesome staff For a very pleasant gentle experience!

I needed dental care after hours when my pain was unbearable. I reached out via text message hoping to schedule an early morning appointment and immediately got a text reply from their office tech (I believe Connie) asking about my issue. Five minutes later I get a call from Dr. Holbrook. Long story short, prescriptions were sent in to my local pharmacy to get me immediate relief and an early morning appointment was made to resolve my dental issue. This was the best dental emergency experience I ever had from start to finish. Thanks Dr. Holbrook and team for a job well done!

I had the best experience here. I had extreme wear on my teeth from grinding over the years and was experiencing tooth sensitivity and jaw pain. Dr. Holbrook took his time understanding my case and did his research before making any recommendations. He tried multiple things before suggesting rebuilding my teeth, but that is what ended up being best. He listened to me and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. I absolutely love the results!! Highly recommend this office. They are professional and caring.

They always go above and beyond, are compassionate and understanding of those with dental fears, and give honest assessments of the work that needs to be done.
