I had a flat tire with a small incision. Other auto servicers told me to just get the whole tire replaced, but here at Walmart, Tyler took the time to thoroughly inspect the tire and put in the effort to carefully close the incision.He successfully fixed the issue and I was able to save money by not having to buy a brand new tire.10/10. Great service and professional work.

Went for an oil change and it went very smooth, in and out around 30 mins with no hassle. Great price with great customer service, you cant ask for much more than that. Edgar was very professional, I will be back.

This review is about the new crew, in previous 13 years we have had nothing but good experiences with this Wal-Mart auto center, but unfortunately this new crew in summer of 2021 is lazy unprofessional and twice we go there for service they make up excuses why they cant do oil change or fix a flat while they are sitting arounddoing nothing or smoking.They see us there waiting they stare at us pass by and say nothing we tried to get their attention to engage but they dont help.

The worse experience ever with trying to get a battery replaced. Was there for 3 hours and they blew a fuse on my car. Hopefully they havent damaged anything else on my car. Went to AutoZone was in and out in 15 minutes.

I had a flat tire right down the street from this Walmart and was able to manage to drive on a flat to pull into the Automotive department with the intention of buying a new tire only to be told there is only 1 worker there and he has yet to go to lunch and it was 2pm. I was told that they are not taking any more cars for the day. I ended up having to have a tow truck tow my car from Walmart to the nearest local tire shop.

I went there today to check my battery that I installed last year. There were 3 cars in front of me, and there were many customers, not enough staffs. Then, Cory came out and he handled all the customers very fast. On top of it, since I was there for just a quick battery check, he checked my battery really quick, and moved on to the next customer. His service was truely superb and efficient. I had a long day at work, but Corys excellent service absolutely made my day. Great job, and Thank you very much for your excellent service on my battery.

Corey was a great help tonight. I came in with a tire that I was hoping would be repaired. They already had some cars in the pit but he quickly took a look at the tire and confirmed it couldnt be repaired. So, he got me in line quickly and had a new tire mounted and balanced in about 10 minutes. Thank you for being so quick and helpful on a very busy evening!

This auto center has the worst service. I arrived at 5:18pm on a donut. All the bays but one was closed. 3 auto center employees were all setting out front talking and laughing. I told them I needed a tire and the gentlemen all looked towards the guy that was standing up and he responded with, nah, we arent taking anymore tires today. We are about to close. So i had to come all the way to Pepboys to get help.

I went to get a flat tire fixed so took about 2hrs yo get it done n balance all four tires. I was happy to have gotten it fixed and parked inside my driveway. before leaving on a small trip once I got back home I noticed my truck leaning and the same tire was flat!!! Since I got it “fixed “I parked on my drive way hasn’t been moved and now I have to take care of it again!!!

I dont really know where to start. If there would have been someone else running the register this review would have been completely different. Possibly 4 stars.Lets just say the cashier had no idea what was going on. I have never had to answer so many questions when going to a garage for a simple oil change. It took her 45 min to check me out, which by then, the manager had to take over.The manager- under different circumstances this interaction would have played out completley different. Its the job of the garage and its technicians to ensure the correct services are being performed. Not the customer.Walmart- please ensure there is a competent cashier to assist the auto care team. Today was absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully one that knows a little about cars.

They did a fantastic job. Very quick, efficient and professional. They told me an hour and were done in 40 min and swept the carpets, checked washer fluid and tire pressure. Was definitely expecting a long process and was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you

I came in store 5092 to the auto shop for a oil change and to rotate my tires. I asked one of the workers if they sold 20 inch tires and he said no because you usually have to order online for 20+ tires. So another mechanic name Cory was able to locate a tired for me and the manger Benny gave me a Greaaaat deal on the tire. This store customer service is one of the best services I have ever had coming from Walmart and I live in Arlington and now this will be my one and only Walmart I will deal with on a daily .. Since I work in this area. Thanks so much u guys for winning me over. 😘

It is what you expect: an affordable oil change that takes about an hour to an hour and a half, and nothing more. You can only imagine that the workers dont get paid as much as other shops, therefore you dont expect them to go over and above. Usually thats the case, but during my visit yesterday the man who was helping check us in provided great customer service and even made meaningful conversation while he was getting our info. Hopefully that experience will be replicated in the future!

Waited a whole hour for a battery change. There was only one other car there at the time. Manager was outside smoking a cigarette 3 times during that hour. Why arent you helping run the shop?! Ill never come here again!Edit: They were unable to install due to a terminal they did not have in stock. Very frustrating

Walmart is a great place to go for inexpensive oil changes. Prior to going to Walmart I spent $30 on an oil change at a different place and my check engine light was still on afterwards. Took my car to Walmart, paid $19.99 for my oil change and check engine light was no longer. Employees were nice and helpful. Walmart is now my go to place for my oil changes.

My tire tread is not that low and this guy turned me away and said he couldnt rotate them because they were too low. Hes just looking for an excuse not to work. Have never been turned away from a Walmart for because of this

Quality here is fine. The problem is service. Never seem to be enough people working.Called ahead to make sure I could be seen today and the gentleman said that it should not be an issue at all. When I showed up the guy working said he wouldn’t have enough time to get to me and to come back tomorrow. Service is a bit unorganized and definitely slow. You get what you pay for.

Time stated they opened at 8 but the mechanic didnt show up til 9. I told them what I drove but they listed it wrong on my paperwork (warranty proof of oil change) so I asked could he change it he said it shouldnt matter. They didnt put a notification of next oil change on my windshield like the other walmart do.

Walmart auto is just a huge waste of time.My fiance and i bought a new battery in Nov. 2017, mind you it is one thats only meant to last a year, it was the cheapest one.Yesterday it died on me twice (currently in 03/2018). Now i realize that its probably my fault for getting the cheapest battery, thats not what my issue is with walmart. My issue is that the next day (this morning), i managed to start the car, i took it to valvoline which is the closest to me and had them read the battery. They told and showed me that the reading was half of what it was supposed to be. They told me its under warranty to walmart and to try there first. So i went to walmart and they read the battery also, the lady couldnt get a reading, as the car died as soon as i turned it off, so she told me that she would replace it with whatever they had, most likely a 5 year battery and i could pay the difference. Im totally fine with that so she puts the battery in. I do some grocery shopping, i go to auto to check out because they said i could and here i meet an old guy named Herb. Hes friendly at first, he scans all of my items and then forgets my toilet paper and paper towels, as soon as i point out that he still has to add those as he already pressed total, he got extremely huffy. He adds them and checks me out. I sit and wait and then decide to get a soda, he started to check me out, with an attitude now, when Cie, the woman doing my battery comes in and tells him to not do anything about my battery yet, i dont know what went through his mind but he slammed the soda down in front of me and got all huffy and pissy about it and then ignored me. Im not even done yet, theres more and my mood worsens, the auto manager comes to tell me that they cannot switch out a warranty battery for a different battery, it has to be the same one. I understand that and i would have been fine if they had told me that in the beginning and not wasted my time. He had her take the new battery out of my car and put the old one back in, he tested the battery and suddenly it was reading higher than its supposed to, not only that made all sorts of excuses as to what the problem could have been because according to him its definitely not the battery.I was extremely irritated and hesitant to trust a word any of them said so i left and went to valvoline, only there to discover that the walmart dude put the battery clamps on far too tightly that no one could get it off and one of them cracked, and they checked walmarts excuses and they were incorrect. Regardless of whether it really is the battery or not, I dont care, warranty or not, dead battery or not i am never going back to walmart auto, especially this one. Beware, Herb gets pissy if he has to do more work than he wants and the chick doesnt know what shes talking about and will likely waste your time.

Here goes....I brought my truck in for an Oil Change, saw my friend on break so I parked and talked to him, he clocked back in and I STARTED MY TRUCK, drove in, and let them do what they do...An hour later I come back, my truck just wont start, they wont take responsibility for screwing up my truck.My friend suggested that they were possibly careless with something and knocked into something electrical to prevent the ignition switch from even CLICKING, but he said he couldnt argue with them because Tony, who was in charge, was too stubborn to listen.They wrote PTS on the receipt for ignition trouble, meaning prior to service, if that were the case, I would have had to tow my truck in for an oil change...

Update: After checking with her team, the manager- Jessica was prompt to offer a replacement of the tire.. Thanks to her!!Came here with a flat tire due to 1 nail.. A trainee under the supervision of a pro, drilled a wrong hole by mistake and then only fixed 1 with a plug.. The wrong hole is almost half way thru the tire and they ignored it without fixing it. On being questioned, he said its completely fine and incase of any problem just come back and we will fix it ( as if they will remember it and acknowledge it later). On requesting that this hole has exposed the tyre and i have kids and put us in risk.. He said i have decided not to fix it as it is fine but you can talk to my manager.. Waiting for manager

Waited two hours for them to claim to not be able to remove the lug nuts to repair a tire. The truth is closer to it was closing time and they wanted to go home because they screwed around for the last several hours. Never going there again.
