I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A USPS PACKAGE IN MY APARTMENT. They literally come to my door to put a note and leave, never to answer the phone or redeliver again. Get new management.
Not too busy, got the job done but...A simple hi or at least have a nice day or at the very least a smile from the workers would have been nice.
We live on a pretty packed street and the mailman always comes 8pm or later...bro everyone in the neighborhood is home! Yes the mailbox is blocked! Worst part is its not even my car! Theres nowhere else to park and they need a spot! Come earlier when the street isnt packed or get out and put the mail in the box! You are a delivery SERVICE! Why do I have to go to thenpostboffice to get my mail?! Do your damn job! Stuff like this makes me understand how ups and fedex are taking over. Your customer service sucks, government employees!
Unreliable. Packages that are out for delivery are often sent to Irving, Fort Worth, or further for no reason at all. Then out for delivery again about a week later. The postman will indicate the package was delivered at the mailbox, but whose mailbox? When issues are escalated, expect Angelia will tell to to go look again, or the package was delivered somewhere else and to get it there. Unfortunately, that was the first place I looked. Because, issues. So, no package. Again.
These people are incompetent and clueless. They are not helpful and clearly cannot deliver mail correctly. I have been missing mail and all I am told is we will look into it. It is not the first rodeo for these people. Maybe someone needs to be fired if they have a track record for misdelivering mail. Unacceptable!
Our mail is being delivered to the wrong address. Ive complained several time but simply ignored. Been told a supervisor will call, never happened. Asked to clearly denote our mailbox, which we have done, same results.
As usual this post office refuses to answer phone calls tried 5 times today July 31, 2021 rings and rings then message says answering service is turned off. It looks like this postmaster needs another job instead of being lazy and not doing their jobs like they should. It has been this way for over a decade, It gets really old. Somebody needs to fix this now

Seems to be a common issue.. Says package delivered and it never did. Neighborhood cameras saw the truck pull up in front if my house, but the driver never got out to deliver the package. Shady
The last two times I had to go there (which I normally dread) the service was better than it used to be. I didnt get the half door closed in my face, which is something that actually occurred in the past. Yesterday the line was short and quick because there were 3 experienced workers on duty. They communicated well. They calmly dealt with one rather irate customer ahead of me and she got her questions answered without it causing a snafu. The lobby is clean (unlike the big post office in Dallas for example). The building and parking lot have adequate space and are in good shape. Im also very satisfied with my current mail carrier. I want to like the post office.
Paid to have the lock replaced on mailbox and was told it’s done on Thursday and Saturday and would probably be Saturday. Well it wasn’t done all week and I still have no access to the mailbox.
The worst place ever! Package shows delivered, check my cameras and with neighbors no package was ever delivered, went back to get some answers unfortunately I was told supervisor will get in contact with me, supervisor has not reach out to me yet.
I went in today dreading it a bit after reading some of these other reviews. Happy to say that the service was excellent! They were very busy but kept the line moving quickly. There were 5 people in front of me plus 3 people with the clerks. I was out in under 10 minutes.
It sucks they never update the address fully my mail still goes to other addresses and Im never able to track a package I wish they would help more
They helped me with a weird package mishap. The item was delivered to me while on the phone sorting things out!
Tracking number stated my package was delivered in a parcel locker in my community, and there was no key in my mailbox to open the locker. Had to wait ONE hour on the phone for them to say “we will start an investigation.”Ridiculous.
If I could leave less then one star I would. You will not get your mail and you sure as heck wont get your packages. Theyre very good at losing packages. The amount of packages theyve misplaced of mine are in the double digits at this point. And dont expect a clear answer on anything, youll just get shuffled around until you give up.
Horrible, absolutely horrible. Customer service is down the drain. Make Supervisor on duty today is horrible. Got a message saving my package was held at loose office per my request when I did not request it to be held, get to post office to pick it up they advised they don’t know where the package is and can’t guarantee anything. Then said my carrier assumed I move when I haven’t moved in two years and said sorry she was being proactive when no one asked her to be. I wouldn’t recommended these people and their helpless acts. It’s truly a waste of employees
I’ve lived at the same address for 3 years now all a sudden my mail is lost meanwhile I’m very detailed with writing out my full address. It’s correct on the app but they’re saying they don’t have the correct address. I get things from all over the world but they can’t deliver on time or to the right place. Unless you’re going to go to the location there’s no way to communicate with them either

I understand that with the pandemic, there will be some delays or issues, but this is not the first time Ive had issues with our mail. Even before covid, weve received mail belonging to our neighbors or even from streets over, which baffles me. Ive also encountered some issues with other deliveries.Just tonight, I was expecting an important package which was promised today through Amazon and USPS. Ive been home ALL DAY, and at 7:53pm, I get a notification from Amazon that USPS tried to deliver my package but my driveway or front door was blocked and they were unable to deliver.My porch light is on and there is literally NOTHING blocking my door/mailbox/driveway. Whoever was in charge of my package decided it would be easier to lie rather than owning up to the fact that they would be late with the delivery. Now I must unnecessarily wait until Monday since somebody decided not to finish out their work for the day.Late packages happen, but lying about it is absolutely unacceptable.
I went last week to buy a book of stamps. The lady who waited on me was very nice and friendly. However there was another lady their who yelled at me in the line and was very ride. I guess I wasnt moving in the line fast enough for her. I didnt deserve to be yelled at in the line. I usually never have problems like that there, usually everyyis nice. Ill just have to order my stamps online.
My mail has been lost 4 times in the past year. To be clear, the tracking info confirms that the mail arrives at the Lewisville P.O., and THEN is lost. Never had this problem with any other post office before.
I have always been given great service. The postal service employees have a tough job & mail can get lost and even destroyed in truck, train & airplane accidents. So please people be kind to our postal workers! Thank you Lewisville USPS I appreciate you.

This place is a joke in the past 6 months alone I have had to track down at least 10 packages, all of them addressed correctly and now once again on the phone with main office because it said AGAIN could not deliver to my address! I dont understand how they stay open. Always rude and always act like you are a bother to them.

Unlike the rude male postal workers in Lake Dallas post office, everyone who works here have been very polite and professional during my visit. I was very impressed with the way they were handling customers in line. I was about seventh in line to drop off some prepaid packages, when a postal worker was checking every customer for the reason for their visit so they can accommodate them efficiently. I ended up not waiting in line because the postal worker opened up a temporary counter for package drop-off only and issued me the receipts as well.
Honestly, all these poor reviews just have me rolling my eyes, like.....millennials have no clue. People need to lighten up. Things don’t always go smoothly anywhere, least of all in a place that deals with so many details and so many hands....ya know? Just relax y’all. I think this location is doing a fine job considering the nature of the business. Keep up the good work!
Use to have an Asian mailman deliver my mail and everything was great. Recently he was switched with a tall African American man whom I think might be stealing my mail... cant contact anyone for help...

Put a return package in the mail on March 28. Went to check on the tracking and it said it never got picked up. Asked the postman about it today and he said, “Welp it must not of gotten scanned.”The woman who used to do the route (highland village-Clearwater estates) was great but once this guy took over, we’ve l had a multitude of problems. The latest one being this nonsense. Now I’m out 100 bucks, I don’t have the product I was trying to return and this guy has no answer other than “Welp it must not of gotten scanned”I’ve heard rumors of USPS closing down amid all that’s going on and we’d probably be better with out it. Will only use UPS in the future because apparently scanning a package is just too much for the mailman to handle
They sent my package back twice without giving me even just a day to come claim it.Went there the 2nd time and not only was the man rude but the woman pretended to be nice claiming that she would follow up on the package only to never do so.That was weeks ago.I still havent heard from her..thanks to them and Victoria Secret slowness for sending my items without the full address twice even after I called them about it.A lot of incompetency in this world its ridiculous

I used to live in Flower Mound. Their post office is very understaffed with long lines any time and any day. Lewisville post office is a welcome surprise. Clerks are knowledgeable about foreign postage, very helpful and the wait is never more than a couple of minutes, if any at all.
Typical rude Postal employees, I dealt with a girl named Bre she was specifically rude about explaining rates that she didnt even explain correctly.
Why are they stealing my mail. I have had so many gifts and money magically never make it. I’ve taken it to their managers and they laugh at me. Today I have a TRACKED package that says delivered and again.....not here. I’m tired of this!!! I have to tell people not to send me anything g important in the mail anymore.
I ended missing a delivery that required a signature, I called the post office to see what I could do and the lady who answered the phone was so kind and friendly. She worked with me to make sure I could receive my package. the driver was great also, very polite. Keep up the great work!
This particular location is a strong argument for privatizing the Postal Service (I use the term service loosely). I have two packages that Im waiting on, both say arrived at postal location as of Monday, March 6 at 4 AM. No updates since then. How long does it take to put packages on a truck and deliver them? Of course when I call, no one answers. On one other occasion, I had a package marked delivered that didnt get to me. I asked our mail carrier, who could only say I dont know what to tell you. It wasnt until after I called the 800 number, and jumped through hoops to talk to a human being, that I FINALLY got a call back from this office, and guess what, they told me your package was delivered. It was only until after my neighbor brought my package up to me that I received it. A package shouldnt count as delivered if its delivered to the wrong place.I LOATHE when I ask for something to be shipped Express, and the shipping company (UPS or FedEx) has initial responsibility for the delivery, but leaves final responsibility to USPS. Kind of defeats the purpose of using UPS or FedEx.I dont think that Customer Service is the priority here at this office. If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would. These people are lazy, rude, you know, your typical federal employee.
My carrier on more than one occasion has marked my package as delivered when in fact it was not. Today she delivered it to the wrong address when I spoke with a supervisor he told me that she would go pick my package back up and she would deliver it to me within the hour. I have been waiting for 11/2 hours and she is still not here. When I called back to the post office the secretary informed me the carrier would deliver after she finished what she was doing. The carrier has also failed to pick up my mail numerous times!!
Everytime I go here nothing works out. Cant pick-up a package at quick pick-up because no one is working it. They tell you that after youve waited at the side door 10 minutes. And say, You have to get in line. Thats why theres the side door!Even the machine doesnt work properly. Press the button 5 times, it recognizes once - that you pressed the number above.Also machine shows other stamps can be bought there, but only sold the printed ones.USPS loses at least one package/yr of mine. I dont ship through them anymore, so now its a package I should receiving but dont.Viva FedEx.
Just went to get my passport and I cant tell you how awesome and easy Kimberley made it. She made sure my fiancé and I understood the whole passport process and even told me how to change my name for free after we get married. I highly recommend making an appointment at this Post Office for your passport! Best experience I have ever had!

I came in to ship a very small box 10 min till close. I wait in line just like the couple of people were doing in front of me. When it gets to be my turn the lady says rudely “You can’t ship this like this, you gonna have to cover that up. Someone’s gonna think somethin else in there.” Despite her lack of the English language I said excuse me? She said “You gotta cover that up” I said “with what?” It was a white sticker already on the box I used to write the recipients address on. She then proceeds to print out several blank white stickers and with out asking me slaps them on my box, not neatly completely covering up the recipients address. She then looks at me when she’s done and says “what’s the zip code, you can re write the address later.” I told her the zip code. I told her how I wanted it to be shipped and she rang me up. It came time for me to pay so I swipe my card. She then says “I need you to write the address” I said yes I am aware of that I will re-write it. Am I writing or am I paying? Which one because I thought I was paying. She then says very rudely “I need the address to put in the computer” I tell her the address then she says “swipe your card” After I pay she says “You can re-write the address and drop it in the box out there.” Completely dismisses me. They are getting ready to close the gate and there is a man standing by it. By now I’m done with her. I don’t know if she was cranky because they were closing or what I don’t know maybe she needed some coffee but she did not need to act like that. It was completely unprofessional and it was embarrassing. I will not be coming back to this post office ever. I’ve never been told to cover up anything on not one box I have ever shipped in my entire life. This lady had issues. If you do not like your job do yourself and everyone else a favor and quit k boo?
So first of all we know it is a hassle calling in to the post office ..it can be over welming ..not today I talked to the most amazing employee her name is Carrie all I can say is wow!!!! She went above and beyond and helped with my package ..she could of brushed me off but she went and found out information that gave me peace of mind ..just wonderful customer service ..thanks Carrie for your help and you get 5 stars for being delight full .Keep up the wonderful job😁
They scanned a parcel into their facility, but tracking shows that it has not been scanned out. I confirmed with a friend they have not received their package yet. Ive created a case with consumer affairs, but they have not been successful with getting information from this lewisville location. Ive also tried calling this post office directly daily for the last week and no luck. They dont answer and after a couple of minutes of ringing the line disconnects.
Very rude and unprofessional staff made something that is so simple to do very difficult because theyre lazy and dont want to help. I came in needing a key for my mailbox and because i didnt have a hard copy of my lease and rarely have the time to be able to go to a library and print it they basically said sorry you dont get your mail then. I mean i understand policy and such but they were so rude about it.
Best post office ever! Ive always been treated kindly and offered assistance whenever possible. Its a very busy office so the lines are usually long, but certainly not their fault! And if you have your items ready, like they should be, the line goes fast!
Great service!! Went in missing package deal clerk immediately handed to a supervisor who did a tracking and spoke to the carrier whom had had a sub deliver the day before. Regular volunteered to change route to come apart is in finding the missing key to obtain said package. Regular and supervisor even chased me in the parking lot to make sure they had my correct information.

Never had any major issues here. Only complaint would be the postage machine is always down at the wrong time. I would have to travel to a different Post Office to print a label during closed hours.
Long lines. Unhelpful staff. Typical. Its really sad considering our tax money goes to fund it.I wait in line for 25 mins only to be told I needed to us thick black marker to write the address on the package despite the fact they will be printing a shipping label anyway. I point that out and am told tough, thats the way it is. Go down the street to UPS and am in and out in less than 2 minutes. And I didnt need to write the address with thick black marker! Just needed to tell it to them so they could print off the shipping label.
If I could give a zero review I would. We have no Saturday service where we live in Lewisville. How do we know weve put outgoing mail in our mailbox and its never picked up. Were lucky to get weekly service.
My experience is terrible every time I come. They are rude to the customers and their co-workers.I had a counter person yell out “you” to get me to come to the counter. It was disrespectful and I hope my future packages do not end up here. I never want to step foot in this place again.

2 Days before Christmas, I called looking for my package and spoke to Kerry. She was very pleasant and was able to find the package and explain why it got re-routed to Lewisville. Total time on the call... 3 minutes. :-)For a stressful time of the year, was nice to get a quick response.

These people work non stop to answer every question. Each customer is the center of attention for the teller. I honestly go in about 4 times a week and never wait more than 10 minutes.

I went to pickup my package but a guy who was helping me out told me that it was on delivery truck so I came back home and waited but I ended up not getting it. More over, this is the second time that this had happened.
Ok this is getting out of hand...they never deliver my package even when my husband is home all day!I just get a notification online that there was an attempted delivery but no notice at my door! Hiw do you attempt to deliver an item if you did not even come upstairs ... so I guess the mail man just hates my door and is like well not today...Especially during this weekend when they had to deliver my sons med and I was home but they claimed no one is home. ..this is a special med and I can not just go to the store to purchase...they sick big time!I just moved here and it can not be every timeThis is more than a coincidence ...this is intensional and very unprofessional

The customer service is HORRIBLE! Our mailbox was broken into on Thur. I called them on Thur to tell them that our box was broken into & was told by (Kerry) that someone would be out tomorrow (Fri) to fix it. We waited on Friday till about 3pm to call back to see why no one had been out & if they (Kerry) knew what time it would be. I was then told from (Kerry) that she forgot to give the message to maintenance who handles the box repairs. 8/ I was then told that since its Friday and after 3pm that no one would be out till Mon since they dont work on the weekends. Which brings me to now (Mon) after 4pm and no one has shown up. I decided to go and check the mail. I then see a bright white & red sticker on our box. Keep in mind that our box is set in with about 10 others. So, not happy at all that 1 sticker was placed on our box kinda showing (1.) the box had obviously been broken into. & (2.) singling us out. Not only that but, I was told that when maintenance came out that they would come to the door and give us the 2 new keys for the mailbox. All, he did besides putting a sticker on the box was use pliers or something to bend the door back where it will now close. This however is not acceptable! The corner still sticks out and someone can easily put the finger tips in there and just pry the box back open. Now, here I am again waiting till tomorrow when they are supposed to get back to me yet again and to tell me why the sticker was added, The door was not replaced and no new lock. This has been a huge runaround and complete BS!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We never receive our mail from who must be the laziest postman ever. We have put in multiple complaints with multiple people, and after signing up for informed delivery, we are seeing our mail being marked as undeliverable WHEN THEY DONT EVEN TRY. We have asked questions trying to fix the problem, and never receive an answer. I receive bills from the city of Lewisville itself WEEKS after the bills are due, and Im lucky if I get even junk mail once a week. The post office employees are deplorable, to say the least. Everyone is rude, and not one of them is concerned with the issues of anyone that goes to them with a problem. Do yourself a favor and send all your mail to someone elses house, IN A DIFFERENT CITY. WORST POST OFFICE EVER.
I mailed 60 invitations to various destinations, some locally some out of state. HALF OF THE INVITATIONS were never received...they lost half of my very expensive invitations...I called to complain but no one answers the phone! Very frustrating !Horrible service!!!

I have had enough of the rudeness with Kerry at this post office. I’m sorry that because you have to actually WORK during the holiday season does not give you the right to be so rude. I have a PO box and went to check it Saturday after only a week due to surgery and they left me a note for overflow. Well I went to collect the mail today and had to “wait to be spoken to” or reprimanded with a write-up in other words because I could not get to the box in a week and they had to work to get my mail and bring it to me. Well guess what lazy Kerry, I pay you to do a job you do not pay me!! I will be writing The Postal Regulatory Commission about your pleasant personality! I would have understood if my box was constantly overflowing but I don’t not your disrespect with such a small incident.
They are always courteous and thorough, line is long sometimes but what do you expect with only 2 lines opened.
I have lived in many places and have never had to constantly worry about my post office until I moved to Lewisville. This location just cant get it right. Rather its actually delivering mail today orclaiming they came to the door to deliver packages when they didnt and then, promptly throwing it into a black hole, its a disaster. They short cut everything and when you go up there to figure out what is going on, they are so rude and the answer is always, its your responsibility to call and figure out where our package is. When given the choice I will pay extra to have it shipped via UPS or FedEx so that I dont have to deal with the run around.

They kept resending my order back to sender without atleast giving me just 1 day to come get it.The tracking is misleading which made me head there only to find the package already gone and even they couldn’t tell me where exactly it was.There was also no tracking history about it being in any other location.It was also Victoria’s Secret fault for not putting down my full address twice even after warning them but the whole situation is truly annoying

I called from Florida about an express mail that did not arrive in time, really important documents, the lady on the phone was lovely. Most post offices are terrible in person, lines are nightmares and stuff like that, but their personnel was awesome.
I was super nervous about using this location after reading all of the...not so stellar reviews. But my babies needed passports and Flower Mound USPS was booked for months. The Lewisville location was able to get me in about a month and a half sooner! I called ahead of time and they gave me great instructions on everything that would be needed. If you have ever dealt with government entities then you know they love them some specifics. =) My husband and I showed up with our children at the appointed time and got right in. I cannot remember her name but she was super sweet and walked us through the whole process. We were out of there in less than 20 minutes. Passports arrived in only 3 weeks. Thank you Lewisville USPS, now my babies (ages 11&14) get to travel out of country for the first time and you made the process less stressful!

HORRIBLE. We have had SO many problems with this post office. Our mail was missing for over a month when we first moved in, and it is yet to be retrieved. We dealt with their office over and over again where we were promised calls back daily (never got one). Today I have been trying to find out where a package of mine is. The first time I called, the lady said she had no information and that the carrier would call me before the end of the day. I called for over an hour starting at 4:00 pm and had a busy signal. I finally got a hold of someone (Carrie) before they closed. My first call with her, I wasnt able to get a word in and was hung up on. I called back and spoke with Carrie again asking for a supervisor. He/She was of course busy, but she would be able to take a message. I began asking her the same question about delivery of my package and why the slip I received said I could retrieve it the next day at 8:30 PM (their office closes at 5:30 PM). I again was not able to finish a sentence and was called white trash before being hung up on for a second time. These are just two of the MANY problems we have had with this post office and the lack of professionalism. We have already filed a complaint with the USPS for this location. Hopefully things pick up.

Last time I went the guy Lynn was sleeping in the back, took him 5 mins to come out and looked like he was sleeping while helping me! Dont even get me started on the old lady there, holy cow! The people on here that wrote a good review I have to believe are employees! All the people I know that go to this location hate it here so its very hard for me to believe someone would go out of there way to give a good review.. and both of then at the same time ??? wow

Literally ignored on the phone. Rude and snappy when asked a question and didnt let me finish talking before she put me on hold. I called them because my package has been out for delivery from their facility for 3 days.... I live probably 10 minutes from their facility and it is still pending. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I might as well just go up there and pick it up - probably faster. But from the other reviews of their customer service in-office, I dont know that Id want to! haha (.....still on hold 5 minutes later).
Sent a certified letter 12/08/2016. Lake Dallas to a Lewisville P.O. BOX... Vacant. Returned to me 12/10/2016. Still waiting!!! Called: 12/20, 12/21, 12/23, 12/29, 1/11. NO answer!!! EVER!!!

Terrible!! I rang bell to speak to someone and waited along with two others for 1/2 hour and noone answered. One lady, Lucy, at desk helping deliveries. I only had question. Here it is:My address was 355 E. Vista Ridge Mall Dr., #4114, Lewisville, TX 75067. I got a private p.o.box and asked you to forward to:1079 W. I called to discuss a lost piece of mail I sent certified, and the lady on the phone (Carrie or Teressa) said I called the wrong location in a very rude manor and said she doesnt know whats going on at other locations. So I said So you guys dont communicate at all?, and she hung up on me.
Perpetually understaffed. Employees were fairly friendly but carriers dont ReDeliver for you contrary to what the little slip they leave in your mailbox says.

The main lady who answers telephone at lewisville post office is rude, disrespectful and clearly has no clear ear in listening and LOVESSSS to talk over customers. You guys lose my packages yet have an attitude when you say hello and intro your stupid post office company name. If you dont want to be a work then GO HOME!!! No wonder you guys got 1.8 stars. Cause you suck and evil people go to hell cause im pretty sure you wont be sincere for forgiveness on judgement day cause you CONTINUE TO TREAT PEOPLE IN A BAD MANNER ALL YOUR LIFE KNOWING IT WAS WRONG BUT JUST DIDNT CARE TO MAKE AN EFFORT TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER KNOWING LIFE IS TEMPORARY. lol ignorance. Worst service ever. Go to the one in Coppel. They have great customer service and dont screw things up in Coppel. The staff is RUUUUDE at the Lewisville location.
I am so blown away at the unprofessionalism that is happening here. The one person that I can expect to be professional isnt The supervisor!!!!!! I came in to pick up mail and she didnt say hi can I help you, it was yes??? Then I said to her that one of her employees said if I show my ID to the person behind the desk, I can pick up my husbands mail too, as long as address is the same. I did so one day and it worked! the next week I asked the same and the SUPERVISOR said no you cant do that, who told you that, I AM THEIR SUPERVISOR!!!!!! of course I didnt give names. But GET ON THE SAME PAGE PEOPLE. your supervisor skills are horrible then if I was told two different things. She came off as I did something wrong. And she was rude to my husband. I called him in from the car to say hey you gotta come get your mail, she wont let me get it. the supervisor told him he needs to hold on and wait. he saidIm sorry Im with her..my wife. she said still wait. Less than 2 seconds later she asks, I need your ID. I assumed she was talking to me and handed it over. She looks and says no I need his. Didnt you just dismiss my husband seconds ago?? At this point we were floored. she was so rude. then she hands ME something to sign saying you have certified mail. I sign and she hands me the mail that is addressed to my husband...wait! I thought you said I cant get his mail yet here is a certified letter addressed to him. she says but your name is on it. my name was hand written at the top.?? WTH is going on here! When I go back up there service better be great. Ms. SUPERVISOR, i will be speaking to your supervisor next!!!!! I, nor any other customer works for you! And i feel sorry for the employees that do
