I arrived 5 hrs before my appointment to load, it took 2 hours since I registered and left loaded, the guard with a negative attitude but the lady from the office was very friendly, BEFORE ARRIVING I CALLED ON THE PHONE AND ASKED ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT AND THE LADY TOLD ME THAT MY CARGO WAS ALREADY READY THAT I WAS NOT WAITING SO LONG FOR MY APPOINTMENT THAT I WAS RUNNING TO CARGO HAHAHAHA I CANT COMPLAIN
Great work from security guards trying to get drivers out as soon as possible out in the road.
Yard driver pulling trlrs forward w/o releasing brakes. Not even hooking up red airline.so if you have flat spots on your tires you know why
If I could give a negative star rating I would. The employees are rude and extremely inconsiderate. There is absolutely nothing about professional about this company. They dont care and dont mind if your needs are not met. This place is surely not going to be around for future purposes.
Nice desk people but took forever
Delivered here. Started unloading about 30 minutes before appointment as soon as I hit the dock. Unloaded at appointment. Receiving clerk not very friendly, but quick service. Thanks.

ZERO STARS: Questionable HR and Management practices. Favoritism and retaliation seems to be the norm which leads to their high turnover rate. BEWARE of this employer.
Guards can’t multitask, one in particular seem liked she didn’t want to be at work. The ladies had their tv blasting loud while watching tv and prolonging check in. Consistently saying “huh” and “I can’t hear you”Well if you cut the tv off and work as you are suppose to then maybe you could hear.Almost every person I seen her interact with she had an attitude. She is not welcoming at all. She tries too hard to act like a man.
Very slow to check in, slide axles before entering yard. Fill out Covid19 form, give your paperwork to guard and wait for them to tell you your 12 hours to early/late before appointment time. Or if all goes well then your assigned a spot to drop or dock at a door. Careful on this property lots of cracks and holes due to recent rains some are being fixed. Not a good place to pick up empty trailers, must call guard shack to verify status on trailers.
Delivery apt was for 07:15- out at 09:45. Not perfect, but we can deal with that.

The 1st place I see that takes longer to check in and out then unloading.. stupid traffic control.. they need to have at least 2 ppl at the gate n 2 the office.
It is very nice place and good customer service. I have appointment at 12:30 and they unloaded before 9:00am. Thanks guys.
There is not fair here, avoid to deliverey or get loaded here, I had 10 am app and I got there 10:28 am and there was 7 truck ahead of me, got to the guardshack 10:51 am and they told me to reschedule the load, rude people

......well first and far most I would like to make a small suggestion to this company. If youre going through a very bad transitional period YOU SHOULD NOT BE HIRING DURING THAT PROCESS!!!I actually was hired yesterday to start the 4am shift this morning through Randstad...which Im going to do a follow up review with them.The building is not as easy to locate. I was told that it was off 35 and 121 near my previous job and it was not (Randstad staffer fault). However, still arrived in time to meet with temp staffer (which she did not introduce herself...just instructed us to sign in), but an APL employee Angie introduced herself. Now we were told going to the other end of the building and wait for other new employees to arrive (which they apparently didnt...good for them). As well, to talk with the temp staffer about the job, I guess expectations, paperwork, and what not. That didnt happen either.As we entered the building Angie informed us that she actually works the night shift, but was there thus morning to assist the 1st he to bring so far behind on completing orders. With the company going through a transitioning period she asked that we so bare with them. Which can be understood!Now, upon arriving into the break room we encountered a conversation where there was tension among some lead workers...which was a clear indication that this morning was going to be rough. So the shift was beginning and the 2 new folks (my sister-n-law and myself) were told not to wait on the temp agency staffer rather go ahead and cone into the warehouse to get started working. As we waited to be placed...we overheard the night sup who was assisting stated that oh this is going to be bad...this is not going to be good. We were the last to be placed with an individual who in so many words (because they had about a 10 minute conversation in Spanish and though Im not fluent in the language...I know some words/phrases) didnt want to train us or want our help! The male lead (cant remember his name) who assigned us to this worker ended up showing us how to make a part for the display. Then he and the female worker departed from the area in separate directions. My sister and I had no clue as to where to get the needed material from...the other two Hispanic workers did not say a word to us. So, not knowing what to do I waited. The male lead came by and rather rudely stated that he showed me what to do...now I need to get to work. I informed him that there werent any more if the proper material and he pointed me to a pallet saying yes it is. Bare in mind, the material was similar to what he wanted us to do, but it was not the same pieces that was currently being used...so we basically was doing the wrong work! The female worker arrived back to the work area still not communicating with us as to what to do correctly or how things should be done. After another 15 minutes or so she asked for our help.Again not showing us what to do she stated that we need to work fast. When asking her what to do she displayed hesitation and irritation. If a mistake was made or something was not done in the manner that she wanted it done...she would say no! And corrected the mistake in a nasty manner. We pretty much just did what we could by watching the other two employees for the work was not difficult...we just didnt know what was what! How to construct the displays or where to get more material. The task was to build display boxes for pop tarts. The initial female kept referencing for us to speed up. We were completing our first display while the other two were about half way on there 2nd.I mean this was not a good look for new employees!!As a result we ending up leaving only after about an hour of this dilemma. After signing out to leave were approach by a female asking were we leaving and why? I did not stop to converse with her for one I had no clue to who she was. My sister spoke with her (she didnt state who she was) but she said that we should have came to her. LADY WE DONT/DIDNT KNOW WHO YOU WERE.Things need to be handled better!!
Very lazy and rude staff. They are disorganized and like to waste drivers time.
They are a typical Kelloggs facility. Maybe your load is ready, maybe its not. No parking permitted on their lot, but a couple of trucks can park on the adjacent property. Treat it nice or they will say no more parking. There is a grocery store about 1.5 mi away that will permit parking. Staff there is very friendly. Treat their lot well so that we remain welcome.
Man this is absolute crap. This company HAS to do better with unloading and getting drivers out ASAP. Been here since 10:45 am and its now 1:30 pm and Im still getting unloaded. It only took 30 mins to load me. And now I am about to miss out on my next pick up. If youre a driver trying to get unloaded here, go to sleep when you dock.
I arrived on time at my apt time and took me check in about 33 a very very long line my apmt was 10 :00 and now it’s 1:51 pm I dnt think they unload my trailer half way, it’s this the worst company I ever made delivery to

Zero stars ! ZERO.. ... I would NOT put even one star but had to to post this.....They damaged my brand new trailer floor and even said they did not do it when I could plainly see part of my trailer floor on their dock ! I had a go around getting them to pay for the damage.. If You do not have to go to this place DO NOT ! Plus the gate check in and out is a nightmare ! RUN !! watch your back at this place ! and be ready to wait several hours too !
