I havent worn a watch in years, however, this week I came to need a watch. The battery had died in my old watch. A previous review had shared that they had replaced his watch battery quickly. So I took my watch in. While I was waiting for my watch battery I wandered around looking at the jewelry. I found some unique pieces that interested me. I didnt have time to further explore but, I will likely be back to check out more of what this store has to offer. Both gentlemen working at the store were helpful and courteous. So far, a great place to do business!

Ripped off. I showed up with a platinum beaded white gold chain. I just wanted to have a lobster claw clasp put on, so i paid for them to change it out. They didnt give my old clasp back, and took any marks off my chain that tells what its made off. They handed me my chain and it said 18k, I told the boy, I didnt have 18k, I had a platinum chain. He said his father said that was my necklace. I left the store when he went to help another women. So I thought well I will try it out. I wore it a couple of weeks and it started looking really dingy. So I went to clean it and it got worse. The necklace wasnt even gold!!! So I paid $90.00 for them to give me a fake necklace, and the soldering job looks so bad a child could have done it. Its not even a complete circle on the o ring that is suppose to hold the clasp on!!!

They were able to replace my watch battery while I waited. I was told by 3 other places that they could not replace the battery due to my watch being so big. Thanks!

Excellent service and simply put a miracle worker!! Was told for years my wifes tile set wedding band couldnt be resized without falling apart but Kyle was able to bring it up one full size in one day! And his prices are in line with what youd expect, hes fair and not trying to rip anyone off so I highly recommend him and will be taking my business solely to him and his sons.

We came in at closing time to see if we could get some repairs done on a few watches. Kyle was very nice, professional and stayed later than usual to help us out. Kyle is very reasonable on repairs as well.

I honestly have no idea how they are still in business. I came here 3 years ago trying to sell a watch I had already had appraised at $800 and they offered $20. Today, I came in by accident (was trying to go to another shop nearby) but decided to have them value my scrap metal anyways. Nothing too crazy, just needed some extra spending money. They valued it at $46 and I walked out the door because I had done research on the value of sterling at that time. Went down the street and got twice that. They are low ballers and will rip you off given the chance. Avoid this place like the plague. Oh, and if you call the owner out on his lowballing be ready to be cussed out and called poor. Lol great business, Kyle.

Took my wife’s engagement/wedding ring here for repair after reading many reviews on where to get the best service. Her ring is platinum and has cracked/broken several times & we got it repaired at the big chains. Big mistake. Took several weeks and they did a terrible job. Wish we went to Kyle the first time. Kyle made it look like new at a fair price and with next day turnaround. Repairs done expertly in house. Could not be happier. Go here you won’t be disappointed.

This is a great little shop. I took a ring in to be resized and white gold dipped and Kyle did such an incredible job. The ring is an heirloom at this point and it looks even more beautiful now than before. I highly recommend this shop and this service. 10/10

Had a ring resized and it was fast, well done and reasonable pricing. Also Kyle redid the ring in a way it looked brand new (no scratches, etc). For any jewelry repair needs I would recommend Kyle’s shop very highly.

Please read: this store does IN-HOUSE jewelry repair. Note the in-house. The vast majority of stores will send repairs off-site, and then charge you double or more. Kyle is extremely friendly and his turnaround super fast. My wifes wedding ring was broken in two. He had it ready the next day, and for an unbeatable price. Highly recommend! And, hes right behind Angelinas, so another excuse for a margarita ;)

Just recently purchased a diamond pendant from here. Love it! High quality diamond at a wonderful price! He put the diamond in a pendant and didnt charge us for his work. Kyle was very nice and friendly. We walked in 5 min to closing and he didnt rush us out the door. He took his time finding us the perfect pendant. We will be doing all of our jewerly shopping here for now on and have already recommended him to some friends.

I had a 100 yr old pocket watch that belonged to my grandfather. I had been told that it could not be repaired by two jewelers years ago. Kyle kept it for a few days and when I went back he said its fixed. Could not believe what I was hearing. Its been a week and the watch works great. As far as I am concerned he is by far the very best jeweler/watch repair. His prices are fair and reasonable.

Amazing service, I took my watch to get the broken glass repaired and put it new battery. The owner is very polite and had my watch ready in 3 days. Also he fixed the lock at not extra charge. The price is very reasonable. I looked into many stores until I found Kyles.

Wish my experience was like others here. Brought my Casio watch in for battery replacement (the data bank type). Battery was low but had not yet showed Batt and was functioning perfectly ) only the light was getting low). Waited while my watch was opened and then returned to me completely blank. He said all his batteries came from Switzerland and I must have a problem with my watch. My watch was working fine until he laid his hands on it, no apology or anything. When I returned home I opened watch and found he had bent the battery clip badly and didnt even return the old (working) battery. I highly recommend this business if you want your things destroyed and broken. Otherwise stay clear.

I can’t believe this place has any good reviews. This guy is a jerk. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day but he was incredibly rude. I went in to get a sterling silver chain lengthened. He tried to replace it with a rhodium plated box chain that didn’t match even slightly. He told me no one could add length to a sterling chain which is ridiculous. Go to Duffy’s. I’ve had sterling silver chains altered there to a custom length without any issue.

After 19 years the band on my wifes engagement ring cracked. Because it was so valuable to me and I didnt want to have it shipped off somewhere, I looked for a local jeweler with the skills to repair it in-house. I was so lucky to have found Kyle.He was able to repair the ring in-house and let me watch the entire process through a large window.He learned to be a jeweler from his father. He is a Christian from Damascus Syria and comes from a family of jewelers. It was fun to watch him work. He is a true craftsman!After the repair he polished the ring so it looked brand-new. Now I need to have him polish my wedding band. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I have taken a ring and a watch to Kyles Jewelry in Lewisville for repair and have been very happy. He saved me a lot of $$ on repairing the crystal on a watch after a jewelry store in Dallas quoted hundreds of dollars to repair, Kyles did it for less than $100, and the crystal looks great. I would never hesitate to take jewelry here for repair ... plus he has a lot of beautiful, tempting jewelry in store to choose from.

I went there to get my fiances wedding band ring repaired because it had a lot of scratches on it and he did it the same day, it was very nice like new. I was pleased when he said it cost $35 to fix it plus tax was like $3or $4 more but its worth it. I gave him a 4 star because he did forget to clean the inside the ring which had small black spots but when I got it I scratched it off and it was gone. Overall, I would recommend this repair store to anyone here in Lewisville.

Came in for a watch battery replacement. He did it so fast.

I had an allergic reaction to a chemical I was using in my house and my hands swelled and my very costly engagement ring was stuck on my finger. He cut it off expertly and saved me thousands by going to him instead of the emergency ring. And it cost me less than 35 bucks. Will also bring it back to be repaired and resized once the swelling goes down in a few weeks. Thanks so much!
