Got a custom made ring 3 years ago and it still holds up! Great customer service and you can’t beat their prices. The couple that run the shop are very nice and honest, they assured me if I ever needed a resizing or polish on my ring that they would do it for free. I just went again yesterday to get my girlfriend a 1 year anniversary ring as-well as polish my ring. They even remembered me from 3 years ago!

This place is absolutely AMAZING and my husband and I will not be going to any other jeweler from now on!! It is ran by a sweet couple from Cambodia and they have been doing jewelery repair since they were very young and know exactly what they are talking about. I also bought a sterling silver opal ring that anywhere you go is worth $175 and they only charged me $85. They dont mark up their jewelery, dont try to sell you and try to push you to buy anything which I really appreciate it. I HATE when you walk in somewhere and they push and push to try to make you buy something!! But I recommend this place to ANYONE and wont be going back anywhere else!

We had such a good experience here. We got a ring resized and the price was great, the quality of the work was excellent, and it was quick and easy. We had some stress about leaving an engagement ring with someone but they really did such a good job that if we ever need anything jewelry related we will be back again.

I choose this location after doing a bit of research to see if this was a well reviewed decent jewelry repair shop. I was immediately greeted by the jeweler working inside the store. I asked a few questions about the type of repair work he does and if he works on amulets. He asked me to wait a second while he got a pair of jewelry glasses. He immediately recognized the amulet and explained that there would not be a appropriate repair for the piece of jewelry. After a few more items discussed he seemed very knowledgeable and worth a second visit should I need additional help with the other pieces that I have.

David and his wife will work miracles on your Jewelry. My husband goes to them for ring re sizing, watch straps and they’ve even taken a high school ring and added gold initials and have made it a one of a kind work of art! You will be blown away by their service and taken away by the beauty of what David can do! Trust me they will not let you down!!

If you are African-American please do not patronize this business. My son and I walked in looking to have links removed from our watches. The manager/owner was at the counter and his wife was also out in the front. He looked up at us, made eye contact and then turned to go sit down beside his wife. They carried on a conversation and didnt address us at all for the five minutes that we stood there waiting to be helped.

Visited here today after going somewhere before (which I never returned to later) and David was awesome! He dipped a ring for my wife for her birthday and got it back to 30 min later. Other places would take days or be extra for returning the same day. Very affordable and bad very kind guy. It was something honest about him that made me want to do business with him. Reminds me of an older me. He was very knowledgeable in his craft and does same day work. This guy is incredible. Anyway, I highly recommend him and his business and I’ll definitely be going back. 5 stars!!!

Do you wanna talk about the store with prompt service excellent to include the outstanding customer service. I came in today wanting a ring sized to include adding design to give the main character. He quickly said to me and you can make this happen without hesitation and said give him about an hour. Is notified that the work was completed examine the ring to my amazement with the addition of the design of the ring in the also My wife had a necklace that needed A charm repair that was damaged. She had a serious concern as though her necklace charm that was severely damaged and could ni be repaired. He assured her multiple times that the necklace will be fine and that he will do whatever it takes to fix it and make it right. Truly appreciated his determination and his customer service and ensuring my wife but the necklace will be fixed. As for me the artwork that I requested he did on my ring at no additional cost really bought brought the jewelry piece together and now I am wearing this ring as a wedding band with the resizing and the artwork this piece of jewelry has a cinnamon or value to myself . He made it happen to where I can show off this piece of jewelry proudly and it’s a sentimental symbol of my relationship with my wife and my family. I highly recommend this jeweler, matter of fact his work is so good and fast we received our jewelry within an hour when he said it would take an hour I would definitely come back to him for any other jewelry needs that I may have in the future.

Very professional, caring and great quality work. He charged us under a hundred dollars while other jewelers were charging us over 200. He also did the work in One hour. Same day service. We took my Mother-in-laws ring to get it resized to fit my wife’s finger. The ring is over 50 years old. My Mother-in-law passed away in 2009. David educated us in the craftsmanship of the ring. Advised us it was hand crafted, special meaning because of the type of stone, and very hard to duplicate in modern time. You could see the emotion/ passion as he was educating us about the craftsmanship. David has been repairing jewelry since the age of seven. Thought by his Grandfather among others. David did an excellent job in resizing the ring and fixing it. I highly recommend him. He brought tears of joy to my wife. My wife wanted the ring as a Mother’s Day gift to later pass to one of our daughters.

Incredible work in resizing my class ring. David had to increase my ring by two sizes. I was expecting just a slug placed in the bottom of the ring. Instead, David was able to match the textures of the ring perfectly. The ring looks absolutely perfect (see the picture). David is an artist!

This place is amazing. Had to get my ring fixed/filled in the bad area. I went to another local jewelry repair shop and they said itll be $200+. So my husband and I searched more and found this place in the mall. Went in, not expecting to get it repaired in just 1.5 hours. The owner was super friendly and even polished my rings for free. Then, when I realized I actually needed an entire size instead of just a 1/2 size, he offered to redo the work for free!
