I will admit, I came to Beasleys praying that their staff would have mercy on me, as I had never purchased any jewelry before in my life and was very nervous about making such an important investment. Thankfully, Lisa was exceptionally helpful in assisting me to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé. I am so appreciative for her expertise and patience in helping this anxious customer find the perfect diamond and setting. Beasleys customer service was fantastic at every step of the process. I had visited this store with my Daughter to buy an anniversary present for my husband. When we had entered the store without any greeting I was asked if I needed any help in which I replied I was just looking thank you. The lady who I was told was the manager instructed the employee in front of me to follow me around. This made me feel uncomfortable so we decided to leave without really being able to look around. Very sad this was our experience.

Our experience was the best! We took a couple of heirloom pieces there for a consultation as to options including affordability to use them to create a new piece or pieces. They listened and were patient, helpful, and friendly. The turn around time for both pieces to be completed was amazingly quick. We can’t say enough positive things about Beasleys and specifically Lisa who helped us. We will ALWAYS use Beasleys for any jewelry needs. The store is a lot of fun to browse in too - very historic space and beautiful things!

I have been using Beasleys for almost 30 years. They the only jeweler I will use. They have made several customer rings, added stones to other rings and necklaces, made customer slides for bracelets and repaired countless items for us. They have always been helpful and reasonably priced. Have always taken care of my family and every friend I have ever referred to them.

I never expected the experience I had in this store with the people there.I came in with my husband after having lost my wedding band in a car vent located on the dashboard from throwing it in my husbands car. We went to a Chrysler dealership that same day (Monday) at around 5 pm. They informed us that we would have to come back the following day and that the price of the service could get quite costly because they would have to remove the whole dashboard to find where the ring had fallen. Feeling hopeless, I cried in the backseat of my husbands car on the drive back home and he suggested we get me another wedding band. First, we went to Old Town Jewelers (my random choice) but my husband wasnt satisfied with their selection and suggested we check out Beasleys before making a final decision. We came in and were greeted by two lovely ladies: Linda and Lisa.I found a slim wedding band, similar to my old one but significantly heavier, thus costing more than my original ring. Since I liked it, my husband went to fetch my engagement ring from the car and while he was gone, I explained to these two ladies how I threw my wedding band onto the dash and lost it. Resonating with empathy, Lisa the owner, suggested a discounted price because she experienced a somewhat similar situation and understood how I felt. When my husband came back, I stacked my engagement ring on top of the wedding band that I thought I wanted and it looked nice. Lisa took the new wedding band, my engagement ring, along with my husbands wedding band (upon his request) and cleaned it and polished it for us. While she was doing that, we thought we would just browse at the rest of their selection, peeking at their more expensive rings. I tried some on and then my husband saw one showcased that his eyes kept drawing back to: a ring approximately one inch tall, stacked with yellow and white gold and diamonds, and had a crown-like appearance. We asked what the price was, Lisa said $3,215 and I said out loud, Oh no, Im not worth that much, to which Linda responded, Yes you are, and my husband said I should try on the ring; I did and it was beautiful. Upon seeing how the ring looked on my finger, Lisa told me she could discount it if I really liked it, and I sure liked it, but the price she gave still seemed too high in my mental budget. My original wedding band was a 14 karat yellow gold ring that cost $100 from online. My husband took the ring, and repeated the new discounted price back, paused, sighed, and then explained to them the true reason I threw my ring in the first place and I began sobbing, reliving the pain of the reason all over again. But then he said, My wife is my queen and she is worth this ring and so much more. I was shocked and Linda and Lisa appeared to be touched. He purchased the ring for me and these beautiful ladies talked me through the pain I was going through, advised me, and even hugged me. I am awaiting to pick up the ring after theyve sized it for me by this afternoon and Im a little excited. Jewelry doesnt buy my love, ever. But the meaning behind it helps me get over this pain slowly but surely.I didnt know I could love two complete strangers upon just briefly after meeting them, but I do. And Ill never forget this experience, the time they took with me, the empathy they gave me, along with the wisdom they shared with me. Those two women radiate love and my words wont suffice with the gratitude I have for having met them that day.I know Ill love my ring and I wouldnt buy it from anywhere else, because it wasnt the ring that they sold me, it was understanding, love, and empathy. Those two ladies are priceless and I now hold a place in my heart for them. Ill never forget them and I am forever grateful for them.

We went to Beasleys for a custom designed wedding band for my wifes engagement ring and it was absolutely stunning. Beasley s did an outstanding job on the ring and it was exactly what we were looking for. They emailed pictures of what the ring would look like and communication was excellent. Its located on old downtown Lewisville, family owned/run business (Im pretty sure) too. No one is pushy. In fact, Im truly like a kid in a candy store while in a jewelry store. I will not be back ever!!!!!The engraving on my wedding rings looked as if they took a nail to engrave them. The lines where very crooked and you could barely see the engraving. Also the price that I was given of the phone was very different from what I was charged. Although, I was not happy I very nicely express my dissatisfaction. I was told the price was always that price and they where sorry I didnt like the engraving. Followed by a condescending smile. They didnt offer to redo them or give a discount leaving me very dissatisfied. I ended up taking them to another jewelry to have fixed the engraving. I also had a much better experience. I guess Beasleys has so much business that they dont care any future customers or that I am sharing my unpleasant experience with 539 coworkers in Lewisville. Please be aware!! Always get a price written on the invoices and ask if you are not satisfied with the workmanship if they will stand by it and fixed it. I really hope that this will help someone else in the future.

I came across Beasleys purely by accident over 6 years ago at the DSC show in Dallas. I had been looking for a new wedding ring for my 10th Anniversary and found the perfect one. From that day on everyone in the store has remembered me and I have come to know them all and call them friends. I do not buy fine jewelry from anyone else. They have made several custom pieces for me that I absolutely love. I also shop at their boutique (in store and online). I live in Midland, TX and they make shopping with them a breeze even from a distance. I get numerous compliments on my jewelry and my clothes from Beasleys. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be able to shop in a friendly environment for fabulous items. If they dont have what you want they will most likely be able to make it. And for the guys, they make you feel welcome too and make it very easy for you to shop for the special someone in your life or yourself. They will even call you or text you with birthday or anniversary reminders with things that are on your special persons wish list. I LOVE THIS STORE and their EMPLOYEES!!!

They had my watch for almost 2 months, to diagnose, then just replace the movement. 2 MONTHS. And supposedly the work is done in house! I was planning on asking them to appraise a lot of jewelry for me, not anymore!

I needed to replace a stud earring for my wife,and attempted to do so from the business (large retail) I purchased them from only to be told they could not do it. A friend suggested Beasleys.....what a great experience. The customer service (Allie) was fantastic! Not only did the match it exactly for a fair price, they did so in a very timely manner and now I have a Christmas gift for the wife. Allie even gift wrapped for me. We do not purchase a lot of jewelry, but it will be the only place we go when we do!!!! 10 stars!

We found “The Ring” and although it was missing some specific features I was hoping for, she worked with me to customize the ring to my exact wants.The ring came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. My now Fiancé loves wearing and showing it off! With such great costumer service, we went back to purchase our wedding bands!

My fiancee got my engagement ring from Beasleys and I am so glad he found this amazing store. I went in with him later to resize the ring and swap out the stone, and everyone there was super helpful and offered extremely valuable advice. We will be getting our wedding bands here, and they have already helped me find the perfect band to go with my ring (havent even been engaged for a week and checking off my to-do list!). They were also able to get the ring resized and the stone swapped out with a very quick turn around to make sure I had the ring before I went out of town. We were on a bit of a time crunch because he got military orders that he would be deploying much sooner than we originally anticipated. Alle went above and beyond to make sure we could get the exact ring we wanted within our time frame. My fiancé also got my engagement ring through them and it has been the best working with them after he proposed. They sized it in one day when I felt like it was too big and worried about losing it at work! I can take it in anytime I want to have it cleaned!
