I want to commend Reyna for the superb job she is doing in cleaning the Sword Bridge Gym. She is the most thorough person weve seen in the almost 10 years weve lived here. Reyna scrubs every machine from top to bottom, and disinfects each of them and the TV controls too. We are far more comfortable using machines that have been so thoroughly cleaned and the likelihood of picking up a bug is greatly diminished.Please publically recognize Reyna for us and for all the other residents who use this gym. Kudos to Reyna!!!

Briar Hills Maid Service has been a life saver for me. Ive been very sick with chronic migraines for the last couple of years. I didnt have the energy to do deep cleaning in my apartment. I have them come every three to four months, and they make everything look great. If I ask them to focus on something particular, then it gets done. It is so nice to be able to schedule them, and then come home to wonderfully clean apartment. Its like little fairies did it while I was gone! If you do have a problem (e.g., you didnt like the way they moved something on your bathroom cabinet), let them know, and they will correct it the next time for you. Highly recommend you use them. You wont regret it.

Awful customer service by the owner! Last 2 cleanings were unsatisfactory. Owner never called me back.My first interactions with Paul were great - he came over to give me a quote almost immediately, explained their services and assured me that if at any time there was a problem theyd be happy to correct it. He was very attentive, emailed me later that day with the quote and scheduled my first clean that same week. I signed up for monthly service - every 4 weeks.The first clean was good. The second cleaning was good. The maids were there on time every time. The third time they sent in a different crew and a lot of basic things were missed, and short-cuts were taken (beds werent made but sheets were just shoved into the footboard). I emailed the owner a list of the major things I noticed, he said his guy who does the scheduling, Mario, would set up a re-clean. A week later, after several texts and phone calls, a different lady came out and only did a few of the things I listed in the email - not a full clean, and not everything that was missed. Mario said he didnt have time to schedule a full clean.4 weeks from the last full clean, I was expecting the maids to come at their usual 8:30 am. By 8:50 they hadnt showed, so I texted Paul but never heard back. I called the office at lunch time and talked to some other guy, who said they reset my regular schedule to 4 weeks from the re-clean. I told him that it was not a full clean and that I needed a full clean and was expecting them to come today. He said Id have to talk to Paul and that he would have him call me when he got out of his meeting. I never heard from anyone. That was a week ago.Today was 4 weeks from the re-clean. Nobody showed up and still no call from Paul.

They drive so recklessly in the neighborhood. The man who was driving today made a reckless wide right turn and almost ran into me
