The ladies that came to service our home were very efficient and fast to get as much done in the allotted time. Extremely thorough detailed work. My mom is very picky and she was assisting us while we were moving things out, and while observing she said they were very meticulous and accommodating to get a few more areas a little more TLC. Would definitely consider using services again.

We have used Mollymaid for over 10 years to clean our home. They are thorough, professional and care about the quality of the service they are providing. They are careful and considerate in our home (even when we are working from home and move from room-to-room, during the cleaning process). They complete the work in an appropriate amount of time, not skimming or taking too long. I am grateful we have a service like this that we can trust in our home. Highly recommend!

This was a TERRIBLE experience. They showed up late... halfway through the cleaning they called and said that it would be an additional 2 hours and the cost would be $671. Not sure where they got that number from considering it is $85 an hour so that would be an additional $170. They stopped at 7 P.M. because they arent allowed to clean past that time. I have a party at my house today and I spent the night cleaning my own house. I wish we had never hired them I wasted $260. Will definitely be looking into a lawyer to get my money back. It took them 3 hours to clean two bathrooms and my kitchen counters......Terrible.

The ladies are very reliable and efficient! They are so quiet with their work and very thorough. If you are a busy mom/wife/worker, this is a perfect gift to yourself!

Two maids cleaned my house and did a great job. It was the best and most thorough cleaning I have experienced through a maid service. They cleaned floors, both hard surface and carpets. Cleaned office, bedrooms and kitchens including thorough dusting, and organizing small table top objects in a very appealing way.

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail when cleaning. Everything was spotless! I would highly recommend Molly Maid!!

I believe that you get what you pay for with home services. The deep clean was the best I have ever experienced. I have had several recurring cleans since then and I have never had to call back and ask them to return to fix any problems or issues. Even if I get a different team, they bring the cleaning notes from the quoting process and remain consistent in what and how they clean my house.

Molly Maids came on short notice to deep clean the house we were moving into. We had not expected it to be left dirty for us when we arrived. Molly Maids did a thorough and wonderful job. I have already recommended them and will personally use them again.

So thankful for Molly Maids! We had a quick move in and move out over a weekend and they were so great! First we enjoyed the flexibility of scheduling a clean around the move. The front office staff was excellent to work with and super friendly. When the team arrived they notified me via text and arrived on time. They did a deep clean and left the place sparkling! It was so great to be able to trust that the houses would be sparkling and sanitized (especially during COVID) during a move! Truly appreciate the work they did!

Its just really nice to come home to a clean house. Some weeks are better than others but its always very convenient and cleaner than I would be able to get it by myself. Everyone Ive met or talked to on the phone has been very nice. There were a couple of occasions early on when the alarm was not reset when they left but thats easy enough to fix remotely these days. It hasnt happened in quite some time either.I know that on at least two occasions a manager or someone from the office stopped by to check on the quality of work. I appreciate that. All in all it has been a very good experience and I would recommend Molly Maids to anyone considering hiring a housekeeper.

Terrible company STAY away will try and charge you $700 to clean for two hours. Will not even finish cleaning your house.

Betty and Monica from the Lewisville location have been working on our house for months now and with every visit the service improves. More then that their respect and compassion is above expected. I work from home and they always respect the need to be quiet or work around my mess of a desk, and the are always kind and understanding on days that my ailing mom may not have picked up in prep for their visit, and above all, they are understanding and patient when I move my crazy but harmless dogs from room to room while they work in the house. These women are respectful of the house and its occupants. They take pride in what they do and it shows. I am very grateful to have these two ladies help out in my crazy life

I use this service once a month. I live by myself so more than that is not really necessary but I would love to use them even twice monthly! They do such an excellent job. They always clean so thoroughly and everything is always put back just the way it was. I have never been disappointed with their service!

We have had several crews from Molly Maids. This last one did a deep clean and they were excellent! Other crews were as good when they first started. But change in personnel or crew reduced the effectiveness and satisfaction. We understand that this is not a job of life long ambition, but one should do the best they can. Its hit or miss with individuals which is why I give only 4 stars. There have been crews that were 5 stars.

I was very impressed. When I clean my house there’s always a little bit of residue left behind on windows or pushed up against the back sides of counters, but the attention to detail that I observed was unremarkable and there were no bits of residue left anywhere... it was as if it was a brand new home.

I was very impressed with Molly Maid! The scheduling was simple, arrived on time, thorough cleaning, walk through and a follow up call afterwards! Pricing is fair and I will be using them again!

Molly Maid cleaned my house to perfection after I moved out so I could list it for sale. Floors sparkled as did appliances and the bathrooms.

I love our Molly Maids! For years we used cleaning services from referrals and time after time some issue arose. One lady talked on her phone the whole time and only cleaned with one hand.....I should have paid 1/2 price....we were told to give Molly Maid a try 5 years ago and have never been disappointed. They do an awesome job and always stand behind their work. They are 5 stars in our book!

Many spots missed, and rescheduling at no charge is a huge hassle for move out cleaning as I have to be present to let cleaners in. We ended up spending 2 hours going over missed spots to avoid this hassle. Cleaning should have been good from the first go.Office staff is much more competent, but notes are missed. For example, I asked the office staff to call my wife for the 30 min heads up call since I was working during the scheduled time, but she never got the call. Good thing she got there before the window, or else we would have been wrongly charged $55 fee for not being able to get in.I will say the cleaning itself was great on the areas that actually got cleaned. Appliance and Refrigerator clean up was spectacular.

For the past 5 years, my family and I have seen cleaning crews from all sorts of companies come and go...never truly satisfied with the results. That is until we started using Molly Maid. By far the most professional, dependable, and consistant clean we have ever had. We have had them now for 3 months and I would highly recommend their services. My top 3 favorites are: 1. Notification with 30 minute window of arrival (via text message); 2. Same crew each clean; 3. Confirmation cards showing next cleaning date left on counter.

Employees robbed us. We were a client for several years. However after our last cleaning I noticed that several of my video games for Nintendo Switch and 3DS were missing. We reached out to Molly Maid and they didnt do anything. As a result we cancelled the service. Be very careful dealing with this company. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow up and urgency from management of this company. They stole hundreds of dollars worth of video games and Molly Maid did nothing to try to make this right.

Subpar cleaning.My wife and I wanted our house deep cleaned before we move in. We asked that bathrooms, tubs, showers, ovens, microwaves, refrigerator, washer/dryer all be thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately they look no different than before.To be fair, we were offered that the cleaners can come back with in 24 hours, unfortunately we have not moved in yet and we live pretty far. We were told that there is no option for them to come back another day, nor any type of discount.

Sol and Devora, Team #9, do a great job cleaning our home. They are friendly, arrive when scheduled, and do a thorough job every time they are here. I would definitely recommend Team #9.

Great service and a special thanks to Veronica! I hired them to clean a rental house I own and everyone I spoke with were very professional and polite and they always answered the phone when I called. I dealt with Veronica and she was so nice! I was usually able to speak with her when I called but if she was on the phone with another customer she always called me back right away.The women that cleaned the house did a great job as the tenant that had moved out had been there over three years and the house was very dirty. The cleaning crew arrived on time and actually had to come out twice as couldnt clean the first time but that was my fault. I forgot the get the water turned back on after the tenant moved out so they had to come a second time once the water was turned back on.

They lost our key!!! We have to rekey the entire house for hundreds of dollars and they said they mailed the key. Key was never received and we contacted them twice and they claimed it wasn’t their problem.
