Very exceptional service! My wife and I were not exactly sure how this would turn out, and had lots of questions because it was our first time having such a service. Tamara and Tara made our apartment sparkle, and made everything look fresh and inviting. Even with two cats getting underfoot.

Ive been meaning to do this for quite some time. Nikki of Buckets and Bows has been cleaning our house for several months now. With two dogs it can get quite messy between visits. Not only has Nikki always done a superior job, but she is prompt, thorough, and a pleasant person to have in your home. 100% satisfied, and have made several references in the neighborhood. Strongly recommended - five stars!!

Camille is a wonderful, reliable and very thorough professional when it’s comes to detailed cleaning. My home is not the easiest and my dogs and the dust in this old cabin is not ideal. My first cleaning with Buckets & Bows didn’t go that great, but I emailed my concerns/complaints and they responded immediately asking for a redo and it went better than expected. They even sent a boss over to walk the house with me about 3/4 of the way complete which I felt was wonderful customer service. Amy cleaned today and she did a greatJob. She was professional, polite and went above and beyond to make up for what was missed previously. I’m definitely requesting Amy again ☺️

Buckets and Bows does an amazing job with our house! We have 2 large dogs and 3 kids that truly put them to the test. I love how responsive they are, they contact us multiple times before each cleaning to confirm, know how to handle our dogs, and always pay attention to the little details.

The first maid service that Im truly impressed by! Im super picky when it comes to a clean house, but the B&B team did a wonderful job on their initial clean of my home! I loved that a quality control manager walks through to double check the work once the maids are finished—that is a huge bonus. Im looking forward to having them back again!

I used Buckets and Bows for the first time and was very impressed! Ive used several cleaning services before and none of them compare to the service I just received. The ladies who came to clean, TyAngela, Tamara, Haley and Arianna all introduced themselves to me when they walked in. Nice! The actual level of cleaning was exceptional. I saw them down on the floor hand wiping baseboards, on a step stool dusting door frames, hand wiping between the spindles on the stairs and the list goes on and on. I cant wait for them to come back!

Staff is friendly, and they do their best to accommodate your schedule as needed. The employees are courteous and respectful. The reason I only gave them four stars is this. Maybe it’s my level of OCD, but the finished product never lives up to my expectations. There’s are always things that get overlooked. I’m not always at the house when they’re cleaning so I obviously miss the opportunity of checking everything before the cleaners leave, but I don’t think I should have to do that. I want them to just come in and do a complete job. If it were my teenagers doing the work I would definitely have to follow up on it-ha ha.Anyways, some examples of issues I’ve had:despite leaving a written note AND verbally asking them to replace bags in all trash cans when they are emptied -they do not.Leaving area rugs from various rooms in a heap because they were moved to clean floors and forgot to finish the room properly.Leaving all upstairs ceiling fans undustedLeaving obvious cobwebs in upper corners of windows (we do not have vaulted ceilings or high windows)So these are just a few examples and NO, my world doesn’t collapse because of it,But it does make me question why as a paying customer is everything not being double checked by a team lead before they leave? I used to call and notify the office and although they are apologetic, and sometimes offer to send someone back out within a few days, I feel that is pointless because I will have taken care of it myself by then. And yes, I am fully capable of doing it myself but these are things that I am choosing to spend my money to have them do.

Beth, from Buckets and Bows, came on May 4, 2021 to clean my house. I am a recovering cancer patient so I have not been able to clean as often as I did previously. I was so very pleased with the work she did. She was careful to thoroughly cleaned all the areas I identified. It was a true blessing and I would definitely recommend Beth and Buckets and Bows.

I started using Buckets and Bows in September of 2020 for a deep clean. I couldnt believe how much cleaner they were able to get my house than I am. Since then, Lana has cleaned my house on a monthly basis. She does a great job and is always so friendly. We were very said when our regular cleaning tech, Stephanie, left. But now we have Rebekah R, and shes really good as well. She is punctual, thorough and detailed. The bathrooms and kitchen are always spotless (and we cook - a lot!). She remembers our preferences and notates them in her big book. We are very happy with Buckets and Bows, and with Rebekah.
