Worst customer service ever. The lady who manages the place has an attitude every time we talk to her, she wastes our time every time we show up and take up an extra 30 mins before they let us get on the boat. She clearly does not like her job and should find a new one. Yesterday we tried to change our reservation from 3pm to 4pm and she had such an attitude, we got tired of it and asked for a refund. Will never go back here again!

The lady who runs this place is awful, always has a attitude and makes small problems into big ones for no reason. Even after we cooperate and solve the problem, she still will bring it up over and over to the point that we just had to get a refund. Been there 3 times so we can give her a chance but yesterday was the last time.Not only lost the money for the rental yesterday but also future repeat business

My family and I had a wonderful time. It was my first time. Alex and his wife are awesome. They explained everything perfect and we drove the boat just fine with no problems. Great customer service. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.

The lady that answered the phone has the absolute worst attitude. I called requesting availability and she was so rude and short with me. I asked her several questions which she had no answers for. I asked her what I should be asking next time I call to make the conversation with her more pleasant. She just then decided they were all booked up the day I was inquiring about. Maam, if you dont enjoy your job, get a different one.

We rented Club Fred for my parents 60th birthday cruise. We had about 30 guests. The customer service was excellent. Alexis is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Our captain, William, made sure the guests were comfortable and safe. Being an October cruise, it was quite windy but the captain worked with it very well and we had an amazing time out on the water. Everyone wants to book again next year. Ive been renting with the team here for 10 years now - always friendly and supportive through the entire rental process. With recent events, they worked with me to reschedule ensuring we did not lose any upfront payment. Very supportive and nice with all our conversations.Over the years, always great to work with. We rent Club Fred each year and their crew makes it a fun event.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS BOAT COMPANY!!!Very disappointed with the way they run their business. They do not care for accommodating their customers if any inconvenience happens. Unfortunately, we committed the mistake of trusting their service AGAIN... and booked a big boat with them for July 3rd. We understand that spontaneous laws are taking place right now because of the pandemic, but we would have appreciated a heads up with time in advance. They called very late at night to just let us know that our reservation was canceled because no more than 10 people could go in the boat. We understand it is not their fault for the last minute government notice, but it is not the customers fault either. I was very disappointed with the way the lady that called approach us about the news. She was snappy and WAS NOT WILLING TO RETURN OUR MONEY at any cost. The contract does not stipulate that money cannot be returned in case of a pandemic. She was simply very stubborn and rude towards us.If you book with them, just know your money will NOT be refunded at any cost, and they will cancel anytime they please and let you know last minute.We do not recommend.

I called last minuet on an early Sunday afternoon to ask if they had any jet skis available. I spoke with a lady on the phone who was very helpful. 11 minuets later I arrived to the marina location and they had massive party boats that had like 20-30 people boarding.I walked into the office and spoke with the same lady that was on the phone. She walked me through the check out process and explained all the paperwork and forms to me.I rented the Deluxe Jet Ski for two hours and it was completely worth it! We were carving into the water and did about two laps around the lake amongst having all the fun and throwing my girlfriend off the back of the jet ski a few times.Completely satisfied with the experience and customer service and not to mention the rental product itself being the newest model on the lake for rent.I felt comfortable with all staff I came into contact with; and truly appreciated their realness and honesty. One of the younger guys that ran over the jet ski controls was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice and tips on the lake.100% recommend

I had my 23rd birthday here back in July and it was so fun. The captain and other employee on the boat were so kind and helpful. We rented club Fred and all my friends and family had a great time. They are still talking about it weeks later. This was probably my favorite birthday ever, and I’ll be back next year.

We rented a boat and had such a wonderful time. Pricing was great, staff was nice. I would have given them 5 stars but we were guaranteed boats are thoroughly cleaned but storage space under seats were super dirty. I will book again but will be checking storage space before leaving dock.

Had a horrible experience with these guys. I rented out a big party boat for a birthday party. I understand that we are going through a pandemic. However, I don’t believe they understand that. I pleaded with them if I can have MY money back, but they said no to reschedule my party of 30+ people. As if it was easy to just tell everyone another date to put a big party together. I had people coming in from out of town, and they expect it to be that simple. I apparently spoke to the owners daughter and she is snappy and ignorant to being ethical. You would think they’d bend the contract for something of this caliber. However, that is not the case, all they care about is getting the money first and customer service last. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Good luck if you do use them. I’ve read past comments and I’m not the only person they just cancel and stick the middle finger to.

It was EXCELLENT!!! My son’s 16th birthday plans feel through so I called them last minute, and they had a boat ready to go as soon as we arrived! It was a smooth, fast process, and we were on the water in no time! Great staff, super accommodating manager, nice boat, and just an overall great experience! We will definitely use them for boat rentals moving forward!!! Highly recommend!

If it wasnt my birthday and hadnt had a full party ready to spend a beautiful afternoon on the lake, hell wouldve been raised. Red head lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I dont appreciate myself or my family being treated like children. Her attitude is best suited for cleaning boats far away from any customer interaction. Its a pontoon (not a luxury boat) and was in sub par condition at that (doors falling off, half of a propeller blade). We also didnt appreciate the employees speaker blaring music with profanities while we waited.

I definitely should have read these reviews before booking. Lesson well learned. Like most of the experiences here, the female manager was rude and dismissive. I booked for 7/3 and paid a deposit a week in advance. We get there and told that we booked another date that had already passed. I explained that there has definitely been an error. Does it sound reasonable for someone to pay and not show? How about a confirmation email or courtesy call to confirm dates and time? She first responded with I left you a message. I asked her what number did she have, crickets. She then followed up with, I only call and confirm for the holidays. You are relying on reservations made over the phone without any documentation of transactions? I had family in town and this was extremely disappointing. Of course no refund, per company policy. The workers who assisted with jet skis were friendly and helpful. We made the best of the jet skis but we truly wanted to experience the boat. The manager is not managing anything. Rude, disorganized, and overwhelmed. Its 2020, send an email confirming reservation.

Really enjoyed the boat that we rented, they were able to change our boat last minute with no issues. Caleb was very helpful and kind! The attendant, though she got everything done as requested, her attitude did not match the service. Everyone in our party stated that she was rude, demanding regarding what we could and couldnt do on HER boat, watched us and told us that she couldnt leave before we did, i dont know, maybe it was a long day for her but she definitely needs some serious customer service training but as far as the transaction and all, it was fair and a fairly easy process, just the ladys attitude turned me off but once we got on the water, we had a great time. (Speaker on the boat couldve been louder though). Despite the flaws, would still rent from them again. Thanks!

Professional over the phone. That gave real piece of mind. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Excellent equipment. Tritoon and jet skis performed great. They even had a tube on the boat for us to use. No extra charge. They didnt even mention fuel except to tell us we had plenty to last four hours.Thanks to Johnathan, Patricia and the rest of the staff. We had a great time.Hey, Patricia, if I had to complain about something it would be email confirmation. We only got the waiver email. We booked a month in advance. On the day of our reservation I couldnt remember the name of the rental company. I had to check who sent the waiver email to see the domain name jffdfw.com . I completely forgot where I rented from. The wife would have killed me if I hadnt found that small detail. Maybe update your system to send another email confirming the reservation with an itemized receipt and mapping info and a link to your website.Good luck with future business.

We rented the double deck pontoon. Boat was ready on time, we loaded up at least 15 min prior. All of our large group signed the electronic waiver forms sent to us well in advance- made the process seamless. Having a grill on board was perfect to make lunch onboard. Driver and hand who took us around the lake were professional and kept our safety in mind. Would return.

Ehhh, l would not recommend them. If you want more well kept pontoons .Try Ray Hubbard or lake Lavon. They are over priced for what they gave us.

We came here once last year around the same time and it was a good experience. My brother called and booked a pontoon boat earlier this week and were happy they were able to work with our time frame.However, this time our experience was unpleasant. Primarily, their customer service was what bothered us. From lack of acknowledgement to being told something differently over the phone versus in person. The woman in the office who helped us had a rude tone throughout our exchange from finding our reservation to applying a discount, but she did begrudgingly offer to void our transaction and start over so we could receive a discount that was confirmed over the phone. Honestly, it wasnt that big of a deal because the discount was a small one but the way it was handled was what was troublesome.The boats were fine and everything worked for us, just the customer service could use improvement. The guy in the aqua shirt and the man in the orange shirt were helpful and friendly when reeling us in once we were done and we appreciate that.

My kids booked for Father’s Day, several weeks in advance. We asked for a ski boat, was told there was open availability all day, so we booked. Sounds like we had one of, if not the first reservation of the day for a ski boat. Got a call a few days before and was told my reservation was canceled. No explanation, no assistance finding something else, no discount on a future rental...nothing. I’m sure we were canceled because we were the reservation that was early and cost the least. Seems like they just got rid of the cheapest rental instead of the last person who signed up. Totally unfair and the customer service is non-existent.

Had a blast!I read all of the reviews and got worried about booking here after seeing so many bad ones, but after talking to them on the phone I decided to give them a try. The employees were very helpful, fun/joking, and in high spirits. The boat was perfect! Nice big ice cooler, loud speakers, great jumping deck and slide. Everyone was easy to get along with and we had a blast. Definitely going to recommend to others and come back. The only bad thing is we booked for 4 hours and we should have booked for 6.

To start this off I have been renting from Justforfun for years been a long time customer and happy until today. 8/24/19 We had rented a Deluxe ski boat and have had great success with it in the past but when we got out onto the water the boat was having mechanical issues it would not go over 10 mph. I called and spoke to Patricia the manager, she was very rude and unprofessional refused to work with us period. Terrible customer service would not recommend.10/1/19 Edit: tried calling after owners response spoke to reception said they would pass the message and would be receiving a call. Still nothing.

Great service and friendly staff. The boats were in decent working condition. We ended up wanting to spend more time on the lake and they were able to accommodate with a simple phone call. The staff was very thorough in explaining safety dos and donts. I would definitely rent from this place again.

I enjoyed a day out on the Party Boat Club Fred with Events & Adventures. The crew was easy to work with and made sure everyone was safe.The water pump on the slide wasnt working- but we poured a bucket of water down with each person and still had a blast.Lots of fun.

Had a great time out on the lake. Our caption was so helpful. Found a perfect spot to drop anchor and let us jump in the water. Made good use of the slide in the party barge. Many jumps from the top deck. Just all around fun in the sun for all.

I had a boat rented for this past Saturday. We arrived and were informed that the boat had a mechanical issue and it might not work for our rental. No apology was given for this. We asked them to keep us updated and left. they did not call back, so I called and asked them to call me, they again did not call back. I called on Tuesday and asked to talk to the owner...again they did not call me back. I called today and for the last time asked for them to call me back regarding this. I used to own a boat and realize mechanical issues do happen, but bad customer service is bad customer service. We will not be renting a boat from them again. I have no idea why they refuse to at least call me back but I strongly recommend not dealing with this company. My wife took off for work and we drove 45 minutes each way. Pretty much wrecked our special 1 time a year family boating

Theyll cheat you out of half an hour and tell you about stuff that should be filled out before you get there. whatever time you book just make sure youre prepared to lo lose some time you paid for. Our entire party was there early as asked, but they were still wiping the boat down and the captain speech didnt start until 10 minutes after our time slot and the radio wouldnt connect to any of our devices for music

My boyfriends mom and I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now. My boyfriends was able to get someone names Jeff to call her back. He gave her a different number to call at a different time. She ended up getting a voicemail and has not received a call since. I too have been calling and emailing and yet to hear anything. Ive even tried contacting their Lake Travis location to see if they have a better contact for Lake Lewisville. Hopefully they will be more helpful when and if I hear back from them. Until then, I recommend that others dont waste their time either. Says a lot about the company when they cant respond via email or phone.

Wish I had read these reviews before booking with them. They cancelled our reservation with less than 24 hours notice as well. Nothing like trying to arrange plans with 30+ people and work at the same time. Google should have a zero or negative star option.

Horrible experience. Had a party boat booked for tomorrow. Called at 10 am to confirm and was told everything was good to go. Received a call at 4 pm saying the boat was out of commission. Apparently they dont maintain their equipment and the game warden wrote them several tickets. The person I spoke with was rude and demanded to know right away if we wanted to cancel or go in the evening. They proceeded to cancel the boat when I said I needed time to rearrange with the 45 people scheduled to go. Would never recommend this place. I would rather have 8 more years of Obama than give them my business. Stay away from this company.

Horrible place, they didn’t even check the weather when taking the party before ours on the lake and the storm caused them to crash. Which caused our graduation party to be cancelled and Wasted months of planning and money. Honestly I would think spending 300 an hour they would at least have a back up boat, but that was not the case. Only thing they did for us is refund our money back in the same day, so be careful!.

Had an awesome time last weekend for my friends birthday! Already planning my own bday adventures to be with this company! They were super helpful and the boat was perfect, sat 12 and provided all the life vests! Experience was great and cant wait to go again:)

This was 100% waste of money and I feel SCAMMED. Do NOT waste your hard earned money here. We rented the Deluxe ski boat and it was beyond disappointing. The service & the equipment dont even deserve that one star. The speaker was blown out, the boat did not go over 10 miles per hour, the propeller was wonky... I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses, but my concerns fell on deaf ears when explained. 0/10 experience.

The guys running this place take great care of their guests. They have to deal with people getting drunk on their boat rentals and still treat everyone with the utmost respect, courtesy and care.

Rented a boat for my birthday and had a great experience. The 12 seat pontoon boat was in good shape and ran very well. Staff was helpful and the owner went out of her way to provide us with great customer service.

We went on Sunday 08/02/15 staffs was very helpful we rented pontoon 4 hrs for only $245 thank you! Call for reservation....be there 30 minutes before so they can help you better! Just make sure to check the ladder to be sure it work.

DO NOT !! they have raggedy ass equipment . the boat we reserved was broke and the people who was on it got stuck on the lake and instead of putting us on another boat, they continue to allow people to get on their boats. So we asked for a refund. the jet skis are old and most of them didnt work. The guy was switching out the steering columns and swapping them on jet skis. ( NOT SURE WHAT THAT WAS ABOUT) they were out dated ski that does not go fast. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. They have poor customer service and they dont know what they doing. I had a great time on the water. The guy who was working there, greeted us and explained everything. I rented a Pontoon boat with my dad and his girlfriend. It was a blast and they gave me a Police Officer discount.

Great Time, Great Staff, Have a hard time reaching someone and getting calls back most times, Double booked Our Original Date this was the 2nd time they had done this due to a computer glitch but made up for it by Customer Service on the rescheduled date. 4th time Renting and I keep returning. All and All a good time once you confirm reservation. Make sure to double check reservation prior to your event. Other than that a great event and time. Suggestions for improvement would be they need a new updated audio system. So make sure to bring an extra speaker for the top deck. Everyone had a great time.

Went out there to rent jet skis they unfortunately were broken down instead we took out the pontoon no the office dose not look great but my experience with the staff and the equipment was fantastic planning another trip on the lake and defiantly want to rent from them next trip!! go in and see them if your looking around to rent!!

Been trying to contact them for a few days, left a voicemail and no call back. Finally got ahold of someone then they said one of their reps would call me back before 5, but no one called. I also emailed them with no response.... Will be happy to change my review once they call me back as their phone is currently under water. They should really just leave a cell phone number on their voicemail for people to call.Also, their voicemail is currently full as of this morning.

Rented their party boat club Fred for my birthday and it was awesome. The boat was perfect for a night cruise, complete with disco lights, speakers, bathrooms on board, and provided a huge cooler, . The day i rented ended up raining all day but there was no lightening in the sky so we were able to go out and cruise and make the event happen regardless. The captain Chad was very kind, and very attentive on what we wanted to do, ie cruise or throw anchor and swim. I also think their prices are extremely reasonable. I would reccomend club fred to anyone having a event. It was extremely enjoyable, and different. All my guest had a blast. Thanks just for fun!

Stay away!!! The bald man that was in charge of our tour was rude to all the guests and kept making comments about the girls, creeped everyone out

The staff was rude and disrespectful. We rented a boat for 4 hours and when we went to anchor in a cove we found out that the boat did not have an anchor. Also, the ladder on the back of the boat was missing the part that folds down which made it difficult to re-enter the boat. When we returned to the marina we explained the situation to the staff. They told us that we would be responsible to pay for a new anchor and the ladder. Before we took the boat on the water, the staff did give us a checklist in which we checked all of the boxes but we never walked through the boat with the staff to check everything. The most disappointing part was when we told them about the anchor and the ladder, the resposne we got was Well the ladder was fine and the boat had and anchor and you checked off on the list so you are responsible in the most rude tone. All four of our families will never rent from just for fun again which is sad because we love to go to Sneaky Petes and the location for the boat rental was convenient. NEVER AGAIN!

We rented the large double decker party boat and a ski boat for birthday party on 6/4/16 and had an absolutely amazing time! The staff was awesome, they answered all of our questions and did a fabulous job of maintaining safety for everyone while still letting everyone have fun! The kids have said this is a party that they will all remember and that they want it to be a yearly event! Thank you so much to the staff at JFF for making this a wonderful experience for all!

Dont waste time with these guys. Customer service is the worst. They take their sweet time checking you in and that is a way of shortening your rental time. They get you even if your 15 minutes late. Find someone else as these guys dont know anything about retaining customers.Disappointing!!!

Horribly rude staff, sat there and opened sealed water bottles were we’re bringing on to make sure they weren’t alcohol. Then drank from every single one, honestly the guy is a freak

These people do not even deserve the one star Im having to give them to write this review. Had a boat reserved for 50 people on July 3rd, when we showed up for our time slot the lady lied and said we called & pushed our time back (didnt happen), had us wait for 2 hours in the heat while telling us lies about what was happening with the boat out on the lake. Then once our boat finally came, all of the people getting off warned us to not go on at any cost. The boat was falling apart, stairs were falling through, and planks of plywood and nails were sticking out causing hazards everywhere. The warden came out to inspect the boat as well and solidified that it was far too dangerous for us to ride. Very sad that these people were willing to risk harm to their customers just to make a couple of bucks :/ Not to mention the lady at the front is absolutely nuts & wouldnt know what good customer service was if it hit her in the face. She was going absolutely wild when we were questioning her about what was going on with our boat as we waited. Offered us a free boat ride when it was all over & safe to say we will not be going anywhere near that place ever again.

A group of friends and I had been planning a trip for over a month and a half and they called the night before saying the boat was broken. Normally this would have been fine and understandable. However when we called to try and understand what our next steps for either our deposit back or to reachedaul for a later date the lady was incredibly rude. Not only would she not give us an update on when or if the boat was going to be fixed. She told us it was okay they canceled on becuase we had to reschedual (when when we did they said was no problem and perfectly fine ). She said she would have to call us when she had better information because she could promise us a reschedualing or our money back. Before the end of our phone call she said “it happens boats break, sorry...”

Staff was rude prior to us boarding the lady doing the briefing seems as she was irritated, unprofessional and was using profanity. Our take off time was to be at 8 we took off around 8:30. At the end of the day they came off as money hungry and had all these bogus charges at the end.

The server seemed a little lost, but overall the food was excellent....I had the shrimp! And the view is amazing.

The experience was perfect! The captain and crew were very friendly. The only reasons they did not get the fifth star was because there was not notice of the the construction and no speakers on the upper deck of the boat.

They will likely cancel your reservation you booked a day before, just for fun. Terrible customer service. Id rather swim in the pee infested pool at sneaky Petes before stepping foot on one of their boats again.

Booked in April with a down payment, was called with less than 24 hours before my reservation this past weekend, stating our boat we rented for 50 guests in town from around the state and out of state for a 30th birthday party, was out of commission 3 days without communication to me that our reservation would be bumped (booked 1-6pm, and only offered a 5-9pm time slot with small discount) and ultimately dropped. The boss had her office assitant call to tell us with no attempt of an apology or responsibility for fault at all. I would NEVER recommend booking here, they have no booking contracts, no communication prior to the reservation, cannot email you receipts, just a disorganized poor excuse of a company. I do HIGHLY recommend Bid D Cats as they saved the day for us, with even nicer party barge options on multiple DFW lakes, that provide drinks, have bathrooms and a slide on board, gratuity and cleanup fee included, and captains that are highly trained, with great communication throughout booking!

Was suppose to have a party barge tomorrow and cancelled last minute for a group of 50 of us. These guys definitely dont party.

Canceling a reservation on a customer less than 24 hours before the time slot is unacceptable (a party boat with FIFTY people planning to join)! Im sure this place will put themselves out of business with this type of service. Avoid at all costs!

I rent a boat here every year for my birthday. This year was by far the worst experience. I rented the tritoon boat this year. We get out to party cove and a few of us jump in the water. After swimming for a few minutes we went to get back on the boat and there was no ladder. It was broken before we left the dock and the company did not mention it. When I called them to let them know one of the girls couldnt get back up on the boat, they suggested we leave her in the water and drive back to get a temporary ladder. Leave a girl in the middle of the lake for an hour because thats how long it takes to get back to the dock and then back to party cove. After I demanded that they bring us one, they sent a guy out on a jet ski that took about 40 minutes with a ladder that wasnt even sturdy to get her up. She had to climb on the jetski and then onto the boat. The entire time was ruined and no one really got to even swim in the lake for fear of not being about to get back up. When I took the boat back and she asked how was the trip, I told her besides the fact that a girl was trapped in the water and the rest of us couldnt go for a swim I guess alright. Her response well at least yall had fun this was coming from the manager. I was so upset I just left. When I called about it later to file a complaint they kept saying they would get back with me, but never did. Dont rent from here. They are awful and will not own up to their mistakes.

Well what could I possibly say that warrants a 1 star rating? Could it be that I booked my reservation and paid the deposit back in April for today, June 17th, but instead am sitting at home because my timeslot was double booked by someone else? Maybe. Could it be that 46 of my friends went out of their way to ask off work, prepare food, or bought supplies only to be utterly disappointed the DAY BEFORE when I was notified? Not even 24 hours it seems. Or it might be that the only compensation that the staff could mustered up was to either get my deposit back (Gee thanks!) or to reschedule for another day... Its mid June. There was barely any availability when I called in April so am I rescheduling for next year? The slow yet steady No responses as I asked about Sunday tomorrow, the following Saturday, the one after that and so on really came as NO surprise. But jokes on me as there was a surprise. Not even a discount was mentioned or a free additional hour if I had rebooked. Thats it.I guess I should be thankful they told me the day before instead of the day of. Thank you, Just For Fun. But seriously... Like my friend (and one of the 46 attendees) had mentioned- its 2017 and this type of error still happens? Do yourself a favor, potential clients, just because theyre cheaper than the rest doesnt mean theyre better. Spend a bit more for better service elsewhere so you dont get shafted like we did the day before. Guess its the community pool for me today.

Do not rent from this company! TOTAL SCAM!!! I had some friends from out of town come, we decided to Rent a ski boat. From 1-4pm. We arrived at 12:45. They told us from the last group the prop was damanged from going to party cove and recommend us to not go there because the water was low. We were planning on only doing ski and tube. So we would have to wait 1 hr 1/2. No apologies and the women in front was rude and had a attitude the whole time. So now we had the boat from 2:45- 4:30. We came back to pay and check out. The women was so rude I finally said if u don’t like your job you should work here.. it came to the point she yelling and said I’m not finna argue with you right here? Twice like she wanting to take it outside. I said I need the supervisor number and she said no I can’t but here’s the office number which is only her and in a small little office. She even threatened to call the police and I said please do. We didn’t do anything and she said u harrassed me.. which is a lie. which all I said was you are unprofessional and you should smile and be nice. Moving on.. And as we walk out one of the young guys came up to us and told us that we damage the prop. When it was under the water. We said how? We only been out there for a few hours and only been o when it was under the water. We said how? We only been out there for a few hours and only been in the middle of the lake. They said probably from party cove. And we didn’t know the lake or even seen a party cove. Told him we only went tubing, then he said probably from the rope scratching it. I asked them to take it out and show us the damage or scratch. They said they don’t know how. And owner would have to come back out into it and it will take couple hours. I said how do you guys see it? He said look. And there’s no way. I showed them videos of us on the lake of recordings we tuned and ski only... and he said we are just doing “our job” I can totally tell they were just told to tell us to pay up basically when this is supposedly a new prop. And we even asked for the receipt of the new prop. Couldn’t even show us. So we asked them to call the owner. He was kind, but also was very unprofessional. He said I understand but they sent pics of the damage. I said they didn’t show us anything? N what pics? By that time I was over it knowing this is a bs scam company!!! By that time we just had to pay for the now “scratch” prop. and leave because the group was annoyed and wanted to get it over with. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. IM REPORTING THIS COMPANY

We planned a 30th birthday celebration for a friend and less than 24 hours notice they cancelled our entire reservation!!! Ridiculous. Poor customer service. Really bad planning on their part. I dont know how you cancel someones reservation less than 24 hours before their event without a reason. Terrible. Wish I could gIve zero stars!

Had a boat booked over 2 weeks in advance and they called and canceled because someone else crashed the boat we were suppose to have; instead of trying to fix it and trying to put us in another boat or anything they just said “sorry it’s not our fault.” I think they need to invest in some customer service classes.

I have an annual labor day party every year and have rented from JFF for the past 3 years. The first year I spoke with an unfriendly person while booking but I decided to give the rest of the staff a shot. Everything went well the first year. I booked again the 2nd year and ran into the issue of not having tables on the boat for food and other items. They were broken by the last party. I asked to switch to the boat that arrived but the captain refused as he did not want to switch partied (for some odd reason). I decided to book again for this labor day 2017. I booked my reservation in May and was told the price went up because they purchased new boats. When myself and 50 other guests arrived we realized we were boarding the same old boat. 30 minutes into our 5 hour reservation, I realized my guest did not have a ladder to get back onto the boat. I asked why they would think this is ok and the first mate understood it was not ok but the last party unhitched it and it fell into the lake. 20 minutes later the sound system stops working. I asked why isnt anyone fixing it and the first mate had to go and wake up the captain to tell him it was not working and they must work on it because I was mad. It continued to go out 5 more times. We made the most out of our reservation for the sake of our day off for the labor day weekend. I called the next day and had to follow up 5 more times after never receiving a call back. By the 5th time I decided to take it up with Chase who has great customer service :). This company should not be allowed to rent party boats or provide service. My annual labor day party will be moving on to a different lake and I will reserve with a more reputable company.

Boat was in great condition, clean and ran great...easy reserve, easy in and out..friendly knowledgable staff had a good time tubing on the lake with family and friends will be back thanks!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT EVEN CALL YOU BACK... IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL FOR WEEKS. They are only nice to you to lock your money in.... But thats ok, Im driving out there this weekend to express my unhappiness IN PERSON!

The guide was very friendly and patient, the equipment worked great. The entire experience was a blast!

Ive been trying to set up a party boat reservation since last week. Emailed them and called them. No answer. I even callled the main marina at lewisville and all theyve told me was that this was the only number for jffdfw and that they couldnt get a hold of them anywhere else. Ive left a voice message today and still no call back.

We had a graduation party scheduled today and they called to cancel due to floater missing from the boat! They should have had a backup plan for things like this! I will never use this company again! Very unprofessional!
