I have been pleased with this dealership. We have worked with two different salesmen (the first no longer works there) and both have helped us better than any competing dealership. In the last two years my wife and I have each needed new cars and we came to Sam Pack the first time just by chance. I recommend coming here on purpose.They were as straight forward as dealerships go. And especially, other dealerships add on a bunch of extra costs. We purchased non-Ford cars as those ended up being best for us, but they did not add any extra fees or market adjustment values. It was the competitive car price, tax, title, registration, etc. No extra costs.This being said, I recommend coming here for any car you are interested in since they make the experience less of a burden than any other place I’ve been to.As an addition, pay close attention to any warranty information and be sure it’s what you want. My wife’s car had an issue with the starter when we first purchased the car and it was replaced free of charge. Secondly, two years later that car’s battery died. Come to find out that Sam Pack sent an old battery to the other dealership that was making the repairs. The battery was NOT under warranty apparently. This caused SO much confusion when the battery ended up dying. Be sure to know your warranty, what it covers, and that you want it before you purchase it.

Best dealership experience Ive ever had! Mitchell, our salesperson, was very professional, not pushy at all, and very upfront about everything. He went above and beyond in many ways for us. I was here @ 7 a.m. to drop off for a recall notice. I was promptly greeted & processed in. Later in the day, I was called to say my truck was ready. I left them a clean vehicle; but, they went to the effort to wash it anyway!! I didn’t notice that fact initially. The windshield told me it had all been cleaned! How nice!!My last Ford truck also required a minor recall. It was also freshly washed upon pick up! Nice people to deal with. And, I did not purchase my 2021 truck there either!Nancy

I called to make an appointment for my 2017 ford escape misfiring. The lady who took my call had absolutely no urgency about my issue and basically said it wasnt her problem since she wasnt in the service center. She told me that I would need to leave my car at the service center for a week and there were no loaner vehicles available. I was not even offered a voucher. I have an extended warranty on my car and this kind of problem should NOT be happening this soon. I called hours before close and she told me that someone would call me back. Instead I get an email that my appointment had been cancelled (I never even made an appointment?) and then a second one telling me my appointment was at 11am the next day. I work full time and couldnt make the appointment they scheduled without even talking to me. I used to like this location, but its obvious they will make it as inconvenient as possible for you if they dont think the work you need will be profitable. What good is a warranty then? Im never going here again.

Sub par quality for technicians and service advisor.We moved from CT and started taking our 2008 Ford F150 to this dealership in 2014. It was our second bought new F150 and it now had a lot of miles, we purchased our current F150 in 2018 after he crashed the 2008 ford with over 400k miles on it. His job puts about 80k miles on his truck a year and we buy our trucks new and service it ONLY at the Ford dealership. We got the 2019 Ford F150 end of 2018, was servicing it ever since at Sam Pack, Lewisville Ford with advisor Zack (I heard he is now fired, probably moved on to Plano Ford), had 215k Miles on it, told we need to replace engine after doing about $6k in work on transmission and other maintenance in 2021. We were never prioritized for a loaner, just treated like we had no value but worst of all, the advice from the technician and advisor we believe was the reason we need to now change the engine (long block). Over past months we had work done there, defective parts were installed, we paid for genuine Ford parts, we couldnt even get squeezed in to do warranty replacement, and Zack told my husband he can keep driving his truck in interim even with check engine light coming on. Long story short, we ended up taking it to Bill Utter Ford, they billed us a $13,423 estimate, we had to fight for a discount, on that they only took $500 off. We had reported the situation to Sam Pack Lewisville GM, the best they were able to do was supposedly fire Zack, we were left cleaning up the bill. Really disgusted with these dealerships in Dallas Texas now. We want to purchase American but we dont feel our business is valued. Corporate Ford is taking everyday Americans for granted who have to work hard to maintain their vehicles while they bask in corporate profits. Its sickening to see whats happening to America Customer is King motto, no decency in these dealerships.

Bought a Ford Escape here 40 months ago. The paint is peeling off and Ford say its out of warranty and will do nothing. This dealership told me its a common problem with Escapes. Hopefully Ill be joining a Class action lawsuit. Fourth Ford from this dealership, staff are nice hence not 1 star but no more Fords for me after this treatment. Yep the car is dirty I dare not clean it and lose even more paint !!!

Great salesman, Kenneth B. Parts and service is sub par. At best, they scheduled me for service and I was told on arrival that they couldnt due it as they were understaffed. Ford can not get Parts and it forced me to trade a perfectly good car. A Ford Focus 41k, new tires and paid off. Service treats this like a joke. TCM, transmission control module went out and 9 other cars with same issue are gathering dust and forcing others like me to trade. Sales found me a great car. That is only reason I give 4 stars.

With all of the craziness going on in our world lately, we decided to get rid of debt and downsize by trading in my Husband’s newer truck for this 2009 below. I cannot tell you how great our experience was with Moe, David, and Cameron. We came in kind of expecting sub-par treatment since we are purchasing a $16k used car with less than good credit! Being from out of town, I really didn’t know where to take my car. From the moment I pulled into the service area, I felt right at home. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. I was updated daily on what was going on by Zach, who was great. This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back and I will certainly return to have my car serviced. Zach Nixon is a good service advisor, friendly and professional. He keeps you updated on your vehicle status. He lets you know where your vehicle is in the queue. He also lets you know when the technician has your vehicle. The technicians at this location, in my opinion are great at what they do. Overall great experience. Outstanding job.

Pete York should be commended on the job he did for me. We had a lot of insurance pro6that kept delaying the work on the truck. I talked with almost daily and always had displayed professionalism, regardless of what we were fighting with the insurance. I will definitely buy from Sam Pack Five Star Ford again and if I require any more service issues on my existing truck I will definitely bring it back there and ask for Pete to handle my problems. The service dept is top notch! My service advisor Zach didnt pressure me to do any extra services but discussed what should be done next and what was more important to spend my money on. My Edge has 100,000 miles on it so theres several items that will need to be addressed.They also completed my recall while my Edge was there for something unrelated so I dont have to go back in a few weeks. Keep up the good work!

A known shudder issue the original dealership dismissed was researched & correct under warranty at Sam Pack.Each of our calls, appointments and service encounters have be exceptional & beyond our expectations. Dishonest and money hungry location! I took my vehicle in due to my hood ajar light being on and having an extended warranty for my vehicle. Took my car in as soon as they opened. They did not even look at my car til after lunch time and I had to contact them regarding the status. Was told around 2pm that I had wire damage due to rodents chewing wires and that It would be over $1,000 for them to fix the wires, this did not include replacing the wires but rather just fixing the wires already there. There was no way I was paying this amount so I told them I would come get my car. Got back to the shop and they charged me a diagnostic fee and tried to up the price than what I was originally told. After I left I also had my check engine light come one. Took my car to a different location to get checked and was told that there was no wire damage and that the hood sensor was simply lodged out of place and that was causing the light to be on. I will NEVER return to this location due to their dishonest practices and schemes to get more money!

The irony of it all, about 3 days after I picked up my truck. The engine light comes on. So I need to bring it in again. I love my truck and I love the work 5***** does. I purchased a pre-owned Infiniti here about a month ago from out of state. The sales rep, Xavier Perez, did a phenomenal job facilitating the transaction and made the long-distance purchase hassle-free, including ensuring that work on an open recall was completed by the Infiniti dealership before making the car available for delivery.There wasn’t a better price on a car in that condition in the country. Posted earlier about not getting a call back. Last ditch effort was a 1 star review. Chuck called me immediately and told me he just got my voicemail and has not dive into the issue yet but wanted to give me a call. Very thankful for just the immediate call. After that I received a call from Ron (always tries to go above and beyond) saw there was a disconnect in the numbers on file. Not sure how it got mixed up, but it’s okay, happy I got the call. Shortly after talking with Ron he insured me my car is being well taken care of and will try their best efforts to have it done today. While that’s all good and well, the call back is what mattered most. Just happy to know they found the issue and are trying to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Chuck then followed up with another call just to make sure all my questions were answered and to see if there was anything else he could assist with. Thank you Chuck and Ron.

Worst dealership ever! The salesman are terrible and don’t have good customer service. Jay, and Cam are supposed the managers, but couldn’t even accommodate me regarding my vehicle and did very little to help me. When I confronted them about the contract they, lied several times, even after I explained to them that the contract said otherwise. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Wonderfully helpful & friendly staff. I appreciate Zach honoring my time by suggesting I take care of radio issue the same day as my oil/tire checkup. And the shuttle is a wonderful service!! The shuttle driver was so kind & personable. I was able to be dropped off and picked up at my favorite coffee shop while I waited for my car to be serviced. A refreshing experience compared with all my past Car repair experiences elsewhere... night & day difference. I was in town for the weekend and had a bad brake issue that I called in the night before, and he squeezed me in the next morning and fixed my brakes and some other issues on the spot! Everything was great! Service was excellent! Only complaint is that they did not rotate my tires which is supposed to be part of the oil change...So i find out on the way home that they didnt rotate because they couldnt find the my wheel lock, on the invoice it states missing wheel lock...Its not missing its in the center console in the top tray! All they had to do is come to the lobby and ask!! I waited there!!!! Zach knew we were there they could have come and ask me hey wheres the wheel lock…

Outstanding service from these guys. Patsy and Amos and the team at Sam Packs really went above and beyond for me and my new Bronco Sport. They stayed in touch with me while stock was in transit and made sure to let me know when my model arrived. The price was fair and my trade in fair as well. It was especially refreshing after a horrible experience at Westway where I was quoted MSRP over the phone and then drove out there to find a $7500 market adjustment added and about $3000 short on my trade in.Patsy went above and beyond and delivered the new car to me personally. You would expect the cost of doing business here to cost more than the local shops. This was not the case. You would expect them to be so busy that personalized friendly customer care isn’t possible… also not the case.They were extremely busy when I arrived. Someone picked me out of all the hustle and bustle going on and offered to assist within 15 seconds of walking in. Service was friendly. I was told it would take an hour and I was paying and walking out of the door with my car finished in that promised timeframe.In the past if work was going to take longer they alway offer me a ride. Excellent service department. It’s called Five Star Ford, but that’s just them being humble.

Very unhelpful staff. 6 months after purchasing a 2020 Explorer, the car overheats without warning. I was quoted a 5-day wait until I receive a basic diagnostic. This does NOT include the time to fix the car. After having to ASK for a loaner car (not offered), I was told a sob story of why they had none, despite my car being within the factory warranty. Afterwards, I was offered a $10 Lyft credit for 5+ days without a car. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Took my vehicle in to get an electrical issue fixed under warranty. Service was great. I sent my son out to pick up a wiring harness for a 4x4 shifter that is located on the differential, he ended up talking to a service guy by mistake who was insulting and offered no help other than a service tech would need to look at it and it would take from 1-30 hours to fix it. All he needed to do is send my son to the parts department . Not everyone is familiar with the ins and outs of working on these trucks why cant you guys be nice and give the kid a break and try to help instead of being a smart a55 and rude. We will not be back to that dealership, Ill drive to McKinney before go back to lewisville.

Just called the parts department looking for prices and part numbers. Was put on hold pretty normal. Get picked up by parts department and tell them Im looking for prices and part numbers and immediately put back on hold. Finally get someone to ask for a VIN number. Right back to hold. Comes back and asks what I need. I tell him and without saying anything Im back on hold. He comes back and I tell him I need a part number and Im told they dont give out part numbers. Why waste my time? Why put my on hold 10 times in the span of 8 minutes to waste my time? The most unprofessional parts department Ive used.

Then not even two days after I gave them a GREAT review, wanted o schedule spay in Bedliner, but the guy in charge was WORHLESS! TOOK two attempts to get in touch with him, he never set anything up for me. SAM PACK FORD got their 5 STAR review then got what they wanted no need to act like a FIVE STAR business.

Im posting this to give a shout out to Zach Nixon in service. My F-150 is in for service at a different shop, when I was given an estimate for repair I thought it was unreasonably high. Zach took a few minutes to walk me through it, knowing the vehicle was at a competitor. He advised me the price given was actually fair market price. His willingness to help and his honesty are refreshing, and I appreciate him for it. At some point in the near future Ill be replacing this truck and Ill give 5 Star every opportunity for the sale. Ive bought and sold dozens of vehicles over the years and experience shows I deal with Service departments far more than new vehicle sales. Thanks again Zach.

Identity theft!! Unfortunately I feel victim to identity theft directly caused by this company. I went to purchase a vehicle one day but the problem was I was very ill, no I should not have gone that day. I had already picked out my suv, filled out the paperwork had all necessary ids copied and ready for the transaction to be quick and smooth. The sales associate was kind and knew my situation as we had already purchased a truck for my husband a few days prior to this. Unfortunately I was really ill and just couldnt complete the transactions as it was taking longer than expected and we needed to leave and just get to the hospital, so we left and we unfortunately left ALL the paperwork as well. We really did not think about the paperwork as we just simply thought it would be destroyed since the transaction did not go thru. Fast forward a few weeks to when we began to get mail asking about extended warranties about this suv?? We didnt think much about it since we didnt purchase it, we just thought it was strange but ignored it. Time went by but still the letters and calls persisted. Well then we got a big shock!! I got a notice from an inbound lot stating that I need to come pick up MY SUV since it was towed from Greenville Ave or it would be put up for auction. The letter shows the vin # my name listed as the owner and all relevant details securing that I AM IN FACT the owner of the suv from the dealership the months prior. You see this dealership gave my paperwork to some other person allowing them to use my identity to purchase the exact suv I was going to purchase but not only that but they walked out with my identity information now I am fighting a whole mess of credit issues this person has wracked up and continues to wrack up. I have tried to contact the GM but he has refused to return my call. If you go and do not purchase a vehicle DO NOT leave an copies take them with you because you to my fall victim of identity theft!!
