EditedDo not take your vehicle here. I have been to this location to have my car fixed and had to go back 3 times afterward and it still isnt fixed. They didnt give me updates on my car while they had it in the first place so we ended up having to call to check on the status. When we called the guy on our case, he had an attitude with us about it. We got my car back and the molding on the side was peeling off. I called and got it back in. When they had it, they glued the bent molding back on. Since it was bent, it ended up coming right back up. This continued to happen. The last visit, they told me that they were ordering a new molding and would call me when it comes back in and that they were billing the insurance company. A week later, our insurance company called us to ask about the car and had no idea that we were going through all of this. They never contacted our insurance company. They never called to let us know anything. I later noticed that one of my headlights is constantly fogged up and that one isnt shining straight when its on. Do they know what theyre doing here?!After posting this, I got a call from Adam, the manager. We spoke of the issues that I had and he asked me to go back over there for them to be taken care of. Two days later, I went over there and he no longer worked there. I spoke to the new manager who got the issues all taken care of, it seems. A big thank you to Oscar!This is how they, fixed the headlight alignment. They also apparently never check places that they think you wont look at. There are still broken pieces on my car that they never fixed. At this point, theyre wasting my gas and time for me to go back and forth. Its ridiculous that they do such a horrible job. Its not okay for them to talk badly about their customers in front of other customers either. I should have waited another two weeks and went to Caliber Collision. This is definitely the worst body shop out there!And apparently they deleted the picture that I posted as proof of their horrible job so Ill keep reposting because everybody deserves to know just how terrible of a job they really do.
Hands down, 10/10.. Everyone was so helpful from drop off, to pick up! It was so easy to work with you guys and trust that everything would go smooth. As an insurance agent, I know full and well, first hand, what a nightmare a claims process can be, and this was SOO far from that. Even having my deductible updated from collision to uninsured motorist was like the simplest thing ever. (And I know that it can be like pulling teeth adjusting deductibles sometimes) You guys are a great team with great customer service! I will recommend your location to anyone I can! Thank you so much!!Oh and my vehicle was done ahead of the 2/28 estimated completion date. Even better. :)
My advisor Audrey walker kept me informed on my vehicle on the daily. I like the text messages on the status of my vehicle. It keeps me informed. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and Audrey got my car done Friday. Everyone was so nice to me.
Can I give a zero star?? After service I pointed out with the service advisor several defects that still existed. He circled them with a paint pen and assured me they would be fixed. I gave the body shop time to correct the issues but after returning it to them twice and then running out of time on my rental, I was told that the poor job they did was the best they could do by there service advisor. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for service. Run from these guys. I still have damage to my car that they didn’t fix.Response from service king: Response from the owner 3 weeks agoHello James. This is there business model at this location. The only way they could make it right with me is to mail me a check for my deductible!!!! I will never do business with them again. Service King & Jennifer did a FANTASTIC job, and I am not the easiest to please! The communication was outstanding! The work was done well and they wanted to make sure everything was just right. I had 2 accidents 6 weeks apart that involved body work in the same general area. Service King was very professional and courteous in making repairs, working with 2 insurance claims and helping me arrange onsite car rental. They were able to complete work 2 days ahead of schedule and restore my 16 yo car to look beautiful again. I was considering selling it, but now I will keep it a little longer. AWESOME JOB Staff at Service King!
Zach Stewart was awesome! He walked through everything with me every step of the way and kept me updated consistently with progress. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful overall. I will for sure be returning here if I need any work done in the future.
Perfect job! My car was finished a week early and looks brand new! Brian kept in touch with me throughout the entire process!!EDITI had to return to Service King. 😐Zach Stewart was very helpful and kept me informed the entire time!! They even fixed a small problem that another body shop had tried to cover up. If you want quality work and service, I highly recommend Service King for any and all repairs.

Great service and nice staff. They even did alittle more than I paid for like cleaning the interior and buffing scratches. They made one mistake but are taking care of it at no extra cost the next day.
If I could give 0 I would. This place looks horrible and everyone was very unprofessional. They mad me wait 30 minutes just to tell me that they never told me what they told me Friday. Treated me like trash and basically called me a lier. I will never set foot in this hell hole again.

Find another repair shop!Horrible customer service, didnt keep me informed during the repair process and after. I had a part that wasnt completed and my top wasnt installed properly, supposed to call and arrange a time to fix, 3 months later nothing. Manager supposed to call, nothing.
