They have really good prices on trailer and truck rentals. Plus the guys that work there are great people.

I never rented a truck from them, but I dropped one off and the lady there was one of the kindest people I have ever met.

Called this location to ask a random question about my reservation only to find out that they are no longer a Budget truck rental office (my move is just over a week away!!). NOBODY NOTIFIED ME! Had I not called, I would have shown up on the day of the move only to find out then. Budget says it was the locations responsibility to contact me. The location says it is Budgets responsibility. Been tossed around to a number of customer service agents working on the issue but no answers. No one at Budget willing to take responsibility for the problem and actually fix it without me having to drive an hour and a half to Spokane to another Budget location. At the end of the day, Im the one being screwed. NEVER rent from Budget!!!!!!
