Guaranteed rental with a reservation right? well think again I call 8 days in advance set a reservation for a 15ft box truck they say they will have it. Just to make sure I call 3 days before the move to confirm that they will have it again they say they do, only to call the very next day to say they don’t have any trucks at all now nor will they by the next 2 days but I can wait till next weekend or I can drive to Kamiah by tomorrow and pick one up? What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t uphold there side of the deal I wouldn’t recommend u haul to anyone they will just give you the run around and by the end of it you’ll have to call someone else anyways.

Bob was literally the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Not friendly, not accommodating. An attitude if I’ve ever seen one. Not exactly the way you should treat a customer spending money at your business.

Very upset with what happen today at this place I called a week in advance to reserve A u haul and went to pick it up today and they told me it was 40 miles away now I have to pay for the extra 40 miles on the u haul to get it back to town and drive out of my way backtrack and im now 2 hours behind schedule plus im paying people to help me move so now there seting around im not happy with this place and will never recommend it to anyone

Was OK didnt like that they werent open till 10 oclock a.m. on Saturday wished it was open a little earlier

Rent your truck here! I had a rental reserved with one of the other uhual dealers in Lewiston and when I got there the uhual guy wasnt there so they wouldnt rent me my truck. I called these guys at 525 pm and they got me right in and set me up with the truck I needed. Awesome people to work with. If you need a truck get it here.
