I have been doing business with united rentals now for over a year and I also bought a great backhoe and have been doing amazing with the help of united rentals. Ryan, Dustin, Jeremy and the rest of the team treat me like family and I will always recommend them.
Machine overheated within 25 minutes of beginning operation.
Always very helpful and friendly
The equipment i rented was in good condition and worked fine. customer service wasnt bad but also wasnt great. The only issue i have is the over inflated delivery fee of $150 when the jobsite was only 6.1 miles from their shop. Ive never paid more then $65 for delivery from any other rental company before not even from other United rentals. So next timei will just have to go get the equipment myself, much cheaper.
