Keystone was hired to remove a large tree in front lawn, they were the best price I had. They removed the tree and stump over two days. After the stump grindings started to wash away there was a very large root and part of the stump remaining that was above the surface. I called Keystone asking to take care of this. I received a call back a few days later stating they would be out by the end of that week. That was a month ago. Since then I have tried calling, no one answers the phone and the voicemail is full and not excepting messages. I have subsequently hired another company to grind the remainder of the stump out. I gave them the opportunity to finish the work but after a month of be non-responsive I had to pay for the job to be done.I guess thats what I get for going with the lowest price. I tried to keep the business in the area but if this is how this company does business, beware. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
Keystone removed three trees and stumps for me recently. The largest of the trees was in a very confined space between two home and a lot of electrical and cable wires and my neighbors three sheds were right below the tree. They did a great job and accomplished it in a very quickly. The crew was great and left the property as it was when they arrived. Unlike other firms Ive heard about, not a single thing was damaged. They also had the most competitive price of the three quotes I received.
