The crew showed up and was ready to work! We had a cherry blossom removed from the front, that was rotted and dying. They did a great job removing the stump, and leveling everything back out. Great job! Will definitely recommend Jim’s to friends and family!

Three years ago I called a few tree services to remove four trees from our South Philly backyard. Some didnt even want the job because of how difficult it was. Jim the actual owner came to assets the trees and said they deal with my kind of situation all the time. Which was called a rats nest. His friendly crew, who was lead by Jims brother who is also a veteran, showed up on schedule and communicated everything they were going to do. They used real equipment, did not damage anything, and cleaned up all of the scrap wood.

Jims Tree Service was wonderful! I recommend them very highly. I hired them to remove 7 trees and trim dead wood from several others. A crew of 5 spent the entire day at my home and was professional, courteous, communicative and the men worked very hard. The price was fair and the end result very satisfactory. The next time I need a tree service, I will absolutely call Jim!

After the last hurricane one of my trees was damaged and needed to be removed as well as an old dead ash tree. A friend who had used Jims in the past mentioned them to me. I researched and had them give me an estimate. The estimate was very fair so I scheduled the removal. All of my interactions with Jims was professional and pleasant. They came out and worked their magic (or artistry) in removing two large trees that were very close to structures. Watching in fascination from inside the house I was amazed at the care they took in making sure no branches were falling anywhere near any structures. When they were done, the yard looked amazing. They left the yard cleaner than it was before they came! The crew were very friendly, professional and showed obvious expertise when it comes to tree removal.

Jims did a great job taking down a very dead tree and grinding the stump.

The crew did a fantastic job taking down 2 trees . Crane operator took out my tv dish on roof tho. He didnt tell me that. They cleaned up the yard afterward also. Great bunch of guys.

Talk about customer service. In this day in age good, even mediocre service is what we as consumers expect. Well not with Jims Tree Service. I called the office and informed them that part of a tree broke off and was supported by another part of the it. I was afraid that one good gust of wind would take it down. The last thing I need to worry about is a tree falling on someone or my home. Jim understood the importance and put me on his already booked schedule for the next day.They came out the next day as promised, gave me an affordable quote and put me on the schedule right away. When the gentleman arrived to take the trees down (I needed another taken down as well) they couldnt be more pleasant. Again the customer service was A+ from the time they arrived to clean up.You can expect excellent customer service from your first phone call to the crew. I highly recommend using them for all of your tree services. Jims Tree Service still believes in impeccable customer service. Other businesses could learn a thing or two from them!
