Perfect Pools installed a inground pool with a slide, lights and heater in 2020. From start to finish, I was impressed with the level of work and communication that Mike and his team provided during the process. Mike made every stop of the process easy to understand. I highly recommend Mike and his team for the installation of a pool. I am also very happy with the service from his daughter Kelli and wife Lisa. They are all very well versed in the maintenance of a pool and so responsive when you contact them via text, email or phone.

We had a great experience with Perfect Pools from our first meeting throughout our installation and beyond. Mike came to our house for the consultation and provided an estimate right on the spot. He was great to work with and spent the time to get to know us and how we would use our pool. He educated us about different types of pools, sizes and shapes. Mike also helped us estimate all of the various costs that go into building a pool including the fence, landscaping, permits, concrete, electrical and gas lines. His estimates were very accurate and knowing this information up front helped us plan and understand the total project cost.Mike helped us with every facet of the project, from getting the survey, applying for permits to getting us connected with trusted contractors and making sure we were prepared for the next step. Mike was also great helping us navigate Lower Makefield Township permits process and regulations. Our pool was recently completed and we love it! Wow. I got to say they are amazing. Mike helped us out with everything from chosen the right pool for our yard with in our budget to helping us fill out the permit paperwork. I don’t think even when he was busy installing pools did he ever not pay attention any questions we had. And trust me I’m a picky person. Lol but to sum it up I will always refer anyone I know that needs a pool or supplies to him. The installers he recommends for installing the above ground pool were probably some of the most down to earth professional people out there. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Rude very rude people that work thereI walked into the store and there was only one person there.. I asked about Vacuum hands and products and the one employee that was there said ( i am tje only one in the store) I have no yime to tslk about things what do you need. Plus I have to put seven Palettes of items away. Do what do you need. I adked about shock. She said we are out. I afked when dome may come in and she said ot sure. Then rilled her eyes and walled away.

Perfect pools installed our in-ground vinyl pool 4 years ago. They did a wonderful job and coordinated great partners for the electric, fencing, landscaping and concrete. They setup the installers, the sand delivery, the pool delivery, and had a nice selection of professional, certified, and reasonably priced electricians to get the proper power sources needed for optimal pool operation. Mike came over to look at out property and spent almost 2 hours designing, suggesting, and giving my husband and I great information on Bensalem requirements to proceed. Mike took care of everything. Scheduling, applying for permits, coordinating with gas, electric, concrete to make this process as smooth as it can go. He made our yard a beautiful sanctuary within our budget. Mike continues to guide us on maintaining proper chemistry and general maintenance, he answers emails promptly and is always a call away.

Perfect Pools is a great family company if you are looking for a pool! The owner Mike takes the time to explain everything up front about costs and what may come up. There are no hidden fees. His crew is also fantastic -they worked continuously though massive heat and also endured hitting water and many roots, but nothing stopped them!!! Mike was great with answering ALL of my MANY questions and I did have MANY!! Any emails that I sent he responded to quickly and when his crew was on site they were also very helpful with any questions we had. When sitting down with Mike in the beginning I told him about my daughters party in beg of Aug and he said it would be no problem, he would have water running in the pool before the end of July. Mike and his crew came though on their word - my daughter, her friends and our family enjoyed a great birthday with a perfect pool!!! A big thank you to Mike and his crew for everything you did!!!

Ok, so I was duped into buying a house 8 years ago with a 25 year old in-ground pool which hadnt been properly maintained. My bad. Luckily, I found Mike at Perfect Pools, and he has been there for me whenever Ive had a problem - and big ones Ive had: liner, filtration, skimmer box and plumbing line replacements among the more significant. In every case, Mike and his crew have been timely, professional and fair in getting the repairs completed. Mikes knowledge, technical skill and professional integrity make Perfect Pools Leisure Center the only place I consider when I have pool troubles. As one with real experience in pool problems, I am, sadly, well qualified to make a recommendation in this area!

She had never met myself or my husband to even know what our financial situation is. She should never be allowed to call potential customers. I was appalled and insulted.

Perfect Pools did a good job putting in my unground pool. However after the pool was put in that is when the really bad customer service showed up. They are all about the additional sales and the customer service is extremely poor. You literally have to leave messages up on match it message is for someone to return your call. When they do return a call to make you feel like its your fault and not theirs. When you do get a hold of Mike he directs you to the south entrance door and asked to speak to Lisa and Lisa is never available. There are others who had warned me about this sort of a service with them... however, I still wanted to try them out. I now realize that I was wrong. I would not recommend anyone to have a pool placed or service of the pool with this company. Please check into all the additional expenses that come there after and the lack of service for sure.

I was told his company was good. But we had the pool put in, in 2015, and every year since then they have given us the run around.. they dont answer or return calls. They dont show up on the scheduled opening or closing day of pool when theyre supposed to and again this year were still waiting. They were supposed to come out to open my pool this year on Thursday May 10, there was NO RAIN in our forecast and for some reason they never came or called. Only responded to us after my husband texted them 2xs and were still waiting for our pool to be opend.. I would not recommend this company for services. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.

Fast service, friendly, and got what you need

It goes without saying perfect pools did a great job. So just to write a review and say “what a great job they did “would read the same as all the other reviews. So I have to tell you about my situation, See I live in Philadelphia on a one-way street. The house is a twin with only 6ft between the side steps and the fence. So to get to my backyard you have to drive your equipment up over the front yard up another hill between the houses then through a tight 6ft pass and down a steep grade to a 40x60 deep yard with no back accesses. (And a crazy neighbor) So he had to stay off of her side.I had gone to another pool installer before I knew about Mike and Perfect Pools. The company on RT413 Googled Earth my property. Basically they looked at my street on the map and turn me away.My brother and sister-in-law where also in the market for a pool. They did their research and found Mike and Perfect pools (read there review Jeannie M). So we gave Mike a call.Mike took the time to come out to my house and see how he could make my wife’s dream come true.We had a 16.5x32.5 pool installed with over dig of 3ft around the pool he barely had any room to work. Needless to say we didn’t start out with the pool we ended up with. We change our minds about ten times the week before the big dig. Mike was great about our indecision. Because of lack of room he had to work in tight quarters.Mike referred his concrete and fence contractors they also did a perfect job.I still have some landscaping to do and three months after mike was done I need some dirt to fill an area around the side of the pool. Mike had no obligation to help me out BUT HE DID thanks for the dirt.First time pool owner Mike has been more than helpful with how to take care of it.So if you’re considering getting a pool and want to see Mikes work, just have him contact me and arrange to come see it.
