As a long time pool owner, I wish I had known about this store sooner! Marina and her staff take the time to listen to each customer and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Greg is a great pool service tech! Hes pleasant, professional and thorough, but ready to patiently answer each question without being condescending. They all seem to take customer service very seriously which is a welcome change from other pool supply stores and service companies I have dealt with over the years. Also, I recently bought a new backwash hose from them and it is far superior to the ones I have purchased at the other local pool supply store which rip and need to be replaced every season. I will never go to that other store again now that I have found Kenwood.

Don’t shop here if you’re not white or from the neighborhood!!! You will be followed and asked numerous times can I help you. You will racial profiled as if you’re gonna steal pool supplies up your bike shorts!Reply to owner!! I’m very insulted that I was followed around your store and asked 3 times could I be helped when I already told you I was looking for a few things! And no you don’t do this to all customers because I’ve been in your store numerous of times. You don’t even have enough employees to follow customers around the way you did me. Stop racial profiling customers!!! Stop selling over price items!!!

They offer a great selection of pools, filters, motors, accessories, pool toys, etc. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Ive gotten great deals with pools and motors, I recommend Kenwood Pools.

I like going there the owner is so sweet, knows his stuff about pool problems and how to fix them I go there for all my pool stuff and his expertise. Great place.

I have been a customer at Kenwood Pools for years. Recently I went in to purchase an item for my pool and was going to use me debit card because I did not have any cash on hand. They have a minimum of $15.00. I left the store and shopped elsewhere where they accepted my purchase for just under $15.00. Went back in to buy another item under $15.00 with my debit card but had to walk out and purchase the item eksewhere. Oh well their loss.

This place is the definitive pool store! Between their knowledge, supplies, and customer service; I cant think of another place to go as a pool owner. A absolute one stop shop!

Outstanding service and knowledge! Went to the store to buy a new pool filter pump and after a few questions from the owner he asked me to bring in the old pump and proceeded to get it working again and only charged $25. I saved ~$275 and he gained a customer for life.

Absolutely clueless. I asked for a debris bag for a Pentair Kreepy Krauler and they had no clue what I was asking for. Her reply was “ if it’s not made by Polaris I don’t know what you want “ I then asked for a quick disconnect fitting for the pool side jets, Again, same reply “ if it’s not made by Polaris I don’t know what it is “ Bawhahaha, broken record, I’m going to Leslie Pool from now on !

Beware!!! Do not trust these people if your looking to buy a pool. They told us we had a 30 year warranty on our pool. One year later, yes, only one year later after spending thousands of dollars we get a hole from rust and they tell us there is nothing they can do!!!DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The always have what I need in stock, and lately it has been a part or two. Prices are good and staff is knowledgeable. I can run in and out and not have to drive around to other stores. Convenient and neighborly.

I had a problem with my pump, mark told me to drop it and him and staff repaired it. One day down. Thank you guys very much. Best place for pools and supplies.

Purchased an Aluminum Above Ground pool with a large deck from Kenwood Pools have only high praises for them. Shop around at 3 other stores, none of them had the knowledge these guys. Most places just said our pool is the best and then trashed all of the other stores. Kenwood Pools never trashed talk,but did explain the difference between all of the other manufactures I was looking at, and then explain the feature and benefits of their pools. Trust me! the process of buying a pool is VERY frustrating they make it very easy to understand. They gave us the best value and this summer has been great. Side note not just a great place to buy a pool, but they have a well stock store, fair prices and very knowledgeable sale staff. I would highly recommend this store its worth the trip!

Mark, who is the co-owner is shifty, in my opinion. We bought our pool there some years back and he didnt even mention a salt-water option, as opposed to the added expense of having to buy chlorine all the time. I would think that if someone is making a major purchase in the thousands of dollars, that would be important, right? We learned this accidentally on the internet! Marina, the other owner, (who actually seems scared of her husband, Mark) is sweet, very helpful, and doesnt try to sell you stuff you dont need for your pool, which I appreciate. The store is clean and neat. Prices are high, however.

We bought our above ground pool at Kennwood 6 yrs ago. The owners always remember us when we stop in for supplies and amazingly even remember the pool model and size we bought. They are very knowledgable and always have what we may need in stock. Weve sent a few friends there. A pool was something new to us and the folks at Kenwood made and still make it a very enjoyable investment!

After 19 years of buying propane from this location (5 stars until recently), they have earned 1 star and forced me to drive 4 miles further to a place off bristol-oxford valley road. I tried 4 times to get my tank filled at Kenwood. The first and last times I was told that there was no one there who could fill the tanks (seems like she should learn?). The two other times I rushed to get there to find they were closed (I did get there just minutes before closing time to be fair but was there before). So, they lose my $20 sale every how often I need propane. No big deal. Have a nice day.

We have 2 yellow jugs from kennwood. We asked to return 1 and fill the 2nd. Even though they are only one using yellow they refused and guy was cocky about it. My neighbor warned me not to go there. Terrible customer service.
