Once again, Bob and George did a great job closing up our pool for the season. They are professional, prompt, personable, and extremely capable. It really shows that they know their stuff and enjoy making sure their customers are well taken care of. Dave is super-responsive and a good communicator as well. Highly recommend these guys! It has been a crazy year and they still got my pool and deck done with plenty of summertime left. Dave was always responsive and upfront. Crew worked hard in almost 100° heat for 10+ hours and did an amazing job.

Great group of guys! Cane out they were all friendly and did a great job putting up my pool! Really took the time leveling the ground to make sure it was perfect. Can not wait for the warmer weather to jump in. I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

Dave was very responsive from the first inquiry I submitted. His crew came as scheduled, got the job done quickly and at a reasonable price. Ihad already bought the pool so they did ground excavation, prepped the area and built up the pool. He gave me valuable advice & info as a newbie pool owner which I really appreciated. I even texted Dave a few weeks later with questions about the filter and first time pool opening. He replied quickly & was very helpful. I would recommend and will definitely call them again if ever I need pool services.

They do not service above ground pool however, the woman i spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable about how to fix my problem.If she was able to talk me through my problems, they must be outstanding at repairing and maintaining inground pool.. thank you so much for helping me

When the liner on my above ground pool ripped due to a rusted support, I had absolutely no luck finding somebody who would come and fix the problem. I was thrilled when I found Above Ground Pools LLC. They did a great job fixing the pool and replacing the liner! THEY SAVED SUMMER! If you have an above ground pool in need of repair, look no further!

They dont answer the phones so I dont know how good or bad they are.

Dave and his crew saved my 15x52 above ground pool from complete collapse.. but wait, theres more..They then came back out and dismantled my poorly constructed pool, leveled the ground and reassembled it properly in a half day at an affordable price. 🤗🤗 They were so nice Im having them open my pool when its time.Im sooo ready to get in it!! Installed an above ground pool for my family and couldnt have done any better! Great pricing, great people, great company!!! The pool package they put together for me was all top of the line products and great quality! They also did stone landscaping around the pool for us which looks great. We used these guys to repair a wall that burst on our above ground pool, they were quick, efficient, clean and very friendly. The repaired wall and new liner looks great and it was drastically cheaper than replacing the whole pool! They answered our initial request for information very quickly and were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I hired them to do a pool liner replacement for me on which they did an awesome job but their customer service is at zero. They do not respond to emails and when you call no one answers the phone and their voicemail is always full. No one wants to deal with a company they can’t reach.

Our pool was severely damaged over the winter because another company did not close the pool properly and the pool wall split! Called multiple companys and they all told us it could not be fixed and we needed a new pool. My wife and I could not afford to buy a new pool. Finally we got ahold of Above Water and they told us they could fix it no problem! And they did exactly that and did a great job. Thank God for this company or me and my wife would not be swimming this summer!

I use them to put in a new liner, and I used them to close the pool down. I am very pleased they take their time,and they always do a very good job they care about what they do.

Wow! I dont normally write reviews, but these guys earned it and deserve it! I had a custom wood deck built on my pool by them and they did an amazing job! Not only are the great with swimming pools but they are also great carpenters. The deck is beautiful and my wife and I love it! The family will be using the pool alot more thanks to you guys. Very hard workers, and take alot of pride in their work and it shows! Thanks guys! I will be a customer for life!!

Painted my inground pool. Used an epoxy based paint and it turned out beautiful. They also repaired alot of surface damage and tiles that had fallen off and did a wonderful job! More than happy! Ive tried other paints on the pool including rubber paints and this epoxy paint they used is the way to go! Lasts a very long time and keeps its beauty when applied correctly so dont make the mistake of calling other pool companys, go with Above Water! Thank again guys, my husband and I are very happy with your work!

Pool looks nice and functions however, within a week the liner popped i 3 places and received the run around to get it corrected. Unprofessional matter... Does not return phone calls promptly, and during installation the crew left their cigarette butts all over my backyard along with their empty drink containers.

Avoid this company at all costs! The negative reviews are correct. Last used them a few years back and my pool ladder mysteriously got cemented in. Never came back to dislodge it before Winter. Had to hire another pool company to take care of THEIR MISTAKE! JOKE! Would have sued, but I work for a living and didnt want to take time from work because of their negligense. Is it worth it? NO! Please do not hire. Learn from my mistake and others! Use Kenwood. I have! Never looked back.
