I called about a 1 bedroom apartment in my price range that would soon be available. I told the agent my price range and we found one. I needed to put app. In and was aproved. I was told to put holding fee on it and also payed for 275.00 pet fee. When I got a copy of paper work the price went up 200 more then I was told. Of course I couldnt take it and was told prices go up daily. It has been over 6 weeks and no refund was sent on my pet fee. I get the run around. I was told the main management needs to issue refund. Well It is their job to handle it not mine. The office people were not very Professional. They also did not follow through in a timely manner on anything.I also feel that my holding fee should be returned becauseThey upped the price by so much.I called

Worst Experience Ever...Please stay away from this Complex. In addition to the expensive rent and utilities. They treat people like garbage. People in the office are very rude and mean and all they care about is collecting money. When something goes wrong and needs to be fixed, you will need to keep calling and asking 100 times before someone comes if at all. I decided just to leave and go to MiddleTown Trace Apartments and that was the best decision we have made.

Seven to ten days to replace a dishwasher is insane.December 17, 2020 - all the apartments around us that are less expensive are all nicely shoveled. Racquet Club didnt bother Honestly, saying the company they hired didnt show up is not an excuse. There are always other companies looking for work. The sidewalk around the office was nicely cleaned however....

Honestly this place wasnt that horrible up until the last few months. To start, this is easily the most tone deaf company imaginable. During the worst COVID months, they were constantly sending out payment reminders to all residents with phrasing like we know times are tough but rent is still due or were here for you but btw you will be charged a late fee if you pay after the 5th of the month. They offered things like pay small chunks instead of one payment as if that was actually going to help people. None of this really affected us as our jobs were not affected by the pandemic however it just felt insincere and tone deaf. Nearing the end of our lease, we were shopping for our first home and things took a bit longer than expected. We had to switch to a month to month lease which costed $500 more per month for the last couple months. Ive never lived somewhere that upcharged more than $100 extra after your initial lease ended. The last and most aggravating thing occurred after move out. We had replaced a light fixture and took down some vertical blinds which we fully expected to see charges for in our final invoice. What we did not expect was $300 for a brand new microwave. The microwave in the apartment did not have a button to open. You had to pull the handle in order to open it. About 2 weeks before moving out the small piece of plastic attaching the handle to the door cracked and eventually broke off. We were still able to use it and with only a couple weeks before moving we didnt bother putting in a maintenance request(maintenance routinely took a week or more to deal with anything that was not an emergency). We called and voiced our displeasure with the charge only to essentially be accused of this not being wear and tear (To be clear, we are both in our 30s with no kids. The only use this microwave handle got was from opening). We escalated this to corporate and this time we were essentially told that any damage to an appliance could be charged back to the resident (kind of defeats the purpose of renting). Bottom line, be extremely careful if you choose to rent from this company. They are only concerned with their bottom line and will nickel and dime you with reckless abandon. Im attaching a picture of the microwave handle as reference.

Please READ the 1 ⭐️ reviews, they are accurate.I had lived at this apartment complex for 5 years, 2015 through 2020, and paid my rent on time. Keep your move-in checklist and take photos for your records. The first two years were quiet, mostly friendly and professional under Home Properties. Harbor Group Management took over, and Racquet Club Apartments did a downward spiral fairly quickly.Red flag 🚩 If you do not mind living in close proximity to drug activity, people in and out all day long, all hours of the night into the early morning hours, the smell of marijuana coming through your vents (FYI, heavy perfume in their dryer did not work in their attempts to cover it up) or a warrant search of the neighboring apartment, then this is the right place for you. They listed my apartment as a preferred location after giving notice. Sure is, if youre looking for drugs, and don’t mind that people sleep in their vehicles and when they wake up, they urinate in the parking lot. That is just a very small peek into what goes on at Racquet Club.Red flag 🚩 The review that mentions the heroin needles in the parking lot is absolutely true. I’ve seen it, reported it to management early in the morning and it was still sitting there when I return from work. I had to contact the office once again for it to be removed. All of the above is allowed to continue because it is all about the apartment units being occupied rather than management properly addressing the issues at hand. The drug portion of the lease means absolutely nothing. This complex has become a haven for drug activity.Red flag 🚩 It took over a month to obtain approval and fix my kitchen from an outside wall leaking water under my kitchen floor. When they removed the flooring, there was a large area of mold. The smell from the mold was awful and lingered for weeks. Something was still not right in that apartment, as my allergies had worsened. Prior to the work being started, I was given only a fan to dry out the floor. I had to purchase an air purifier on my own to help with this issue, which i continued to use until moving out.Red flag 🚩 i waited, and waited, and waited some more to be able to live Un-inconvenienced in my apartment, which i might add never happened. Emails and calls went unaddressed under the second manager (the second of three managers with Harbor Group), I had no choice but to contact Corporate myself for answers.Red flag 🚩 They sent Sub-contractors in to do the work. I’ll just say this; consider being home to watch everything that is done in your apartment. Take photos for your records and keep detailed notes as I have, just in case you need to address it when you move out.Red flag 🚩 I still had water damage from the adjoining apartment’s “overflowing sink” on the ceiling in the living room when I left this apartment complex. i dealt with this damage for the remaining 4 months that i had lived there. Their remedy; yep, a fan to dry the ceiling. Fans are their famous go to for a quick fix. I could definitely go on, but I’m sure you get the big picture.Red flag 🚩 Having no water every couple of months was also a continuous issue. What a horrible experience at Racquet Club East under Harbor Group Management. I’m so glad this nightmare is over. Shame on you Harbor Group Management for allowing, which was once a nice place to live, turn into an unsafe, inadequately maintained place to live. The responses to the reviews are for the most part the same formatted response with very little change within the complex accomplished as they claim to want to do. Management should look up the meaning of “Stellar Service” before using it in their response, because it is far from it. why do you think there are so many people moving out?To be fair, The maintenance men are friendly And hard working, but unfortunately their hands are tied waiting for management to give the ok. they are not permitted do anything other than what management sees fit, emergency or not.Think twice before signing.

Filed and covered with snow, absolutely nothing was done after the snow storm Wednesday into Thursday evening, even leaving home this morning (Friday) there had still not been anything done. Walkways are still filled with snow and surely a fall hazard. The parking lots the same, unplowed, icy and snowy still. Very disappointed in the response to this storm that had been on the radar for days prior to its arrival. This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth for a place Ive been proud to call home for over 10 years. get it together Racquet Club!!

I have never experience issues alot of people have written about so dont always take one rude persons opinion seriously. There is no security, vehicle and home Break ins, and Heroin needles often litter the poorly maintained grass areas near the parking lots. What a shame. Oh, and they have the nerve to raise the rent $600 bucks every year. The new management should be ashamed of what they have let this place become.

This apartment complex is in a really nice area. 15 to 20 min away from all your essential needs. Walmart, target, Shopping malls and shopping centers. The apartments itself are really nice. The newly renovated apartments give you lots of closets space and the upgrades kitchen tops and cabinets are gorgeous. Updated appliances and some apartments come with a washer and dryer. One thing I love is the private entrance into your home. Also the gym facility is nice. Feels kinda like your own personal gym.

I have lived here for almost 4 years. Over the past 2 years, they have made this complex more of a community. They added a playground and lots of family activities like an Easter egg hunt, end of school year picnic and a Fathers day picnic which was all free to residents! The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. I feel very safe walking my dog at night. For the most part it has been a great place to live. over the years however I have noticed a decrease in customer service and the appearance of the community. No one seems to answer the phones anymore or call you back half the time. I did get a call back once from Keith about my work order which I appreciated. When you try to go into the office plan on being ignored. Last time I went up to renew my lease I had to wait while the lady in the back was trying to sell electric to someone. From what it sounded like she is also a rep for another company too. I don’t think we should have to be solicited by staff members also. We already get harassed by reps knocking on our doors. The landscaping has gotten worse and doesn’t look as manicured as it had in the past. Lights are always out and things take months to get fixed but if I’m late on my rent I get sent letters, called and receive texts by management.

Have lived here since October of 2018 - we had returned to the country from 5 years caring for my wifes parents in the Dominican Republic. All the public housing options had extremely long waits - and my wife is handicapped. The staff here worked with us knowing our situation and had us in within a few days with a nominal rent deposit - much less than others we looked at. The apartment was stunning new carpets and paint - we were sold with just one look. The maintenance is incredible - being old people we feel like they look after us - any issues are resolved within hours or the same day. This is a large reason we stay here as well as the quiet and friendly neighborhood. The office staff are extremely courteous and professional. You get what you pay for - rent is competitive but staff and maintenance superb.

I called their office and was surprised to learn that the manager is out of office till next week...My sincere recommendation to future residents - DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACEI want to give 0 stars but Google reviews doesnt allow me. I am really disappointed with the service and now I deeply regret moving to Racquet Club apartments. I moved in on 07/05/19 and their has not been a single day since then that I dont have to call office for maintenance work. I should have understood the unprofessional service culture from day 1 itself when leasing agent handed me wrong keys of the apartment!Today 07/13/19 finally the maintenance guys replaced faulty thermostat and fixed the broken capacitor that controls the fan switch. I am totally surprise that what did the management check in the apartment before handing me the keys? Day 1 the shower was not draining properly and knob to operate tap and shower was broken! This is ridiculous work ethics where these people dont care of the customers! Before going out to run errands on 07/13, I left my A/C on and came back after 3 hours to see the temperature of my apartment is 94 degrees! hotter than outside...temperature has been rising constantly since 3 pm today! Just in case if you guys dont believe me, below are the picture of my newly replaced thermostat.Instead, the on call emergency maintenance guy tells he cannot come as he is going on vacation. Today is 07/14/19 and still my A/C is not working!

Now it is time for us to finally move and we went back to racquet club and originally started working with Silvana again. she was so patient with us and so willing to work with us. she latter went on vacation and we started to work with Ashley. The leasing office was so friendly, warm and inviting when it came to getting me into the apartment. Once you are in the apartment, the leasing office lies, goes back on their word, is deceptive, late to respond to your requests or comes up with excuses as to why they have no interest in fulfilling your request. Despite paying so much money to live here, when something goes wrong and you asked to get it fixed they act like theyre doing you a favor. The guy they send to do the repairs says things that are very odd and inappropriate. The gym is a joke, the tv doesnt work, there are barely any channels, you have to pay to have access to it 5-11 pm and there is barely any equipment in there. There were two storms that happened where the power and heat went off for an entire day. Groceries are not cheap so imagine the stress of everything going bad and smelling and on top of that youre freezing cold but yet youre paying so much to live here. Also, the overall design of the apartments are very weird, it feels like these apartments were made to provide you with as little as possible and charge as much as possible. The apartment also fails to communicate very important things with residents, like changes in management and how that will affect residents. I honestly can go on and on. Overall, I wish I could give this apartment complex a 0 but to be generous, Ill give this place 1 star as they are prompt when it comes to snow removal.

PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING: Within this past 8 months we have not had water at least 4 separate times and most recently as Father’s Day June 2019. I left two messages with both the office as well as the emergency maintenance line and NO ONE has returned my calls. Currently we’ve not had water for over 24 hours and had to waste our morning trying to contact someone from the office. We’ve had guests over who could not shower, use the bathroom, or simply brush their teeth. The lack of effort from the leasing office and the maintenance staff was overwhelmingly surprising. Thankfully I’ve documented each of these incidents for future use. The property management company Harbor Group Management is by far the most inconsiderate, impolite, and simply uncooperative staff that I have ever seen. This is no exaggeration. It truly is a shame that this property had so much potential and now I guarantee that the entire staff has downright destroyed Racquet Club’s reputation as a whole. If this were a few years back, I am confident that these issues would not exist. Do not inquire about this apartment complex. According to the office the reason our rent each month is different is because our utilities are “included”. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone while the current property management in charge. These issues we’ve experienced are just the tip of the iceberg. I wish others had taken the time to honestly say what has really happened here and try to save others the hassle, debt & frustration. My fiancé had written a review in January of 2019 and the staff had asked us to remove our reviews! These reviews are to benefit the customer and potential renters, NOT for the staff to illustrate a false representation of what they actually do. Unfortunately there is far too much for us to list in a single review but our goal for this review is to try to inform others about the truth in hopes that others aren’t in the same situation as us. Thank you for reading 😄

Once I was out of the town for 3 weeks, and they left a note to tell me to move my car in the parking lot so they can get parking lots redone. If I dont move my car, they will tow my car, and I will have to pay for it. How am I supposed to get the notice when I am out of the town? They could surely send me an email or call/text me as well. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I’m not able to give zero. The management and customer service in this building is a disgrace.Firstly, the woman who we signed the lease with was extremely unprofessional. She was looking at her watch the entire time because they were “about to close.” I was on my way to the building from my old apartment an hour away and she emailed me, knowing I was driving, telling me I needed to fill these forms out before I got there because they were about to close. If we had known she was a representation of the entire staff, we probably would have looked elsewhere. My fiancé worked in apartment maintenance for a couple years. He knows what is supposed to be done to get an apartment ready for new tenants. The day we moved in, he compiled a list of all the things that weren’t done. The fire extinguisher was expired for over a year. Bugs in the lights. Nails/screws dropped in the carpet. That’s only to name a few. We put in a maintenance request to have all these things fixed, but requested them not to enter without one of us being home. We were able to get a couple things fixed, but my fiancé ended up pretty much fixing everything himself. I think that’s a disgrace. If you’re looking for professionalism and competence, this is NOT the place for you 👎🏼👎🏼

I am merely a week into being a resident at Raquet Club, however, that in no way affects my opinion or perception because I am a pretty good judge of character, so to speak, and the vibe was great from the moment I pulled into the parking lot!! I have a 2 bed 2 bath townhome which is absolutely perfect for myself and my son. The application process was harmless and without hiccup and I contribute that to Silvana, who is the most amazing representative for Raquet Club!! She was kind and full of compassion, as I had an emergency situation that required immediate attention. She was sympathetic to my needs while maintaining a very professional stance. Shes an angel, indeed!!My townhome was clean and I didnt notice any reason for concern. Definitely looking forward to spending a lot of time here!!!!

One of the Worst management people. When moving out they simply put penalty without any justification. They put me around $1600 penalty for moving out for simple scratch on Kitchen cabinet. Even I replace with high fidelity, it will not come that much and they were very arrogant when I ask to consider little bit and also I stayed there for 8 years. Not even single penny they reduced from penalty. For sure they will Rip you when moving out. I am from Apartment D18. Not at all recommended to this hell place

When i first moved into the Racquet Club Apartments in Levittown I was happy with the management. As management companies changed the quality for the care of the property declined. They have also gained the reputation of not returning security deposits. In my case this is true. I have been charged $100 for driving on the lawn. I have never driven on the lawn. Also some other fees for which are totally unclear. This has been so disappointing. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex.

She helped with my apartment selection and where to purchase quality furniture. I can say this,Christy Tomlinson has a very bright future!

An unfortunate end to an otherwise decent living arrangement. While waiting for our final bill I found out we were put into collections rather than sent the final bill, absolutely absurd and childish. I immediately paid the collection agency just as I would have paid this pathetic complex if they bothered to send the invoice they said they would. Mind you we had to have it adjusted as they tried to charge us for everything from the floor ( with burn holes when we moved in) to the tub stopper that was broken (by broken they meant it was set on the side of the tub because we requested one multiple times while living there and they couldnt be bothered to replace it). Also they screen residents, however somehow our screened neighbor and one of the reasons we vacated early required police response for both an attack and an overdose in a townhouse that shared a wall with our own. My daughter was not only afraid of the dangerous man but confused by the paramedics. At nearly 2k a month youd think they would do better.

This place is expensive. Charges for utilities whether you are here or not, only metered utility is electric, so all other, trash, water, sewer, gas is estimated. Overcharged. Children unattended, running around screaming, causing mischief. People come and go in parking lot blasting music from cars, usually in the evening, trucks coming that do not live here and the people root through the dumpsters. I feel the office just doesnt care. My advice, look elsewhere.

Horrible office staff, rude mangers, maintenance is done half way. After numerous complaints and requests for maintenance, the only reply was ohh we didnt get that request. Horrible place to live, I would not recommend this place to anyone at anytime. They also hold the rent, so it can be late, even when given to them before noon time so they can charge you extra. They kicked out a Senior Citizen, a disabled veteran, and a mother and child both with physical and mental disabilities because they were not willing to wait 24 more hours for rent payment in full.

This place is a joke. 2015-2017 Resisdent.Prepared to have smoke blown up your rear. They people who work in the office have NO IDEA what goes on there. They have the water shut off 5+ times a year from the county and give residents NO NOTICE. We have had it shut off while in the shower and have called for an hour with no response, just to have a recorded message call us back warning us the water MAY shut off. One of their employees sent EVERY maintenance request for our building to my door because she didnt know how to input them correctly. Shes been there for years. And that came straight from the MANAGERS MOUTH to me as the excuse why they keep waking me up.While living there, expect maintenance to randomly come in your apartment more than you mom did your room in highschool days. They say they can come in whenever they want without notice. Thanks for breaking into my privacy. I was on 3rd shift once and they came in while I was sleeping with no call notice. I wont even mention the rumors of how they treat pets if they come in and your arent home. The grounds are covered in dog poo that isnt picked up. and the office does nothing about it. They say they have no control.Washing machines broke multiple times we started using a laundry mat. You are SOL if they break on the weekend. Same with the gym door. They dont care. When you move out, just give them your bank account #s, cause thats what they are billing you for. We Scrubbed that place clean. Vacuumed, Spackled walls, took off all scruffs on doorways and they still nailed us with the most petty charges. The rent went up every year as expected but they started charging dumpster fees and silly things when the dumpsters were always FULL from them replacing residents. Take notice how many moving out trucks are always there when you drive by.I know you think the choices are slim picking in this area, but man, do not make the mistake we did. Dont choose here. Youll regret it like we do.

(Simple example - no water access in kitchen since Wednesday. Solution we will send some one on Monday) property management instead of replying sorry just imagine not having water in kitchen on wednesday, thrusday, friday, saturday, sunday and monday (maybe) understand the severity show some respect and empathy. Team here goes blindly by books or at their own discretion on determining what an emergency request. Will Move out @Hg living management will not be extending the lease.

I lost air conditioning on 8/27 and still have not had it fixed.I called emergency maintenance. My experience has been beyond atrocious. I had to leave multiple messages before anyone showed up. Moreover, the maintenance employee was unprofessional and foul mouthed. He was unable to fix the air conditioning but promised me that someone would fix it yesterday. When I came back from work yesterday the air conditioning still had not been repaired. I left numerous voicemails again and finally he returned my call. He stated “I don’t know what to tell you. You might never get air conditioning what can i say.” Then he hungup the phone. They gave me a non functioning portable air conditioner that they said they would replace on the night of August 27th. They never did. It is unsafe to be living in this apartment.Additionally, to paint the whole picture of this apartment I want to add another incident that occurred here. I was doing laundry and the laundry machine caught on fire. These are the laundry machines that are shared. The fire department came and the weekend manager also arrrived.I lost over $200 dollars worth of clothes. I was verbally abused by the weekend manager and he decided to use my ethnicity as a reason as to why this happened.I am beyond frustrated with this apartment complex.

My girlfriend and I have been living in this apartment complex for just shy of 2 years and we have ran into multiple issues. I’ll start out by saying the maintaince and grounds crew do a nice job and once the appointment is made for them to come service apartments it goes smooth. There seems to always be a disconnect between them and the management team as the maintaince people have attested to personally on a number of occassions. However, the customer service is non existent with the management team. Cristy is awesome she always does what she says she will do and makes every effort to accommodate our request or concerns. The rest of the team needs to brush up on their people skills. I have called a number of times with concerns and instead of coming to a common ground the other employees are combative and aggressive without trying to resolve the issue. Needless to say, these are some pretty poor qualities for a property management team. During our time here management has changed hands a number of times and it seems like the organization of the Racquet Club is done on the fly with no real structure. When we moved in there was a number of issues with our appartment which we filled out on the move in sheet and was eventually addressed. We are thankful for that, but of course they put up a fight about fixing some of our issues even though clearly we were not to blame as we just moved in. For example, all of our outlets had to be relaced nothing was working when we plugged in our electronics, we had a HUGE hole under our sliding door that leads to our balcony where insects were getting into our appartment (this specifically took over a year for them to come fix), we had 4 light bulbs that were out the day we moved in. Now to the naked eye this may not seem like a big issue but when we called their response was “we can’t control the life of the light bulbs” I was particularly upset with this remark as now it is my responsibility to purchase and replace these bulbs that the previous renters used. A good management team would replace the bulbs and make sure everything works properly before new tenants move in but instead they made us feel like this was our fault and they could do nothing to resolve this issue. For these reason I give my 2 star review and believe me this is generous. If you are considering moving here i would HIGHLY recommend reading all of the 1-3 star reviews as they are quite accurate. To be fair there are a handful of things we truely enjoy about this place; awesome location, neighbors are friendly, pet friendly, they clean the grounds well with snow removal, cutting grass what have you..but they need to make Cristy in charge and let everyone else go..if you move here you will quickly see. Do your research and take everything with a grain of salt—because they will most certainly ruffle your feathers if you call with any type of question or concern.Best of luck!

It came to my attention that they had breed restrictions such as pit bulls, german shepard’s, american bulldogs etc... I have seen numerous people with pit bulls. My neighbor has a pit bull and a family that lives in the building across from me has a pit bull. Another person that lives across has a german shepard!! I’m not sure what type of shady buisness that these people do to allow other people to have pit bulls but not me. I wanted to rescue a pit bull and make it my therapy dog due to my panick attacks from my anxiety and depression. I am extremely disappointed

The only thing we moved to Racquet Club was that we heard management and matainence facility are so good and ontime.. but after coming here it is totally false. We live in 2 bed 2 bath. Our hall way bathroom tub and sink both were clogged and water isnt going in. I raised service request two weeks back and called management office multiple times. Most of the times it went to voice mail and two times I was told that it wont be considered as an emergency request as we have two bathrooms.. well, I explained them my mother is staying with us and she wont use the master bedroom as it has only standing shower and very small..its been two weeks by today and after so much of furstration I am writing this review. And well my mom fixed both the sink and bathroom by herself.. when she tried to clean the sink, she found couple of small rubberbands inside the faucet (usually small kids wear those kind of bands). I am pretty sure they were from past residents and nothing was cleaned properly when they were vacated..To the Management : I am paying rent for whole house not for single bathroom.. and having less matainence guys is not our problem... and please try to have some meaningful excuses rather than telling us its not an emergency..

Its overpriced, definitely. The walls are relatively solid (at least from my experience). The balcony is definitely nice. One problem I had was when moving out. I keep requesting actual documentation for damages they claim to have but its almost like pulling to get concise information or anything that could actually prove the charges that theyre claiming. One call had them making excuses as to why they needed to replace the ENTIRE apartments carpet from minor wear and tear with another one actually a result of my cats problem for which they wont even apply the pet deposit to help pay for the damage theyre claiming. I had the entire carpet shampooed and treated with the company getting out what they could EVERYWHERE. Theyre telling me that with the one room where the cat was that had a problem that they need to replace the ENTIRE apartment and made little nitpicks about small places around the room that most people wouldve ignored.I dare any of you to find carpet places that require you to replace an entire house of carpet in one big sheet which is what theyre claiming....IDK.... It just seems suspicious to me and when I ask for actual details, I get basic emails with nothing corroborating it. When I ask for those documents, Im told that *I* need to go ask 3 different people for it. No. If you want to charge me for something, you have to get me the documentation...... *what a nightmare*Anyway, I never really caused them any noticeable problems when I lived there as I usually kept to myself, but the neighborhood there is littered with people who harass me because Im LGBT threatening me from time to time for no valid reason.... Im just glad I moved out. It was way too expensive and after hearing what Im being put through with move out charges, Im glad I left at the end of my lease. And to corroborate what someone else said about utilities, that is definitely true. My base lease price was $980/mo. + a pet rent (which again they wont credit me for with any actual pet problems in that one small room), but I ended up paying $1100+ per month because I would get charged at least $100/mo for all utilities (not incl. electric/phone/cable). My new place gives you those for free -- I only pay a pet rent ($15/mo) and Im happier. So, do what you want if you choose to live here.... Im not saying dont live here, but I have never been in a Home Properties place that charged me like this one.

Worst place to live. Ive lived here for 3 years and there is constantly something wrong with the water. Theres either no water or no hot water. Right now actually there is no hot water. I called to ask when will it be on and I was told Monday. Its Saturday. By law the complex only has 24 hours in an emergency to restore hot water. Well by Monday it Wil be 72 hours and when I tried to explain this law to the property manager I was rudely hung up on. I called back and they left for the weekend. In complete shock. I pay almost 1600 a month for a 2 bedroom. Every year they increase the rent by a substantial amount of money. Ive lived in many apartment complexes in this area growing up and this is by far the worst. And the managers care the least.08/22/2020Reporting again for the first time in 2 years. We are currently on our 2nd day with no hot water for our whole building and no staff has been available for any communication or any clarity on what is going on. Racquet club is known amongst for always and constantly having water issues. The water for the entire complex or atleast big portions of the complex have water interruptions regularly. Probably every 2-3 months out of the 5 years ive been here they shut the water off for a whole day or 2 and tell you they have no idea whats going on usually which is bs. One time the whole complex had no water for 2 days and the staff told us they had no idea what was going on and it must be a water main break somewhere in the township but they really didnt know. I accepted the answer (no other choice) and proceeded to take my nightly walk. Sure enough on my walk through the complex i see a whole team of workers that they contracted from New Jersey that were digging up an entire courtyard cause of water issues underneath the complex property. I asked one of the workers what was going on? He said that the water system racquet club had was so old and the whole thing needed to be replaced really. I asked him also if they were the township or something despite there jersey address on their vehicles cause the complex told me they had no idea what was going on. He told me exactly what i would expect out of racquet club since they constantly lie, he told me that racquet club contracted them and they were very aware of what was going on. Couldnt believe it. They didnt wanna take responsibility to us and tried to blame it on an off property area.Wish i never moved in here. A horrible experience. Very unfair staff and policies. They even put in your contract if they are unable to provide livable conditions cause of something catastrophic we are still responsible to pay the ren(so if a Tornados flattens this complex they still want the tenants to pay for the apartments that are knocked down to the ground. If you ask why i still live here then throughout all of this time and headache with them. Its because it is so expensive here i can not save money to move. Believe me if i ever get enough money, which i will eventually, i will definitely be out of here asap.Ive lived in complexes my whole life in this area and Racquet club is by far the worst. It is one of the nicer ones that ive ever lived in but by far has the most issues and the worst staff. And alot cheaper. Racquet club is rotten underneath with lipstick on for appearance.A few better options Ive lived in in the area but arent quite as nice but way better staff and way less maintenance issues are : Rock springs, levittown trace, and robert Morris.Hope my post helps save someone or a family of Making the mistake of signing one of racquet clubs contracts. 🙏08/22/2020To be fair im back Reporting that the hot water is back on. Time is 11:38am. My master bathroom water pressure is so low its at a trickle now. Ill have to call maintenance again. Ill give it a few hours though before i bug them. They definitely dont like to hear from their tenants even if that is one of their motos. If problem with water pressure continues and i have another bad experience getting it fixed i will definitely keep the public informed.

That was fine but She said Dont put words into my mouth with her fingers pointed at me. She was literally threatening us. She pointed out in many instances that we could not afford it. How could she possibly know that we could not afford it ? It was very offensive. When we asked her to show any apartment to get an idea of how our apartment would be like, she said there was one available for 1440$(ours was 1340$), but why would you guys go for mercedes when you want a toyota. Seriously ? We went to raquet club to go the house but conversation with Miss Paulina repulsed us. I suggest the corporation to hire better receptionists. A receptionist should be customer friendly, not customer threatening.
