Ive lived here 6 months now, and I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. I love this place! You get your own parking space, the neighbors are very nice, and you get great air circulation because of the design of the apartment. The office manager Gerry is awesome, as well as the maintenance guys, especially Smittie. Hes a cool guy and helps me out when I have a maintenance issue. As I already said I love this place, and Im glad I moved here.

I been here about 3 months and I have zero complaints. Gerry in the office is amazing and has helped us get in here with ease. The process was perfect! The area is quite at night and peaceful I highly recommend making this place tour home!

I moved in back in February of this year with my kids. Everything has been so wonderful. When I first applied someone beat me to filling out an application and got the only open apartment, however Jerry called me a week later with another apartment opening! He went out of his way to make sure we got into the apartment. My kids love the playground and the other residents living in the complex. Everyone has been so wonderful. I went on vacation last week and when I came home our microwave had blown a fuse. I called maintenance and they replaced it within one day. I have lived in a few different complexes but Creek Village really blew away my expectations and make it feel like home.

I have been here about 3 months and its been great, very quiet and the property is very well kept! Its super cozy, my kids love the play area and have made quite a few friends from the neighborhood ☺️ I love how convenient the location is also, so close to just about everything! Just a great place to call home

Been living here for almost a year, and overall, I would highly recommend this community. The management team and maintenance teams are very quick to respond and friendly. The units themselves are very nice. And the location is ideal and quiet.

Finally getting settled in one of the nicest communities I have lived in. The office staff is friendly and attentive and the grounds are well kept. Many friendly residents who welcomed me to the complex. I highly recommend Creek Village.

Very happy with my apartment and my neighbors and Gerry in the Leasing Office is very helpful and responds promptly with everything I needed to talk to him about and actually answers the phone and returns calls, that’s a rare find in Apartment Complexes or private landlords these days.

I don’t live here but I just want to leave this encouragement . I’m giving 5 stars because I don’t want to judge them because I don’t live here 🤗. No place where you go will ever be perfect. What makes a place perfect is how you all make it. I live in apartments in Levittown and my 1st four months were horrible until I meet the neighbors who lived upstairs from me. It wasn’t a bad experience at all. What actually helped me and my family to get through the hard times and loud neighbors were us praying and putting it all in Jesus hands. After sleepless nights stressing and praying, my neighbors moved out the apartment on time of me and my husband and two children are now vacant because they lost their mother who also lived upstairs from us🤗. God is real and he will make away for his children. My family and I can now sleep in peace without all the loud noise on top of our heads. We don’t know how long the apartment will be vacant but we will enjoy our peace for as long as God allows us. Stay encouraged everyone God will make a way in Jesus name.🙌🏽🤗 I hope my testimony and encouraged words helps you all still living here. God bless you🥰😍

This place doesnt deserve any stars but It wont let you post unless you give it a star. Theyre only nice to you when you come into the office to inquire about renting only to take your money.Once you move in it gets worse, the place is falling apart. You would think the maintence supervisor owned this place with the way he acts. The kids that live here run amock climbing on cars and everything else. Im sorry that I moved here.

Great start! Met with the property manager Janice she was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The property is clean and well kept. A few days after the tour Janice called to inform me of an availability. I am happy to say i will be calling Creek Village home in 2020.To me a professional helpful management team is a direct reflection on the community and owners.I would recommend these apartments.Update:I have lived here for 6 months and Im happy. The management and maintenance are great. The apartment is clean, quiet and safe.

We love living here. We really like the private parking and theres plenty of space for our second vehicle. We love that there are no extra charges or fees other than rent! The laundry room in our building is so large and spacious. We are glad we chose an upgraded style apartment, the brand new cabinets and appliances are really sharp.

We were looking to move to a one-bedroom apartment on lower Bucks County. We stopped by Creek Village and the lady in the office was really friendly and nice. She showed us options and explained everything to us really well. We moved in the beginning of last month and we are so happy. The apartment is spacious and the staff here is great. Its been very pleasant and peaceful in the evenings.

We moved in last year. We are extremely happy here. Its a very private and quiet community with great staff and clean grounds. The reserved parking is a pleasure and very convenient. There are brand new laundry faculties on premises and plenty of available machines. The kids love the brand new playground and plenty of space to walk our dog. We look forward to renewing our lease next month.

I have lived at Creek Village for 3 months and I love it! I lived at another AJH property and that experience was wonderful too! The management is super, the maintenance is always there when you need them, and the owner/landlord, when he is at the property, is always friendly and pleasant. If I do not find a house by the time my renewal comes around, I will for sure being staying another year! If you are looking for a well kept, safe, and friendly experience, check out Creek Village!

We really like our apartment. We feel safe, and everyone is really nice. However, the windows and built-in air conditioning units are very drafty and all outdoor smells (fire, skunk, landfill, etc.) come right into the apartment because of the draft. Im sure the heat costs more than it should because of this as well. If you put your hand directly under the air conditioning unit, you can feel the cold air (during the winter) pour into the room. Again, everyone is very nice, but the apartments could use updating.

Very dissatisfied with management when I’m constantly complaining about upstairs neighbor blasting music but because it’s between 9-6, I was told Ihave to deal with it. Music so loud can’t even hear my own tv. The last few months here have been horrible!!! Wouldn’t recommend this place

New Management not sure how I feel about them yet. They replaced Regina thats a definite plus. They have cameras now installed which makes you wonder why. Are they to watch tenants or to watch the Riff Raff coming into the buildings?

Nice place to live and very happy here. I like the privacy and quietness. Also, very nice grass and flowers. I love my apartment!!

Enjoyed my one year lease here. Regina is great, and the maintenance was quick to respond to any issues we had. The community is friendly. The only downside is the location. Its in a boring part of PA.

Wonderful property, with a wonderful maintenance team. Everyone is so nice and helpful and I could not recommend this place enough!

Maintance is a joke. The head of maintenance fred is a lying scub bag. 6 calls about the same issue. The maintenance guys cant fix anything. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors fart. Extremely unhappy with management

Pros:* Has 4 walls and a ceiling* Fairly decent curb appeal in the summerCons:* Poor maintenance ( uses the excuse old construction like its some kinda freakin bible verse and put forth minimal effort in repairs)* Creepy addicts in the back buildings (one who particularly enjoys dumpster diving at 7am we proudly dubbed him the crypt keeper)* Moles everywhere! You will roll your foot in the court yard* No amenities ( they claim the laundry room is but the machines are always down and people will throw your clothes on the floor)* Residents typically take up all of the visitor spots instead of actual visitors* Outdated units ( wall a/c does not cut it in the summer)* The beautiful fragrances of mount trashmore* Loud noises from the baseball field (games can run until 10 at night)* Rent increases every year to the point of where you would be better off just getting a mortgage or a decent apartment* They nickel and dime you for literally EVERYTHING* Buildings legit look like they are caving in on the inside and out* Window Wizards people who hang out of their windows to catch a smoke and often glare at you.* Bats, they will find you and scare the crap out of you...Advice: do your homework and look around. If you do choose to live here document everything, even the little quirks about your apartment... it will save you in the long run.

This is the worst apartment to every stay at because i stayed there for almost 2 years and are downstairs neighbor are staying there for 20 years and they always slam the front door so hard it wakes every one up at night and we told the landlady and she took no action and we were stuck with him, and his food always made the hallway smell so bad. dont every stay in these apartments every because every year your rent go up and its the worst smell that you get at night like the landfill dont waste your tiime here!!
