The technician with the assistant were at my residence today for a winter checkup. Both guys are professional and very informative to say the least. And now this is the following year and they fixed a different part on my 22 year old boiler to help me get through another winter with it. James was called to troubleshoot our heating/ac unit frosting over and was very professional, detailed and informative about his findings. He noted other deficiencies that couldve been noted before and offered to make things right, for my family and I believe he has the best interest in ensuring that our units operate at full capacity as they should producing the best air quality. James has quality at the forefront and proved that my familys concerns are priority one.

My AC couldnt function normally. Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning guys found that my compressor was faulty and gave me a few options in to going about fixing it. I decided to go with a completely new unit. They booked me for the net day appointment. It took them about 5 hours to do a complete install. Never once did I here any negativity from any of them about the install. The crew was extremely nice and polite to talk to throughout the process. Very easy to speak with and very professional. I called Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning in this morning to schedule our HVAC service. Gave an appointment the same day - tech arrived early and was very polite and professional. Have been using this company for years. They will not sell you something you do not need. James was a great technician and a good rep for the company. Found out something very important when running dual systems. It is more efficient to keep both thermostats on the same temp. If you turn off one unit because no one is in that part of the house, the other will work overtime trying to cool the the entire house. We will try that and see how it works. Trusted vendor, I will not use anyone else.

I most recently had them install a mini-split heater/AC in my shop, 2 solar-powered attic fans, and thermostat for upstairs in my home. I have been very pleased with all of them. I had trouble with the central air conditioning at my rental property because my system was not cooling properly. The air conditioner and heater are fairly old. Tech came by and checked everything out. He took the time and effort to check out many of the components of the system. I hope my central air conditional is in good working condition.

The gentleman who came out to my home this morning was very nice and professional. He finished up with his assignment very quickly and cleaned up any mess from the flushing of the air conditioner lines. He’s a great guy and I will look forward to seeing him the next time he comes out for follows up on my unit.

I reached out to Reliance to have one of their service professionals come and take a look at my furnace, which was not heating properly. The gentleman called half an hour before the scheduled time and asked if he could come early, which I replied, of course.Once there, and after having identified the problem, walked me through exactly what was causing the unit to cut on and off. He called to have the part delivered and had the unit repaired within 30 minutes of receiving the part. The service could not have been any better!!!

Dale and Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning came out within 15 minutes when we had no heat due to our system failure. They had us back up and running in an hour. They were friendly, quick and efficient. Hire them for all our needs.

Wow amazing fast service. My furnace went out on Sunday and my house was cold. Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning sent a friendly guy out right away to take a look.We opted for a new furnace and they gave us a temporary motor to get us through and a great price on a new furnace. I have used other companies in the past but never got such a great a price and great service.

We were assigned them through Select Home Warranty for a malfunctioning heater in the middle of winter. They did not send a technician until a full 24 hours after being assigned. Once the technician diagnosed the problem which was a simple motor replacement, he said he will not be able to do the work until another 24 hours later, as he had other assignments to get to! We are still in freezing cold with nothing fixed. Will not be using their services again any time soon.

To my surprise, I didnt need to. The technician that arrived was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The service was impeccable.
