I live in Bristol two. Bucks county. I chose Ray litwin to replace my oil boiler. Now, heres why they get 5 stars. They said that they would be at my house at 9; they were there at 8:15, getting set up. That was great for me because I was unable to stay the whole time that they were there. I wished that I remember the name of the installers because they were excellent! I had to leave them alone in my house before the job was completed. I felt comfortable with it after meeting them. They stopped me before I left so that they could go over the new units functions. They didnt rush and they explained everything very well. I hope that Ray litwin could post their name to give them credit. Awesome job

Highly Recommended! Ray Litwins installed a new 2-head Mitsubishi hyper heat ductless heat pump system for me in my shop last fall. Their pricing was competitive, they were always responsive, and when the day came, the crew showed up on a cold, rainy day and got the job done perfectly. They left an install that was clean and professional looking both inside and out. The new system has worked flawlessly ever since. Amazing how quiet these new systems are! I will definitely use them again.

This company installed my sister’s central air. They came out for the quote very quickly and got the work done very fast. They cleaned up after themselves and had a friendly crew working here. If you need a quote i suggest you give them a call.

Poor service left us too warm for 2020 using a three year old Mitsubishi split system. When asking about checking out the problem, we were told we dont go to NJ despite the fact they installed it.I recently replaced the system and now its cool again.I donated the 2017 unit to Mercer County Vo-Tech School; maybe theyll get it working!

We had a wonderful experience using Ray Litwins. Matt did our estimate and was very knowledgeable and upfront about price as well as some updating he anticipated we may have to do to our electrical panels. They called to let us know what day and time the installers would be out and the installers showed up early both days. Installation was a breeze and we even commented that this was the best experience we have had with a company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Before contacting Ray Litwins company, I already had ongoing issues with previous HVAC installation and other contractors and I was very skeptical about contractors services quality. Ray Litwins crew changed my mind. First, I was impressed with team coordination: six (or more) men were working(!) on HVAC inside and outside at the same time. Also surprised with paying attention to details: replacing rusted breaker and connection boxes, pump, piping. I didnt ask them and didnt expect they will do it. They were knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, honest, professional. Highly recommended! Thank you for quick response and great job!

My wife and I recently moved back to Bucks County and were looking for a reliable HVAC company to service our heat pump and oil fired boiler. The fuel oil company that delivers our home heating oil highly recommended Ray Litwins to service all our heating and cooling needs. Their office staff is professional and courteous and mailed me their brochure with the different service contracts available. Shawn was our serviceman and was very professional and knowledgeable and pointed out little things that needed to be done to our system to make it more service friendly and operate more efficiently. These adjustments were not covered in the price we payed for our contract however the additional cost was very nominal and I was more than glad to have them done for piece of mind knowing our system would be in tip top shape through the winter. I cant thank Shawn enough for doing such a thorough job and keeping me informed of everything he was doing from start to finish, and answering all questions I asked regarding our HVAC system. This is the only company that I will use for heating and A/C service. When we first moved into our house they were the only company that would handle cleaning soot out of our furnace. There was significant buildup and others were afraid to risk a puffback so we were left without heat for a few cold days during winter. The technician was so sweet and understanding, they worked with me on the cost, they came out as fast and convenient as possible, and everybody I spoke to was so professional and so nice. When my heater broke it was very very cold out. The technician actually brought space heaters over for us to use while they were working on our heater. The last technician/company we had from a different company actually left us without heat for 4 days. I will never use another company. Ray Litwins will be my heater company from now on.

In the future it might be best to simply tell clients that they MIGHT qualify for rebates. Id sent both forms(completed by litwin) into peco, who subsequently denied one was eligible. Not a biggie but frustrating after 4 months of trying to figure out why they wouldnt send a checkCompetitive pricing made buying this product a no brainer over replacing my antiquated 2 zone system.The workers were clean and professional. Drop cloths wherever they worked and on the stairs. Area kept neat while they worked. Everything clean and vacuumed when they were done.They showed up with an army of guys and trucks on day 1. They walked the job, developed a plan and distributed the units and materials and got to work. At the end of the day theyd turned on half the house. Day 2 a crew came and completed the work.Every detail was gone over and paperwork for rebates, maintenance, etc taken care of before leaving.Im a retired union electrician who had a handyman side business. I look for this kind of stuff. I also noticed the installers were happy and enjoying themselves which is a sign of being treated well.It was a pleasure to have this work done by Litwins and I recommend people give them a call.

Sean came out and was very professional and knowledgeable and gave a very competitive price for an entire HVAC replacement (heater/AC). Installation team (Keith) came out on time and he and the other two technicians had the entire system up and running in about 3 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, clean and polite. I have had many contracts with many HVAC contractors in the past and Litwins Heating & Air is by far the best.

They installed a new oil boiler in my jubilee in Jan. 2018 after meenan oil told me I needed a new boiler. Meenan tried to sell me an exact replacement. Litwins wanted to sell me a better boiler at a cheaper price! I have been with them since and would have no one else touch it.

My boiler finally went so I decided it was about time to install central air and heat. Of course it stops working weeks before Christmas. What a process that can be and very costly but Matt came out and explained all my options and really gave me the most for what I wanted to spend. Even though they were very busy they were at my house the following week. Even gave me another space heater to use until they were done. The work was done in 3 days, duct work, air handler, heat pump and water heater. Everything running great and they were so clean with there work. Removed the old boiler and even did some extra work I needed. Ray Litwins takes customer service to a whole nother level. Its a great company with even greater people. Thanks so much!

I really like this company. Ive rented a house in Levittown for the last three years, and Litwins is always very professional and very helpful. We had a tech named Dan out here today for routine cleaning and maintenance, and he went the extra mile and helped us get the heat working better upstairs even though he was only there for a cleaning. He explained what he was doing, he helped us understand the causes of the problem, and he gave us some good advice on how to keep up with it moving forward. I would definitely recommend Ray Litwins.

Called ray litwin for a heat pump issue on one of the coldest days of the winter. I have a newborn baby and two other kids came out assesed the problem didn’t charge me for diagnosis and ordered parts for repair. Parts came in a blizzard and installed next day by Sean. I am not on their client list but will absolutely be from here on out for service and maintenance of my hvac equipment. Sean was excellent could tell he was very qualified and thorough. Nice to know that there are people out there like Ray litwin and all their employees that are still decent in this world.
