We had a new boiler installed last week by Matt & Tom. It replaced our old one from 1984. Great job. Were really happy with new system & all their work. I approve & recommend this company.

Our house was damaged in the flood that depot through Bristol and our heating system and AC motor were completely submerged. This is the second time Ive used One Hour Heating, and both times Ive been overwhelming happy with their service. Every technician theyve sent to our house has been so friendly and professional. Considering we just had thousands of dollars worth of damage done to our home, having them send out a technician literally within the hour was an amazing help. Our heater was damaged in the flood, and Matt was able to repair within the initial trip out to our house. He was very considerate and even offered the name of an adjuster. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.

My AC stopped working after 5pm on a blistering hot day. Most places I called were closed or too busy. I googled 24hr ac repair and found One Hour and a few others. I liked that they were local and gave a call. A live person answered and promised a callback. They called me back the same day and said they could come out tomorrow during 8am to 11am window. They called at 8:30am and said they were on their way. Issue was blocked drain that tripped a safety switch. I was charged $89 for diagnostic and $189 for service. I feel the service and responsiveness was professional, excellent and price reasonable. I will call them again if needed.

They came out within 2 hours of calling fir an emergency call. The price was very reasonable for an emergency call and on a Sunday. I highly recommend them.

Amazing, amazing service. AC went out and they were here in no time, not just to diagnose, but fix on the spot. Just moved in to our house in the spring. When the weather turned hot in June, the central AC was not keeping up. Gave them a call after dinner and left a message. Got a call back quickly and arranged for a tech the next day. Next morning 8 am, tech called on his way and was here in 10 minutes. Performed the repairs, keeping me informed as he worked. He even noticed that we have a dual fuel (heat pump) but the wrong thermostat. Told us there was no rush as we are going into the summer, but suggested we consider it for early fall. Really nice guy, answered all our questions and provided us options. Will be calling them back for maintenance on our tankless water heater too. Well, as it turned out our old HVAC system was just not going to do the job. Had them replace the whole system. The install crew, led by Matt were on time, answered every question I had, and completed the installation as promised. A top quality job, by a top quality crew, that work for a top quality company. Well done!

Was charged a intial price for them to come out, then an additional$200 to check my system with a meter. Other companies I just had out said they do a check when they arrive with no extra fee. Then I was quoted a price over the phone once here and emailed a much higher price afterwards.

Very quick response even on a nearly 100 degree day! Fixed the issue quickly and we were back up and running again!

The young man Matt that came out was very professional and explained what he was doing he found the part in stock locally and said he would do his best to get out next day as they were very busy He was back by 9:30 am and had our AC running.

We had one of our water lines for our baseboard heat fail and leak water into our downstairs closet. Tom and dave came out and found the source of the leaking and repaired it. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed us what happened and explained the charges that we received i will definitely use this company again based off of their service today.

Went above and beyond to get my new heat and air units in before the next heat wave. Highly recommend!

On one of the hottest days in July our central AC stopped. Placed a call to seek a technician to come out. Luckily, they were able to come right out. I was so very relieved! It was determined our unit was beyond repair it was 17 yrs old and we decided to replace it. I was struggling with the fact we now would be without AC for however long until the install. With a toddler it was going to be trying. They understood the time is of the essence especially with the heat wave weather and would install asap. Thankfully, the customer service team (Colleen) & technicians (Tom L, Tom G, Matt) are all great to work with. Very friendly, polite and know their craft well. We only had to go through one night with fans and the next day new unit was installed. Highly recommend these guys!

My heater would not turn on, but I was not happy with the company that normally serviced my heating and air conditioning units, so I called One hour. The person on the phone was friendly and the man that arrived was on time, local and honest. I am so happy to now have One hour for seasonal checkups and as my service provider. Makes me happy to use a local business!

I would not recommend this company. Tech spent about 4 hours working and couldnt fix issue, he calls a fellow tech in and they both could not fix the problem. Multiple phone calls to have them return were never responded to, including one where I was told the owner Kevin would call. He never did. I can only assume they were embarrassed they couldnt diagnose the issue ( another business figured it out within an hour). Dont waste your money on this franchise, which is also Ben Franklin plumbing. Find a competent business, One Hour is not.

After calling multiple companies for repair on my heater with no answer or with timeframes that was days later I called One hour heating and air conditioning and I am very pleased. They were super friendly and their response time was amazing. I needed more work than I originally thought and they explained and talked me through everything. The price was very reasonable and their service was outstanding. I will never use a different company again for my hvac needs.

Matt was very thorough, professional and responsive to my questions.

I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning after one of the AC units in my home stopped cooling. The technician came out, found the line was frozen, and told me to let it thaw for 24 hours before turning back on. I complied, and 36 hours later the line was frozen again. I called the service back as recommended to figure out what was wrong, and the tech discovered we were low on Freon. I give the ok to do a top-off and the tech starts pressurizing the system once again.Twenty minutes later I go looking for an update. Apparently low was an understatement - we were out of Freon and eating up a healthy supply. 10 pounds later I get to cut a check for $1000, but at least the AC is working.Eight hours later there is no more cold air. This time I called a new tech and find out I am completely out of Freon again - in 24 hours! The new tech from the new company takes 5 minutes to run a pressure check and, low and behold, theres a leak.My rating here is because I dont expect myself to be the expert on these systems. I expected One Hour Heating & Air to be the experts. And while their tech was friendly and I have no complaints about the interactions with him, I am extremely disappointed he did not recognize something bigger might have been wrong or take the time to check. 5 minutes could have saved me $1000. After talking to several other companies and explaining the situation (because now I get to replace the whole unit) every single one is surprised I paid for Freon at all in the first place. Apparently anything more than 3lbs of Freon is a warning something else is wrong. The rapid decline of a working system (working one day and not the next, triggering the very first appointment) is also a sign. All ignored.

We had our system replaced. We were very happy with the fast response to come out and look at it and to also replace it. We didn’t have air conditioning so they made us a priority. They also provided the best value as we priced around.I would use them again and recommend them

She coordinates the service call quickly and efficiently. The techs phone to give arrival updates. They take time to show what the problem is and explain what needs to be done in layman’s terms. Pricing is straightforward and fair. The quality of the work is great. I highly recommend this company!

I placed my service call Sunday night. Someone promptly called me back to ask a few questions and schedule a time for Matt to come out the next day. Matt called me when he was 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He did a thorough check of the compressor outside as well as the inside unit. He quickly found the broken capacitor, replaced it and serviced both units. He did a great job!

I called and asked for service on my AC which wasn’t working. I had my AC repaired before so I had an idea about the prices. They said that only the technician can give prices once they come. The technician came to my house in 10 mins and gave me the quote and idea of what should we do regarding the AC repair. We just chatted about the issue as I had some knowledge of what’s happening. I didn’t agree to the price that he quoted and didn’t get the service, but I am writing the review because they were very professional and didn’t charge any fees because they didn’t do any diagnostic on the system itself.

The team at One Hour helped with everything I needed to replace my existing heater after it broke from being installed incorrectly from another company. Working with Mike to help me figure out what was best option financially and in the long run of the future of my home. He always helped with payment options and figured out a way to make it fit my life style especially during the holiday season. The team that came to my house to remove and replace my boiler, were amazing. They dealt with a cramp space, an extremely tight fit and still made it work and got it done for me in just one day. I was told when they measured the area that I would have to make some adjustments to the closet to fit the heater, not a problem I was too concerned about, but after all the work was done by the guys I didnt have to make a single adjustment. I am very grateful for their hard work and professionalism throughout this entire project to make sure my house was heated and I was able to take hot showers in my own home again! Thanks guys!
