Told me 5 years ago i needed a new heater and new chimney or a chimney sleve. Thank god my friend is a contractor because he checked chimney and stated nothing was wrong and recommended a trustworthy company that said i only needed a blower motor. 5 years later heater and ac unit are still fine. They also promised me a 150 refund for their untrustworthy service visit which i am still waiting on years later arter they read a bad review. AVOID THESE LIARS! Find a trustworthy company.

Terrible company! In the business to simply sell new units, not repair. Not even sure they know how to repair. From the rude and disrespectful woman answering the phones, to the unprofessional manner of their technicians (who clearly don’t know how to install a unit), I’d never recommend them for anything. Wish I had known their reputation 3 years ago when they forced us to replace our a/c condenser. DO NOT CALL ACTION! Not even for emergency service!! Next time, I’ll sweat/ freeze for a few days!

We used this company for air duct cleaning. It was a great experience and I was highly satisfied with the service. The tech was prompt and very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I should have known when I was gouged when I had to purchase heating units years ago, i should have known then to proceed with caution. I bought both a heating and air conditioning unit from action. Service for install was,excellent. Price was above the norm. Hear is why I give them a 1 star. Their service. They charge twice the norm for service, only at your house for 5 minutes to do multi point check on service ( how can that be done). Then charge you $165 for service. They never show on time, and blatantly lie to you as an excuse. And clearly can care less about customer retention. I called horizon, got a guaranteed appt and a price quote for half the price. Folks dont be fooled like me . Call horizon.

We were VERY UNHAPPY with our experience with this company. If we had read the reviews before we had them in our home, I would have called someone else. BEN came to our house and sold us a new furnace. It was VERY EXPENSIVE, and we are not sure if it was an honest price, or took advantage of the situation. Before BEN left he inadvertently picked up a personal item. When we called him about returning it, he said he would bring it back. HE LIED. When we called him a few hours later, he told us he put it in the mail. HE LIED AGAIN. Two days later he took it to the office and had the secretary mail it to us. We were without a quality of life item for 5 DAYS. When we spoke to his immediate supervisor, she was sympathetic, and said she would tell the manager. (A relative- we never heard from them again. We believe BENS INCONSIDERATE ATTITUDE, and perhaps his overly priced furnace are condoned and sanctioned by his managers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, or at least get a second opinion/bid.

If there was a way I could give 0 stars I would. Charged me 800 dollars for something that I found out later through my warranty company should have been free. Should have know the whole thing was shady when the technician wouldnt give me a receipt and said he would email it to me. Although this was a few years back. Their terrible work is still haunting me till this day. Every person who has come out to service my heating and air conditioning since tells what a horrible installation job they did. Stay away!!!!!!!

This is my 4th time using them on my properties and they havent once failed me in any aspect. From a full air condition install and setup in my house to rebuilding my old heater, they provided me with more then excepetional service and knowledge as i know a decemt amount about heating and air myself. Thanks once again hope to not need anything soon but i know who to call when i do!!

Worst company ever. Completely unethical owner and the employees do not care about the customers.
